Came in for a late dine in 11:36pm and we were waiting by entrance waiting to get seated , we made eye contact with the bartender more then 3 times & 2 random servers that knowledge us but continued to do what they were doing. Mind you we were waving them down After 6-7 min of waiting to be acknowledged by any employee some lady w blonde hair walked out didn't give us a welcome just asked " where you wanna sit ma'am" ... a server came out finally to take our drink order and she was very nice & put in our order quick & brought our drinks to us immediately so S/O to her however .. the bartender / other serves could have notified somebody to seat us... after waiting more then 20 min for our food I would have figured it would be fresh but nope,to be posting this as I used to be a returning customer every Thursday or Sunday .. I haven't ate at this spot for a good 5 months so coming here I was excited to eat bomb ass food but there attitude and customer is -0/10 definitely do not recommend. They got my wing flavor wrong & when i wanted to checkout it took 10 min to get somebody's attention. After looking at the reviews, I tried to order the menu items that received good reviews and did take out because most of the complaints were about the staff & the wait. Well, the staff were very friendly in taking my order over the phone and pleasant while retrieving my food. The folks at the bar were pretty cool. My issue; the place had a horrible smell when I walked through door. It smelled like beer, wet & old food or something...I would have turned around if I hadn't ordered already. NEXT... I ordered the sleez balls and Cajun hot wings...they looked pretty good however, my son and I couldn't stomach the taste of either. I tried pulling the skin from the chicken and just eating the meat but it had a bad aftertaste like it was freezer burned. We ended up throwing it out...a real waste of money. read more

My first time here and it was super good. The atmosphere is casual and fun. The staff is really friendly and fast. There's music playing with the video playing on the TV, as well as, several sports events on others. They have beer and mixed drinks available too, but the other half of the restaurant is good for family. It's been a long time since I've eaten gator or drank Mr Pibb and I got both today! I say the wings are super delicious because they are perfectly crisp as well as the sweet potato fries! The ranch and blue cheese that we ordered with our lemon pepper wings tasted better than usual sauces from the bottle. The service is excellent but make sure the bar tender serves you up with cold drinks because they lacked in serving cold beer. Also lacked in filling it up all the way. The bar tender that served me was a dark girl with curly hair. Besides that the waitress we had was great. Also my girlfriend tried the cucumber margarita which was pretty great. As per my pic the kitchen has no clue. You do not put someone on the grill unless they understand temperature. I have ordered two burgers here and both times were way over cooked. The only reason I gave two stars was for the bartender and management that were very apologetic. You can come here for the drinks and great tvs but eat at your own risk. She was not an overly friendly type of lady but she got my order correct and made sure I had drinks and wings. She double checked the order after it came from the kitchen. I was missing fries but she corrected the issue. My husband likes a dry rub and he did the Cajun ranch I believe it was - it was good, but make sure to ask for naked if you don't like breading: I love the Buffalo boneless wings. I was surprised to see all the poor reviews of the place at first glance. However, I could imagine on a busy game night service and quality would lack a bit. Our visit consisted of all the top items on their menu: Nachos, wings, fries, kids food. It was all pretty largely portioned and flavorful. One of my pet peeves of a restaurant these days is their plastic filthy menus, and that alone makes me feel like they aren't cleaning other important things people put their hands on like my straw and silverware, but hey, you're at a wing place. We went there last night and it was a terrible experience just setting one foot in the door. The entire place smelled of a sour dish rag, the floors were greasy to walk on and the bar was not wiped down from the customers who sat there before us. Took a while for the bartender to wipe it down and didn't do a very good job. The women's restroom was unbelievable- toilet paper all over the floor all three toilets had not been flushed, the floors were wet with who knows what. Clearly they don't do hourly restroom checks. The wings aren't the best but they're also not disgusting. They are the perfect size, not too big and not too small. They were evenly coated in sauce. The reason I say they're not the best is because the sauce doesn't have that Big Bang when it comes to flavor. Anyone who have been to Wing Stop and Buffalo Wild Wings know what I mean. The mango habanero doesn't have that depth of flavor. It's actually a very lite delicate taste. It's hard to explain. Even the Honey BBQ had a light taste too with a hint of mustard. Maybe they used mustard seasoning or mix mustard sauce in the honey bbq mixture. The best way I can explain it....... it's like buying regular Italian dressing but then when you try it, you it taste like LITE fat free Italian dressing. Maybe I didn't get the most popular sauce. I sat in the bar area and ended up with a different waitress than what I started with. OrigInal never came back for a drink refill. First time coming to this establishment and we will never come back again. Waitress goes and puts two tables together for us and tells us to go sit down. As we're sitting down another waitress comes and tells us we (my wife and I) can't put these tables together. My wife and son ordered wings and our two other boys ordered burgers. We got our wings 15-20 mins before the rest of the food. Not once did she come back to see how we were doing or to see if we needed drink refills until my wife had to stand up and wave her down. Then we didn't see her again until I asked for the bill. I tend to give a place 2-3 chances and things happen but today was my last. Every time I come it's just filthy and smells. I sat at the bar and the whole bar was sticky from the specialty drinks and no one cleans it. I was sitting at the side of the bar and can smell a funky smell plus the whole back of the bar floor was just gross. I didn't finish my beer and just ended up leaving and having a lot better, cleaner time at Buffalo Wild Wings to actually finish my beer. The last 2 times I went it was the same experience. There were always cars there so I had to imagine it was better but I think it's because there isn't anything else like that in the area unless you drive towards Buffalo Wild Wings. read more
