    Chicken Pesto Panini

The service is quick and the prices are amazing! Had a chicken panini, a tuna melt, and ham cheese croissant and they were good! The tiramisu coffee was also so taste!

Inexpensive, no-frills spot to get your caffeine fix and a meal for about $10 or less in 2026!! Wooh! I ordered the chicken panini for $5.99. I tempered my expectations and expected a mediocre sandwich due to the price of $5.99 but was pleasantly surprised to receive a hot, generously-filled sandwich all within 5 minutes! I ate outside at one of their two tables and noticed a handful of people come in to order their drinks. Will try one next time!

July 2026 Food/Pricing - Very reasonably priced drinks and food! The chicken pesto panini is our go to and only $5.99! Service/Ambiance - Small place but does have a few chairs inside. More chairs outside as well. The staff is always super nice! Parking - Street parking.

I think I've found my favorite local cafe! Yi's Cafe has amazing coffee and foods for an incredible price. I can't believe they are selling latte's for under $4, when most other places are charging almost double. I ordered the hainan chicken burrito and it was so flavorful and a very decent portion. It includes rice, scallions, cucumber, and Hainan chicken. The staff are super friendly as well, as they offered a free muffin when I came in. Plenty of parking in front of the store. I'm definitely going to become a regular here!

This cute little place has been on my bookmark for a little while now so I was so happy to have tried it today. It's a little shop, but it's ran super efficiently with friendly service. Reading some other Yelp review and seeing some of their TikTok's, I knew I wanted to try their Hainan Chicken Rice, Chicken Pesto Panini, and their Tiramisu Latte. I did order all of those things, and added their chicken tacos and their Iced Dalgona Whipped Coffee. We came closer to their closing time and they gave us some blueberry muffins to try, which was better than some bakery muffins I've had. I have to say... Everything was pretty good, but my favorite would be the Chicken Pesto Panini and Tiramisu Latte. Other cafés, they would probably charge double the price and not taste as good but, Yi's Cafe definitely does it right! The Hainan Chicken Rice was decent for the price but the chicken was a little dry, the rice needed a bit more chicken stock, and I wish the sauce had more ginger in it. Other than that... It was pretty good. With all the food and drinks I got, plus tax and tip included... It only cost around $38. Which is such a steal for the quality of food and drinks that you get. There is so many good things I wanted to try on their menu, especially their breakfast sandwiches. I have to come back and try their Spanish coffee and get another Chicken Pesto Panini and tiramisu latte. So good! Make sure to put them on your bookmark and try to go support this small cafe. Your wallet and stomach will thank you!

I could NOT believe these prices. The staff were kind & service was fast! We got our food & drinks within 6 minutes. I also got a free muffin for purchasing over $10!! I definitely recommend the Chicken Pesto Panini & Tuna Melt, but skipping on the Breakfast Burrito.

The $1 chicken taco was so delicious that I ended up getting another one! The $3.75 Spanish latte with cinnamon and condensed milk and at no extra charge for oat milk - my mind was blown by these low and affordable prices from not just pre-Covid- more like from the 90's! Lol This place is too good to be true ! I don't want to yelp about it because then everyone will come and prices will go up and there will be a long line. Small place, causal and with free street parking . There is seating inside although a bit limited.

I had a good experience at Yi's Cafe (Arcadia). I ordered the Tiramisu Latte ($4). I felt awake after sipping this silky, chill brew. Its aftertaste is reminiscent of dark chocolate. Honestly, the low price is baffling. CRAZY!! I arrived at Yi's Cafe (Arcadia) on Tuesday (around 12:55PM). Parking will require street parking. Fortunately, there's a nearby neighborhood with spots to park. Yi's Cafe (Arcadia) has awful visibility. It's extremely tiny, and it's hard to find even when searching. Staff is busy and efficient. Sudden waves of customers regularly appear, order, and vanish. There's almost a rabid scuffle as everyone took in the low affordable prices for such high quality coffee. Similar coffee could easily sell for $7+, yet all of the drinks are $4 or less!? CRAZY! My drink took about three minutes. Good time! As mentioned, I enjoyed the Tiramisu Latte ($4). This coffee carried a layered creaminess while capturing the essence of Tiramisu and a fresh roast. I appreciated the drink's strength and thoughtfulness. TASTY! Regarding ambiance, Yi's Cafe (Arcadia) is cramped & tiny. It felt like a big closet. It felt warm inside. There's two tiny interior counters, and there's two small patio tables. This is an order-and-leave spot. Still, there's some utility. There's customer internet; information is available by asking Staff. There's also one electrical outlet. There's no restroom, but there's two hand sanitizer bottles. The music also played very light pop music. Overall, I had a good experience at Yi's Cafe (Arcadia). The coffee is high-quality, and the prices are extremely low. I'd take advantage before these amazing prices increase. If you live nearby, you're ridiculously fortunate. I envy you. 4.8 out of 5.

