Parking on Sunday evening now costs $5 because you have to pay the overnight rate. We were told the wait would be 40 minutes. Three people came 15 minutes after us, and we were told they also had reservations. After we were seated, they told us that they now accept reservations from groups of five or more. With the higher parking fees and new reservations policy this restaurant might need to come off my recommended list.

I'll be honest though, watching the dumplings being prepared right in front of me was a real highlight. I'm sure that some of you out there can relate to this. The new Kapiolani Seafood Restaurant location is less than a block away from the original location, so not hard to find.
