This eatery is off the 111 highway & Deep canyon Rd in the Albertsons shopping area same building as Starbucks. Upon entering this place is super clean & very organized! They have so many wings to choose from & as week is their fries & drinks . I was first was greeted by Octavio, I gave him my order, he could clearly see I was kind of confused. I told him is my 1st time to "A Wingstop" we both laughed! He explained and great details all the wings and the combos . Octavio was so sweet, very kind, caring & very knowledgeable. He was so down to earth & so polite! So I ordered : 10 pieces of honey dry rub with lemon pepper classic, 6 piece boneless lemon pepper with honey dry rub with fries, 5 crispy tenders hot honey rub, fried corn , cheese fries. All delicious!! Their price point are great & with combos too! I love that they have the option of boneless too! I would like to thank the staff cooking and preparing the foods! I asked my husband to order Wingstop for dinner so I didn't have to cook on Mother's Day. We rarely eat out because of how expensive things are right now, so I was also excited to enjoy my favorite wings. We drove to our closest location and when we arrived we were told we accidentally ordered at the wrong location. That we had ordered at the Palm Desert location instead. I have worked on customer service for the last 20 years and figured if I called the other location to cancel the order they would be helpful. That was not my experience. They said they wouldn't refund my order because they had already made the food. I would understand if I had ordered a huge amount of food, but I didn't. My order wasn't even $20. I asked the woman on the phone to speak to a supervisor and her response was to raise her voice aggressively at me and let me know SHE was the supervisor and I could come get my food or not, but she wasn't going to help me further. By the time we loaded our family back in the car and drove out to this further location (keep in mind the economy and gas prices) my order was an hour old. A man inside explained that it was their company policy to not return food once it was made and I would like to say that is a terrible policy. I'd understand if the order had a high price or an excessive amount of food, but it didn't. It was less than $20. The man working seemed to be in charge and was the only of the three team member on floor to speak to me. Another girl in a face mask stood awkwardly and stared at us the entire time, while another girl avoided eye contact and tried to stay out of customer sight - I am assuming this is the shift supervisor on the phone who raised her voice at me. This entire situation was extremely frustrating and unsatisfactory. Despite the male employee telling me that the wings were definitely still hot when we asked about having them remade, they were not. By the time we drove the 40 minutes home my food was cold. My wings were wet from sitting in a closed back instead of crispy and there was a sickening amount of grease with my wings. My fries were cold and squishy. I wasn't given a receipt and there is no customer service number online. This experience ruined my Mother's Day. read more

This location has a book, with customers names on missing wings. That shows how many customers don't get their wings. This is something an attorney should get involved in a class action lawsuit. I told the store manager that last 2 times on my wing stop orders. I had wings missing and they only replaced 1 this time. With an attitude when I'm the one that should have the attitude as they are not preparing my families dinner right. I'll be cancelling through my credit card for an incomplete service. I'm retired and have all the time in the world to look into business that are purposely steeling from the customer. Do you add the wings up at the end off shift so employees can take them home? Just in the last year it's been about 4 times where wings are missing. That's a high percentage of missing wings. People can you imagine how many people are missing wings but say o well. I expect this from a business that just has to count a very simple math addition, to make sure all my wings are in my order. People don't let this go, complain even if it's just 1 wing.
