There is no self parking so keep in mind that valet parking is $5 cash. Pollack Hangover Soup - This was my first time trying this and it was very nourishing. If you're not a fan of fishy flavors, you might want to skip this one. It comes with tofu and pieces of dried pollack. This was great with the purple rice. Beef Tofu Stew - This was very good but a tad bit spicy for my taste. We tried to get a mild version of this, but we seemed to have gotten the medium. It might've been one of those cases where they can't alter the dish. LA Short Ribs - There were very tasty and not overly greasy. Some places tend to lean more savory and some more sweet when it comes to the marinade, but the flavor was really balanced. Always love to see galbi steaming when it arrives at the table. Beef Bulgogi Stone Pot Bibimbap - This was very tasty. Can't go wrong with a stone pot bibimbap. The bulgogi was also nicely marinated. Overall, the meal was great and the ambience was nice. The service was quick and we did notice the place filled up fast. If you have a larger group, you might need to make a reservation. A quick tip, if you're not a smoker, highly recommend asking for a table further in the restaurant. If you're sitting by the door, you'll most likely get waft when the door is open. All in all, I would come back again to try some of their other stews. Really like how the food here isn't too greasy and that you feel good after the meal. read more

Almost every grab was 99% vegetables and fillers. I had to dig and search for every tiny piece of main protein. For the price, I expected a much more generous portion and better quality ingredients. The portion was surprisingly small and didn't feel worth the cost. It honestly looked more like a packed leftover portion than a freshly made dish. It was packed with beef and vegetables, and the broth became richer the longer it simmered. The Spicy Squid Stone Pot Bibimbap was also really good. There was plenty of squid, the sauce had a nice kick without being overwhelming, and the crispy rice at the bottom was so satisfying. We also shared the Seafood Pancake, which was crispy, full of seafood, and not greasy at all. The complimentary side dishes were delicious, service was friendly, and the overall quality of the food really stood out. The pork meat was also nice and tender. The side veggies and sauces complimented the cutlet well. They also gave my friend and I side bean sprout cold soups which I appreciated. Do come with at least one other person because you're totally here for the korean style hotpot. I have ordered H01 and H02. H01 is octopus, intestine, shrimp but we swapped the intestine out for pork belly. The seafood is fresh, and the broth is not that spicy. H02 is kimchi pork belly, and the amount of cabbage is GENEROUS with thickkkk pieces of delicious fatty pork belly. A bit spicier than H02, but much needed for chilly nights. I love adding ramen to the hotpot ($2.50 extra). You get 6 different banchans and I really liked all of them. Very good variety. I love how clean the interior is and how brightly lit the space is. Each time I've been here, there are only 1-3 other tables dining, so it's never too busy. Service is super fast and staff is quite friendly. It took far too long just to receive basic items--menus weren't provided promptly so we took it from the table next to us, had to wait 10+ minutes then even had to ask for utensils, and about another 5 minutes to get a glass of water. The overall pace of service made the entire meal feel frustrating rather than enjoyable. It seemed like there was a lack of organization or urgency from the staff, even though this place does not that many tables. To make matters worse, the food itself did not make up for the poor service. The quality was underwhelming. Beef bulgogi thats recommended by the server was probably the worst Ive ever had- it had zero flavor and freshness. Octopus/intestine/shrimp hot pot was just okay. Considering both the long wait times and the disappointing dishes, the visit was not worth it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant based on my experience. There are definitely better options out there that provide both timely service and higher-quality food.
