100% recommend Witty Way Movers! Communication, pricing, speed, quality, etc. All great! Daniel and the other helper did a fantastic job. They helped me move all the way from Huntington Beach to North LA - I even booked last minute the day before. They arrived 20min early and got to work immediately. They move quickly, but also take time to ask how and where I want things. I have a huge couch and they worked hard to make sure I could get everything into my new place This was my second time using movers and Id definitely go with them for my next move

I used Witty Way Movers for my move from Irvine to Santa Ana. It took about 8 hours to move my 1 bedroom apartment and at the end of it, some of my items came back with scratches and damage. I've been trying to reach them for the past few days hoping to come to a resolution since basic insurance is supposed to be included in their service but they have continued to ignore my messages. I would not recommend using this moving company.

I Needed Last minute movers and inquired on Yelp. AK gave me a call and we talked about all the things that needed to get loaded up in my personal u-haul . They were able to work with me on time and scheduling . I got 2 guys that brought stuff to help load the truck. They organized EVERYTHING in the truck and wrapped all the appliances and furniture up nice ! I'm so glad they were able to help with the move ! Would definitely recommend

I just wanted to say this was honestly one of the easiest moves I've ever had. The two guys who helped me were absolutely amazing--super professional, really careful with my stuff, very polite, and fast! They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Mark & BK were awesome! They got here right on time. They worked hard, they were kind, no damage to any items. Super happy I chose this company and would definitely recommend them! I was able to move in without having to help them with anything. Always nice when a crew can handle things from beginning to end. If I could give any feedback on possible improvement it would be 1 small thing. I was told my move was "relatively small" and they initially tried to push back my start time by 4hrs so that they could squeeze in another move before mine. I'm glad I didn't accept their suggestion for a later start time because the move took long than expected. We started 2hrs earlier, actually. I was quoted 3-5 hours and it took almost 6 hours. Not upset about the time, however maybe it would be helpful to maybe ask the customer more question over the phone to then give a better estimate and expectations for both the movers and customer. Also...they asked me to write this review while they were still here. I was going to give them a great review regardless. And I get that it's important for their business -- but put some trust in your hard work and know that the great reviews will continue to come. Again, nothing was a major issue and I'd definitely recommend them! Just providing balanced feedback to hopefully help with improvements. Thanks again guys!

Our recent move with Witty Way Movers was the most pleasant experience we've ever had. Ildar and Tokhir were incredible--careful, detail-oriented, and exceptionally kind. We couldn't have asked for a better team! While our move wasn't large, it involved transporting our company's big glass signage and platform, which required a complete detachment from a specialized silicon glue and then reattachment. Several other moving companies told us they couldn't handle this, but Witty Way Movers executed it flawlessly. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable movers! read more

Excellent service, great value and highly responsive. We needed to hire a mover to transport a new refrigerator in a very short time-frame. Witty Way Movers answered our inquiry on Yelp in a matter of minutes and made themselves available to help us with our move within our very tight schedule. I hired 3 movers to help my family get from an apartment to a house in Irvine. They arrived a few minutes early, worked hard, had great attitudes, and never seemed to tire even when the day kept going and going. The movers were polite and respectful, and made me feel comfortable. All furniture was treated with care, sometimes too much! But that's not a complaint, they didn't know what was precious to us or not so treated everything as if it was. Price was competitive based on my research and there were no surprises other than me realizing just how much crap we have. read more

I thought they were good until I took out 1 tv from my storage unit. I set up the tv and it didn't fall or hit anything. I sold the tv and the tv was all cracked. The tv worked before moving it. The movers ruined a good tv. When I brought it up the movers stated that the contract states they are not liable for damage. Crazy! So damages they make!!!! Ridiculous. Don't use their services. I even had a piano and they didn't let their team know! They were shocked they had heavy furniture to move. Bad company overall. Said they would call me once I told them I would put a bad review and so far no call. They make you put a good review by force after they finish moving. That's the only reason why they have good reviews. Can't recommend. read more