Hainam Chicken and rice only $10 so deeeelicios! The chicken pesto panini WoW so good it made my toes curl lol. My iced caramel latte made my other toes curl! I have lived down the street from this spot for 8 months and I barely found it . Coffee is amazingly priced and the taste is great . Perfect combo of coffee to sweetness . Good things don't last forever so I will take advantage of this spot as much as I can .even if the price goes up i would still come for the coffee . It's a huge GEM in this economy

Tried their viral "Breakfast Burrito." Had to wait 45 minutes for order, ordered croissant and Breakfast Sandwich. The sandwich was good, only confusing part was the Burger Bun, subbed the Thousand Island dressing for Mayo. The croissant was hard and not worth it. The burrito has no breakfast items, it comes with Chicken, white rice and cheese? The flavor is good but confused my expectations. Did not get a chance to try the drinks due to the 40 minute wait but will come back to do a second review as this place is so close. The previous business "Poppies" was def more on brand and fresh.

    Lovers latte (vanilla, rose, strawberry)
    Sam B.

#179 in my Coffeeshop Chronicles. I don't know how their prices are so incredibly low but I'm here for it! A hot honey cinnamon latte with oatmilk was only $3.75! Like what?!! How is that even possible when the same drink runs between $7.50 to $9 everywhere else in SGV? And the latte was pretty good too. I went in thinking there was no way something a fraction of the typical price could taste as good, but I was pleasantly surprised. I went back and tried their seasonal Lovers Latte, made with vanilla, strawberry, and a hint of rose. Even with the milk substitution it was still only $4 - absolute insanity! This little gem of a coffee stand deserves so much love, and I hope they stay in business for years to come. ****************** My Ratings: 1 Star: Terrible; just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars: Wasn't a fan so Not likely to return. 3 Stars: Meh. Average. Might return if others drag me. 4 Stars: Yum! Likely to return. 5 Stars: Amazing! Would plan my day around it.

First off, the takoyaki octopus balls were full of flavor. I feel that this place does them really well. You don't feel overwhelmed by any seafood tastes and instead, you get well balanced flavor throughout every bite with the combination of the ball itself, the sauces and the flakes on top. Next is the omurice. The egg is cooked to perfection and tastes absolutely amazing. The curry, however, which was recommended by the waiter over the Demi glaze, tasted exactly like the Vermont curry cube you get in the grocery store, so I'm not sure why he recommended that over the Demi glaze. The fried rice within the omurice was alright too. Originally, I wanted to get the tonkatsu omurice but got it on the side as the choice wasn't available for the lunch menu. I would suggest doing without the tonkatsu because it was dry and there's a million and one places that can do tonkatsu better than this place. Honestly, I wish I had the opportunity to cut the omurice myself and choose how much curry I put on it, but the staff did that instead, which I guess made for a good video, but took away from my innate desires to cut the egg on my own haha. Next, the ramen tasted pretty basic like what you could get at any ramen shop. For the chicken wings, I've never had chicken wings in this flavor. They were really really good and I would definitely recommend the wings. For the desserts, I enjoyed both the matcha and the snow globe. I'm not sure what I enjoyed more, however. The snow globe is a gelatin and it doesn't really have too much flavor until you get to the parts with the flower. Plus the little clear balls have a nice flavor and texture. For the matcha, it has an interesting texture and then an interestingly light, yet deep matcha flavor. Oh the drinks. The Thai tea tastes exactly like how it does everywhere else. The amazing lemonade is a lemonade with a few slight modifications, like with cucumber and maybe some other things as well. For the service, it's pretty good here. Everyone is pretty attentive. There are three things at the table, such as cayenne pepper and two other bowls you can add to your dishes to add flavor. I forgot the name of the one I liked but it looked kind of like pork floss or loose tea, and that one had a lot of flavor. I think what's most appealing about this place is the ambiance because you can like sit in a honeycomb, there's fancy designs everywhere and you feel like you're in a different place. I think it's a good restaurant but it's kind of weird how some things here are amazing and some are just okay.

