So I ordered a 10 pc plain wings, 4 pc garlic parmesean chicken tenders, and a 10 pc (5pc Cajun wings and 5pc Korean wings) meal combo with a drink and veggie sticks. However when it got delivered to me, they forgot our dipping sauce (honey mustard and ranch) and my drink (sprite) for the combo. My friend and I tried calling cause I paid for that stuff and they said my friends had to pay for the drink and sauces cause they needed either a receipt or the actual food. I ordered on the app as a guest and after they delivered my food all they had in the bag was the food. They didn't have a receipt attached to the bag but I sent my friends a screenshot of the confirmation number and they said they still needed the food. I'm just disappointed that we had to pay for their mistakes and they wouldn't accommodate or acknowledge those mistakes. These people wouldn't know customer service if it hit them in the face. We ordered from them a total of 3 times. The first time they forgot our fries, but it was no big deal since we called them and Wanda, the manager, assured us she would refund us the amount for them. They never issued a refund. It wasn't the biggest deal since it was only $3 for the fries but I could tell from then on that I needed to worry about this location. The 2nd order was fine, but the 3rd order is what really made me and my family upset and why we'll never return. We ordered 3 10-piece wings and a fry, totaling $60. After we picked it up, we returned home only to find one of our 10 pieces was missing. We called them asking to remake our order as we drove back down to pick up the forgotten items. The whole time Cameron on the phone sounded like he had no idea what he was doing, so I asked to speak to Wanda the manager, but it was like speaking to a brick wall. She had me repeat what items were missing over 5 times and had a nasty attitude about it. I demanded a refund since gas prices are at all-time highs, but she refused and I knew it was pointless since we never got refunded the first time. We finally agreed to remake the order and I relayed I would be there in 5 minutes to pick it up. THEY HAD US WAIT FOR 30 MORE MINUTES. That's not even the best part though, the story gets better. The lady with the braids behind the counter proceeded to hand my mom the bag with attitude and sarcastically apologize. At this point, I informed them they would be getting a terrible review for their careless attitudes and for forgetting our order. I opened the order and IT WAS THE WRONG SAUCE. It was parmesan garlic that none of us even ordered, telling me they just don't care or they did it on purpose!!! I just walked out cause I now understand why this location is so terrible. Everytime we order takeout, they forget something. But today was the worst ever! I came in to pick up my order and asked the young lady to check and make sure that everything was in the bag. She read off the receipt and checkrd the bag. When I got home we noticed that one of our orders was missing. So I drove back and told them they left out one of our orders. Good Wingstop in Point Loma! The cashier/manager is friendly! They play good music for those dining in here. They have the usual typical setup with their seating area. They have good specials and it's easy to do web orders. Their 25 boneless wings is a good deal! Flavors I get include: mango habanero, louisiana rub, and garlic parmesan. As for their french fries I always get it with their lemon pepper seasoning and their cole slaw is a another good side. As for dips I get their ranch, blue cheese, and honey mustard. I love Wingstop! As many of you know, Wingstop is a chain. This one's located in the same plaza as Sprouts and Party City. It's bigger than it looks from the outside, so there shouldn't be any problems finding seats. I docked off a star because the service was a bit slow. The cashier was very friendly, but I had to repeat my order a couple of times, and she still got it wrong (charged me for a meal when I just wanted wings). I really like how consistent their chicken pieces are at this location. There's always that one tiny wing that takes you one bite to finish and you roll your eyes because you feel like you got ripped off, but nope - not here! My favorite flavors are garlic parmesan and lemon pepper. 10 wings usually fills me up, and I'm not a drumstick person, so I usually ask for all flats (I always feel bad and ask if they're okay with it, but they usually are). Came last night for a late night snack. There were maybe 3-4 on staff working. Dining room was a disgusting, with all tables needing to be cleaned. I was absolutely disgusting. Given that I was hungry, I ate. That was a mistake. I woke up 7 hours later and immediately threw up. No joke. When I was finished eating my abomination of a meal, I went to look for a trash bin to deposit the giant to go bag and the numerous containers/pieces of plastic it took to sell me wings, fries and a drink. The landfills are none the better due to this place. I finally noticed one employee mopping a floor and asked where I may find a trash bin. His response: "outside". Really?! I thought he was kidding but totally serious even though i saw cups behind the counter...of course those are for sale, not for water. The lemon pepper was my favorite because the wings were crispy and really well seasoned. The fries were crispy and well seasoned as well. The teriyaki came in second and I really liked the sweetness. The original buffalo sauce were the favorite of others in the group but I thought it was too tangy for my liking. The wings are hot and crispy. The downside is that they're expensive: 20 for $12. They're SMALL too. One of the smallest wings i've ever had but they are good and don't have too much gross skin. This Wingstop location is ok but not great. The wait time between ordering and getting your food is a bit long. The flavor of the wings is great but there's clearly not enough meat in the wings to be worth what you pay for. My personal favorite flavors are the lemon pepper, mild, and BBQ.
