Unfortunately this will be the last time I get food here. Lady cooking in the back was not wearing a mask over her face when she brought out rice. Apologized when she saw me and put on her mask. Didn't sanitize and started filling my plate with my order. Lady was nice just feel that's not acceptable during the pandemic. read more

One of the worse chinese fast food place by far.Its way too expensive and the quality of meats is cheap.Pretty much evevrything they serve is chicken yes its chicken heaven here.Kung pao chicken,mushroom chicken,string beans chicken,orange chicken,jeez where is the beef and pork.everything taste very bland.And ive never seen a lunch special soo overpriced in my life for 1 item chow mein and rice and a small drink for $9 really lunch special is suppose to be cheaper like around $6 to $7 not $9 i would never ear here again ill take my money somewhere else read more

Been going here 3 or 4 years. Everything I have tried has been great. The soups are very good, lots of veggies and very fresh. Combo meals are ample in servings and food is always fresh. I would give it 6 stars if I could. The people working there at least on a Tuesday night are more than kind, helpful and friendly. read more

Uhh.. if you want amazing orange chicken, don't go here! It was dry and chewy and just not good. Bathroom was so dirty and just disgusting Ordered chow mein, orange chicken, black pepper chicken and fried rice. The only good thing was the chow mein and black pepper chicken wasn't too bad. I have been going to Wok & Roll every few months or so for years. As far as take-out Chinese food goes, they consistently serve tasty, fresh, and large portions of food. Their food isn't "out of this world," but I don't expect that for a take-out restaurant. I am giving it 5 stars because I obviously like it enough that I have been countless times, which renders Wok & Roll a 5 star review. Also, the location is great, with parking that is easily accessible. read more

Just ok. Food was pretty greasy and the dinning area was pretty messy. Empty boxes everywhere. A hand made sign taped to the soda machine they says "$ .50 refills" Was just as expensive as Panda Express. Don't plan on eating here again. read more

There is one negative tip and one negative review so far. I'm sharing my different experience here for some contrast, and also with the back story. I have been coming to this location since it opened approximately 18 years ago as "Wok California". I worked in an auto shop about a mile away and they dropped off a flyer when they opened...I believe in 97'. We gave them a try and have been coming back ever since, at least once a month. My children have grown up eating here. I have a lot of history here and the regular employees have recognized me and my family. They have treated us with respect, and dignity every time....I feel as if we have been family to them. Sure there was an employee here and there that was a little grumpy at times, but the quality of the food has more than made up for the occasional less than smiling server. We typically order family style and have enough food for dinner one night, and I take leftovers for lunch at work the next couple days. Ok...so let's fast forward to now. Tonight we visited "Wok and Roll" a rebadged version with some new interior updates. I was concerned at first until I started seeing some familiar faces. Most importantly the lady that was our regular server, and the chef that we typically saw in the back. Our customer service experience was great as usual, although the person I suspect to be the new owner was going to serve us at first but didn't understand we were going to order family style and not combos. Our regular server lady to the rescue. She bumped him out of the way and went to work putting our "usual" together. There were some new items available on the steam bench; most notably the pineapple chicken which is very tasty. The egg rolls have changed...they taste good but don't seem as fresh. Not sure how to describe this. I like them, they're different. The other typical staples of fast food Chinese are available and all tasted great. It's difficult to give out 5 stars for anything, but I do not hesitate to give a 4 star rating still. Good food, good service. Still would rather come here than the fast food Chinese restaurant that is literally 200 feet from my house, which is 6 miles away from this location. I wanna Wok & Roll all night, and party every day! Sorry, couldn't resist. Food is delish, and you get PLENTY of it. Each styrofoam container is filled to overflowing with food, so plan on each order being two meals. That's what I do. I'll order a combo for dinner, and put half in a container to take the work the next day. Sometimes I just buy a combo and have lunch the next two days. My two favorites are the orange chicken and the "house special" chicken (chicken with a mild tangy sauce and fresh jalapeños... spicy but not TOO spicy). Love the thick chow mein noodles. I'm never going to Panda Express again. I'd give it 5 stars, but I just can't give 5 stars to a little take out place. But this is our "go to" Chinese place. read more

I don't ever post or review about any place I go eat even if I get bad service, but this time I had too. Ive heard many say they love this place, but after my sister and I witnessed..... I'm never coming here again. To start off they were out of every drink except coke and the coke tasted nasty. As we are sitting down and eating... we see roaches walking on the floor and that was a wrap, got up and left. I told the lady working there and she didn't even bother killing it and went on to clean the tables. And she didn't even offer to refund the money... but it's not a big deal.
