Ordering seemed a little confusing, but the man at the register was patient and helped me. The food didn't take long at all to be ready. It wasn't too busy but there were a few people there. The food was absolutely amazing and the service made it even better. I ordered two entrees, orange chicken and bbq beef, with half and half chow mein and fried rice. My favorite go to place for cheap yummy eats . Literally come here once a month and their food never disappoints. At first we started to get value bowls and then we eventually moved on to the family meal. I love all their food here , especially their chow mein. Wow I can't believe I haven't reviewed this hole in the wall gem yet because I've been coming here for like the past three years. The portions are HUGE and the prices are really cheap here. All this food for barely $14 and it was piping hot when I opened the box after the long drive home. They have a ton of specials to make it even more affordable. Their popular orange chicken is meaty and tender and burning hot so I can tell it was freshly made. The chow mein is plentiful and delicious too. I've also tried their macaroni salad and its not bad. Most importantly, the food is not greasy or over salty. Probably the best I've had. This place is the go to for americanized "panda express" Chinese food. They make the food when you order it unlike panda express (prices and portions are like 1/3 of panda as well). Never tried the Hawaiian food here so I can't speak for it but a lot of people ordered it when I was here so I might try it next time. Wok & Grill is located in the shopping center with Fedex and Cafe 86. The shopping center has plenty of parking. Was craving some Hawaiian BBQ this past long weekend and stopped by Wok & Grill and it was AMAZING! This not like any other Hawaiian BBQ restaurant. They offer the standard Hawaiian BBQ dishes plus chinese food. We only tried the Hawaiian BBQ dishes because that what were craving. We ordered the seafood combo, bbq combo and the spam musubi. They are very generous with their portions, the meat is cooked to perfection and the prices are much better than other places. My favorite part was the steamed cabbage that comes underneath the meat. It was soft and flavorful. The spam musubi was also amazing, the slice of spam was not too thin and not over seasoned. They are also very good at following the COVID protocols. They are only offering take out and you wait outside the establishment while the food is being prepared. We appreciate the fact that they installed speakers so you are able to hear them call your number when the food is ready and they have a microphone installed at the ordering station so you can hear the worker can hear you order to avoid any confusion. If you are ever in the Chino area, I highly recommend Wok & Grill. I can't wait to go back and try their chinese food. read more

I went there tonight to pick up dinner for my family. Their food is decent but we go there only because they have coupons which make it a good deal. I gave the coupon to the cashier, and she took my order and started to ring up the transaction. In the middle of the transaction, the owner came over to see what was going on, so she showed him the coupon, and he told me they won't accept it. I asked him why and he said it's because the coupon is a photocopy, so I invite him to touch the paper for himself because it's clearly an original. He went to the back to talk with someone else and came back shaking his head no. I asked what the problem was now and he says it's a coupon from a long time ago, so they don't accept it anymore. I pointed out that there's no expiration date, but he didn't seem to think that mattered. This place publishes coupons without expiration dates, accepts them for a long time, and then stops accepting them for no legitimate reason. If you want legit Hawaiian BBQ, go to L&L's which is the same price and tastes better, and without shady owners. read more

This was my first & last time coming to this place. I usually go next door to Waba Grill on my lunch break, but I decided to try a new place on Thursday, 12/8/22. I really regret coming here. Everything was perfectly fine up until I starting eating my food. I ordered the BBQ chicken value bowl, which comes with white rice, BBQ chicken, and cabbage and I ordered a drink as well. Food was brought to me fairly quick, I began to eat my food, the food was not all that great to begin with but decent otherwise. I ate maybe a few good bites of my bowl until I noticed something wrong. I went to pick up a piece of cabbage with my fork and it flopped onto the tray and that's when I noticed a dead bug! I'm not the type of person to make a scene or a big deal out of anything, but I felt the need to go up to the cashier guy that took my order and charged me. I told him I found a bug in my food and showed it to him. He said "oh no I don't think that's a bug, it looks like the seasoning from the chicken" I told him "no that's definitely a bug it has antenna's!" And he continued to try to deny that it was a bug, he then offered me a new bowl or a refund, which was considerate but I truly was already disgusted and lost my appetite I didn't even care I told him I didn't want anything at all I just wanted to show him that there was a bug in my food but he still offered me a new bowl. I was just being nice but didn't really want it. I had already had all my belongings ready to leave and he offered me a to go bag, he asked me if I wanted any sauces to go so I said sure, knowing damn well I wasn't going to eat that crap. When he handed me the bag he said "yeah I still don't think it was a bug, you know we do clean and we have pest control come and clean very often but I'm sorry" I grabbed the bag and left. The way he handled the situation was not appropriate at all, instead of owning up to the fact that it was definitely a bug he tried to deny and cover it up, that's just shitty, dishonest service. Maybe I should have just made a scene instead of being too nice, because I was also worried I would get sick from eating here since I am 5 months pregnant. Making me feel like an idiot not knowing the difference from seasoning and a bug with antenna's. I hope the owner of this place see's this review and holds the employees accountable for their crappy customer service and I really hope people do not eat here! read more

FIVE Stars for Marco & the staff here at Wok & Grill in Chino. I came here on a recommendation from my Daughter who has been coming here for several years. I've tried different item's on the menu and have not been disappointed with anything. My favorite has to be the Combo #B bbq beef & orange chicken which comes with your choice of two side items on the menu. The portions are very generous and very tasty. A few combo's on the menu come with a free drink as well. Getting back to the staff they always greet you with a genuine smile and are very courteous. I have to say the food here is better than Panda Express and it's priced quite a bit less. You will have to wait a few minutes only because everything is prepared fresh after you order. Please look at the photo below which shows the bbq beef with fried rice & chow mein. I'm a strong believer in supporting family neighborhood businesses rather than the chain food establishments.