I was only moving a couple of pieces of furniture a few miles. Every other business required a three hour minimum charge. These folks offered and honored a flat rate $100 less than everyone else. They showed up same day at the earliest time they said they could be there. Two sweet young men arrived. They were very respectful of me and my house and my furniture. I would even say they were kind. It doesn't get any better. read more

Adam and his partner, the dynamic duo of the moving world, tackled my recent move to my new home with the finesse of a synchronized dance team. Even with furniture that seemed to have been crafted from lead by the folks at Crate & Barrel, they breezed through the dozens of stairs from my old home to my new home. Their secret weapon? Probably a combination of pure muscle, good vibes and some top-notch moving tricks. Adding an update to my review! The owner of the business, AK, called me to apologize for the service we received. He called me a couple of times, but I missed them because I was working. I was finally able to call him back, and we talked for a while about how what had happened did not meet his expectations of his workers. He was unaware of what the two movers were charging me, and would not have approved of the stair fee if he was looped in since it was not apart of the quote. He ended up refunding me the stair fee and a little extra for the poor experience. He also assured me that the movers would not be assigned a small move by themselves in the future. I greatly appreciated the sincere apology and felt that we were fairly compensated for what had happened. Thank you, AK, for making this right! read more

If you are planning on moving, make sure to schedule your move with Witty Way Movers! We moved from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom condo. Eugene and Sergey were excellent!! Five out of five star service they are very helpful nice and fast. They moved everything less than 5 hours . These guys are the best! I would recommend for any move. They have a very large truck and the tools to get stuff done. Very cautious with your belongings and they make sure to wrap tape and put blankets over everything. These guys are great!! read more

We were very satisfied with Witty Way Movers and have used them several times now. They have always been very courteous, punctual, quick, and easy to work with. This last move was a bit more complex, as it involved meeting at a storage facility to pick up a portion of our belongings, then to an apartment for the rest of them, followed by going to the final destination for the final move and reassembly. If there was a way to write a lower review I would. On Monday I scheduled their services for Wednesday at 9am they never called the day prior to confirm appointment no problem I called to confirm the day of they didn't show it was around 10:30 when I called they said it was a mistake on scheduling again no problem. I was that informed they were on their way I received a phone call 30 minutes later by the movers that they where 1 hr away again no problem. My wife called me saying they asked what was the method of payment and that the moment she said cash they said oh your refrigerator is going to be an extra charge of $250. My wife did not feel comfortable with what was going on I ask the mover to wait outside while I speak to management they say on our couches and refused to leave. The manager then said I'm sorry we have a misunderstanding I said no you guys have been beyond unprofessional and I want to cancel the movers wouldn't leave I told the manager if they don't leave I'm calling the police. Because at this point they had made my wife feel very uncomfortable. Never ever use this company read more

1 bedroom job for 3.5 hrs. Fantastic experience. Because of a back injury, I was barely able to prepack anything before the movers' arrival. Turns out I worried for no reason. They packed up everything for me, including even ceramics and glassware straight out of the cupboards. Akmyrza and his colleague were quick, efficient, and accommodating. I did a inquiry via yelp for movers. I was in need of a company that would treat my belongings like it was theirs. I had a roller mechanics tool box that was my major item of value and they knocked it out when the truck was about half way full. I decided to go with this company with the interaction I had with AK. He made an offer for 10% off which I didn't get. But his employees were extremely professional. They wrapped all furniture with pads & shrink wrap. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a true professional move. Nothing was damaged or broken in my move. read more

