They make a beautiful sourdough country loaf that is fantastic to bring home, slice in 1/2" slices with a sharp bread knife, put in a gallon freezer bag, and freeze for amazing sandwiches and treats during the week. Try a Spanish pan con tomate with one of these slices slightly toasted, with a rub of garlic, salt, and good e.v. olive oil, and you'll be happy as a clam. (What does that even mean?) Or use said previously frozen slices as a dessert treat with your sleepy time tea, toasted with butter and good local raw honey drizzled on it. Bathrooms are very clean.
