If you're not a fan of fishy flavors, you might want to skip this one. It comes with tofu and pieces of dried pollack. This was great with the purple rice. Beef Tofu Stew - This was very good but a tad bit spicy for my taste. We tried to get a mild version of this, but we seemed to have gotten the medium. It might've been one of those cases where they can't alter the dish. LA Short Ribs - There were very tasty and not overly greasy. A quick tip, if you're not a smoker, highly recommend asking for a table further in the restaurant. If you're sitting by the door, you'll most likely get waft when the door is open. H01 is octopus, intestine, shrimp but we swapped the intestine out for pork belly. The seafood is fresh, and the broth is not that spicy. H02 is kimchi pork belly, and the amount of cabbage is GENEROUS with thickkkk pieces of delicious fatty pork belly. A bit spicier than H02, but much needed for chilly nights. I love adding ramen to the hotpot ($2.50 extra). You get 6 different banchans and I really liked all of them. Very good variety. I love how clean the interior is and how brightly lit the space is. Beef bulgogi thats recommended by the server was probably the worst Ive ever had- it had zero flavor and freshness. Octopus/intestine/shrimp hot pot was just okay. Considering both the long wait times and the disappointing dishes, the visit was not worth it. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant based on my experience. There are definitely better options out there that provide both timely service and higher-quality food.