We were a long distance move and required 2 trucks at 26ft. The BEST Moving comany I have ever worked with. Shortly, very professionals, extremely kind, honest, and easy to work with. They worked fast, came on time and know what to do. The truck is very clean and they come with everything you need, from A to Z. So far this is the best company I have ever worked with. Adam and Adi did everything I asked and wouldn't let me carry anything. Normally I don't write a review, but this company really deserve more than 5 stars. I was scared in the beginning I have a very tight schedule, I booked another company and they canceled last minute, but I am glad they did, because i have the chance to know Witty Way Movers. What I liked about them they are honest, they did not charged me any extra fee other that what in the contract. They came on time, wrapped everything perfectly and helped me disassembled some stuff. I booked a move with "Witty Way" several days in advance. Prior to my move I paid a deposit and received a confirmation letter for my move. On the day of, 50 minutes after they were set to have arrived, I called and the owner blamed me for having not confirmed. That's when I reminded him that I paid my deposit and received a confirmation email. He said he would "look into it "and call me right back... 20 minutes later I called him back, he made an excuse as to why nobody showed up. Very disappointing, and terribly inconvenient experience. read more

They are amazing. Bruno, Carlos and Triston arrived early and were so efficient with their time. They handled our belongings with care and made sure to wrap furniture that needed to be wrapped. They made sure that the each TV was transported in a tote and made sure that the TVs were all on their stands and in working order before they left. They even went above and beyond and fixed the legs on a couple of dressers that have been damaged for years. We have used a couple other moving companies in the past few years and Movers Best is by far the best one. They are very professional, friendly and extremely efficient. If anyone needs movers, Movers Best is my recommendation.

Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. We had to make two trips, but it was still within budget. Next move, I'll call them again, and pay for packing (which we thought we could do on our own in our 50s!) The day before the move I received a confirmation call. Dmitry and Andrei showed up on time with the big white truck. Our one bedroom/ one bath upstairs apartment had 65-70 boxes in addition to normal furniture. The destination for drop had an elevator. These guys worked non-stop and fast while carefully wrapping furniture with plastic and furniture pads. Boxes upon boxes were stacked and moved out. The guys were friendly and professional. This was not their first rodeo and it showed. They were on a mission! We led them to the destination and they efficiently brought everything into the new unit, unwrapped and placed all the contents of the former home. 4.25 hours later and the moving nightmare was completed. Everything appears to be in tip top shape. They even offered to have us look in the truck to be sure nothing was left behind. Thorough and again, professional. We didn't have to deal with "sticker shock" and unexpected up charges. We have no idea how these guys can do what they do but we thank them wholeheartedly. Tips were deserved. We read the Yelp reviews and they add up to our experience. We have already referred someone to them. We'd have zero reservations to refer anyone in the future!

Even though the day grew long and the physical toll was evident, the guys stayed honest and worked the entire time. The Good: Only one minor damaged item out of an entire household. Zero damage to the walls/floors of either apartment. The team was incredibly kind, making it impossible to stay frustrated. They offer flexible payment options (Credit Card, Zelle, Cash). Room for Improvement: I would love to see moving companies offer more "flat-rate" structures or do "mid-way time checks." I had budgeted for 5 hours, and suddenly needing an extra $1,000 at the end of the day was incredibly stressful. Thankfully, their Zelle option saved the day! Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! My Son has a lot of nice furniture, expensive art, and is very hard to please. He asked me to choose a moving company for him and hire them to move him from one home to another. I was so anxious about finding a good company for him. I spoke to at least a dozen different moving companies and got quotes and after doing so I decided on Witty way movers. I spoke to AK who answered all my questions and was very patient and attentive and assured me that everything would go perfectly fine. The morning of the move the company showed up and I had literally prayed to God that everything would go well and as soon as I walked in the door My Son said "you did a great job mom these guys are fantastic". I spent the whole day there and I can confirm these guys were fantastic. They were super respectful of not only our items but of our time as well. They were polite, energetic, hard-working, honest and they did a great job. They wrapped and packed all of our items with such care and they worked together well. The move was successful. Nothing was damaged. It was a really long day and they never tired or if they did, they never showed it. I would recommend them anytime and we will always use them. Great service.