The restaurant has different chili powders on each table, which I really appreciated since I love spicy food. I do think the broth was quite salty, but maybe that's just how ramen is. The interior of the restaurant is absolutely gorgeous. It has plenty of seating, and the restrooms are very clean. Parking is kind of limited, however, so I recommend avoiding peak dinner/lunch hours. Servers were very kind and efficient.

Kinda makes me think, "Is this where all the cool kids go?" said by: definitely not a cool kid me. My gal friend and I always want dessert and believe life is always better with sweets. It was around 9 pm already, and of course, we wanted something sweet to end our day. The plaza on Duarte Rd is pretty dark, but 626 Ice Cream was the bright corner filled with tons of people in line, even at 9 pm. They have their posted in a few spots in the line so customers can check out the flavors. My friend was happy there is something non-dairy for her, which was the Mango Sago flavor. They seem to change up their ice cream flavors every now and then I noticed, which is so fun! It was our first time here, and the man who helped us was very sweet in letting me try all the 6 flavors and pick my favorite. I ended up with their Cereal Ice Cream flavor which tasted like a childhood milk & cereal breakfast, the sweet milk you drink after you finished your cereal. I thought "wow!" This was totally it and I fell in love with it. I also want to mention their Yakult flavor was amazing as well; it's the perfect tartness I love in Yakult drinks and had just a teeny bit of sweetness to it. It's great for those friends you may have in your life who just want a little bit of sweetness. Their toppings are so fun, and I would just go back for their toppings to be honest. I asked the team member to choose my toppings for me, you get 3 toppings if you get the mini cup size. So I got red bean, cacao nibs, and mochi. I would come back to eat this combination over and over again. My friend got a Mango Sago flavor, it's non-dairy, with Mochi and Fruit. She loved it as well and I got to try some of it - it packs a punch in mango flavor and is soooo good with their mochi! There is cozy seating inside, or you can totally be a cool kid and pick up one of those stools outside and sit in the parking lot. So nostaligic almost like a backyard party. I appreciated having them take the time to make every person in front of them understand their flavors. I tried every flavor. Mango sago was the most decent to expected flavor. The condensed milk yogurt flavor wasn't right, not what I would expect as it gets muted by the dairy. Blindly I would not think this would be at all condensed milk flavor. The yakult is also muted. Very difficult to achieve without making the base less dairy based, which is exactly opposite of what happened here. The misutgaru honey flavor was a disappointment. As a huge misutgaru enthusiast, the honey and dairy once again overpowered so the nuttiness or roasted flavor didn't come thru. Making it a bit too sweet and dairy forward. The viet coffee flavor was prob on point besides the mango sago but I'm not a coffee dessert person and didn't want the caffeine

So, we ordered the following; -Mango Strawberry Smoothie 5/5 The tropical flavor of mango mixed with sweet strawberry gave the drink creamy flavor and velvety texture. It was heavenly. - Strawberry Matcha 5/5 The drink was perfectly sweetened and refreshing. Then, we found out that if you buy six items from the bakery, you get the seventh free. We ordered the following from the bakery; - 3 carrot Tea Cakes 5/5 I really enjoyed this carrot tea cake. It had coconut and raisins. The texture was incredibly soft and rich in flavor. It's a must try! - 1 apple cinnamon Tea cakes 5/5 - 2 Almond Tea cake 5/5 - Chocolate Muffin 5/5 We enjoyed our drinks and the fresh tea cakes and muffins. This cafe is a hidden gem in Arcadia. I will definitely come back to try more drinks and enjoy their delicious tea cakes.

We ordered a mango smoothie, a camelia milk tea, and hojicha latte. The milk tea was great, just the right sweetness at 75%. The hojicha was so good! 50-75% recommended. The smoothie was lacking flavor for me, so I wouldn't order it again. It's a newer restaurant, with great promotional deals right now to check out. There's also tons of seating! Great spot to meet up with friends and family, or for a quick stop too. Can order through kiosk or at the counter. I'm planning on coming back to try their food and more of their drink menu!
