An unexpected tire leak brought us here this morning. Initially we went to Firestone who reported long wait times and recommended to check out Xtreme instead. I'm so happy they did! We were greeted with a smile and immediate evaluation. The leak was quickly identified and fixed with a plug for a reasonable price. The conversations were great throughout, facility very clean, and all staff professional and trustworthy. We will definitely be back for the free break inspection! read more

we needed a tire switched out on a motorcycle. we had been calling around and found it difficult to find a shop that does motorcycle tires. we just happened to see these guys open on a sunday... so thought let's just see if they can do it. my boyfriend talked to the guys, they looked at the tire ok all good. so..... the guy changes the tire awesome! charged us a really great price! you know the saying you get what you pay for????!!!!! they had us take our old tire back why??? then when we get home... 20 minutes away... my boyfriend realizes that the guy who put the tire on the rim well he put it on backwards. the motorcycle tire is a directional tire so it needs to be put on in the right direction. my boyfriend tries to call the shop to let them know but no answer so he leaves a message and never received a call back so he calls them today almost a week later ( boyfriend works out of town) he tells them whats up and they tell him that they are to busy today to help him!!!!!!! so they guy who did the tire is incomplete, uneducated with zero knowledge about motorcycles or motorcycle tires. all he did was make the business look faulty, cause my boyfriend not to have a way to get to work and now have this review on yelp and me telling everyone i know not to do business here. extremely disappointed with the customer service. i cant recommend them not even if it was the only place open. read more

Had a spare that barely had air and needed my tires fixed immediately. Was able to get in and out in 20 min with some amazing conversation. 20 dollars for a patch in my tire and now I'm back on the road. 5 out of 5 stars!! Would absolutely recommend!! read more

Got a flat tire on my way home from work. Stopped by the local Firestone who didn't have the tire size I needed for my Tesla. They called Sean and he said he had one in stock! Such a good dude! Service was beyond awful.I went in with a majorly large nail in my tire and they told me it was an easy fix. As time passes at this point i waited around three hours for my car to be complete as im waiting i need to use the restroom i enter the restroom noticing strange critters on the floor...they were roaches. Ive had my fair share around little bugs so it doesnt phase me but as i get closer into the bathroom i start noticing brown stains on the wall smelling like feces there was human fecal matter on the walls this experience was BEYOND FERAL. After this awful bathroom experience i ended up waiting another 4HOURS come to find out that after i left this shop there was still a nail in my tire. After this im wondering what they charged me roughly $250 for.This shop is beyond a scam run by some young male who looks to have no idea what hes doing as im watching him look at my tire. read more

Xtreme Wheels & Tires put new rear tires on my 2021 Lexus. The next day all sorts of brake-related ABS warning lights go off on my dashboard. I take it back to Xtreme Wheels and he plays clueless, showing me my TPMS stems read "good". Had to take it to Lexus where it sat for 3 weeks. Turns out, Xtreme Wheels pulled or yanked on the wiring harness which pulled pins out of the connector causing a weak signal to/from that wheel. This negligence and mishandling of Xtreme Wheels turned into $1100 expense which they refused to acknowledge (surprise). Unqualified and unskilled workers tried to blame it on "puddles of water" getting up inside of my wheel. Really? Since when can wheels/tires not handle rainy weather? After $1100 and being without my car for a month, I was offered the cost of the tires back which was $410and never mind the other $1100 I had to pay to repair the damage to my car- no thanks. Horrible unskilled workers with no qualifications or knowledge other than "putting expensive rims on fancy cars". They don't mention what happens after those fancy cars drive off the lot. Wheel bearings get thrashed, warning lights come on and suddenly they don't know anything about anything. Crazy! read more

Don't trust these guys with your vehicle. They are not trustworthy and will damage your vehicle then claim they didn't do anything. Instead of owning up to their mistakes they'll tell to you to take them to court. Very lousy business and they don't stand behind their work. I would never let these guys touch my car. This place sucks, thier tire brands are from China, and thier tires wear out quickly. And the employees don't know what they are doing, this place lack knowledge about stuff, they told me they could change my tpms sensor and use a computer system to make the sensor work for my vehicle, it didn't work so they only did half the job and still charged me the whole amount of money for a half ass job. There is way better tire shops than this bad place. read more

I highly recommend Xtreme Wheels and Tires. They provided instant service, with no wait time at all for a flat tire on my Kia Sorento. Both the technicians were highly professional, taking the time to explain my options including researching whether my Firestone warranty would cover road hazard replacement. They examined my tire thoroughly, and while the damage was not repairable, they were able to replace it with the exact same tire model sold at Firestone, and I was out the door in under an hour. They checked all the other tires for inflation level, and bagged up my flat tire to take back to Firestone for warranty replacement!
