I'm a platinum rewards because I go daily. The flavors were horrible the last time I visited and no tart. They don't seem to keep their main flavors in stock. I drive by 5 locations to go specially to this location and they keep failing. They need to stock tart always in order to keep their loyal customers coming back. We were ready to put our toppings but the girl working there was doing a mobile order. We waited a good while and my yogurt started melting. We even considered leaving because it was taking a long time. When it was our turn to chose toppings, she didn't even apologize for making us wait and was not generous with toppings. Walked in with my girlfriend 11:45 on a Saturday night, 15 minutes before closing. Literally the only two in the place, and we politely ask "Are you guys still open?" The two employees working look at us if we were intruding their privacy. The only thing that is missing are the utensils to put the topping into your cup. But no, the female employee working behind the counter looks at us and quickly rushes over to the toppings and takes it away as we are literally walking toward it. Listen, my girlfriend and I both work in the food industry, we both know what it feels like to rush and close quick so we can both go home early. But, it literally takes us 10 seconds MAX to get some toppings.... So we just walk out and not get anything because at this point we're fed up. As we're walking out the employees give us a sarcastic "Have a nice night". I don't know what happened to you today, or what you have to do tonight that's so important that you have to completely disregard your customers, but this isn't even unacceptable, it's embarrassing. I asked the girl at the counter and she said her manager wasn't there and she would get into trouble if she let me use the bathroom. I don't usually review chain stores/restaurants but this one is deserving. There are so many Yogurtlands in Orange County.. I'm pretty sure there's more than 4 in the Tustin/Irvine vicinity. But this location is superb. The customer service is always spot on. They always have fully stocked toppings. The space is kept clean. And it's conveniently located in a great nook of the Market Place, Irvine - where there's plenty of parking and tons of great outdoor seating. It's the perfect spot for lunch and then a quick frozen treat or a fun date night. read more

If I could give it a 0 I would! It's nothing against the yogurt! But after a long week of school my friends and I decided to try some samples. My friend puffed up her sample cup to make it bigger to get more of a sample (which wasn't the best idea on our end) but we did plan on getting a cup, when this lady comes up to us with a big attitude and started saying that we can't be doing that and continues to stand next to us literally staring at us until we left and she was so rude about it. We ended up going back just so we can get a cup of yogurt and my friend asked the cashier who that lady that was being rude to us was, and turns out she was the manager... and owns the place! Then my friend explains how rude she was to us and the cashier did was just laughed at us as we walked out... all of this over a sample?? It's probably only worth like a penny and the fact that they were willing to make such a big deal out of it shows a lot about them not caring for customers... definitely not going back to that location and neither should you. That is half the yogurt experience allowing me to try new things, without it it's just not the same. But you are her in IRVINE so you have a long drive to a yogurt shop that is run correctly. This is my favorite Yogurtland spot! I love that they add the toppings instead of me. Its much more sanity that way. I'm super pregnant and thankful they are open late so I can get my cravings satisfied lol I've seen many different faces work here and all are nice. Its always busy but they make everything run smooth and toppings are always stocked. There is a courtyard right in front of the store so it's perfect for families to get their yogurt and let their kids run around. read more

This location can get crowded but at least it's a larger space with more flavor options. So I feel it is worth the crowds. Granted we did go on a hot summer weekend in the middle of the day but we still had a fine experience. Upon entering we were greeted with a warm welcome from the employees and right on the counter were plenty of sample cups. So much better than having to wait for the employees to hand us sample cups! The flavors were pretty up to date as well. Other slower and smaller locations advertise new flavors with posters only to find that when you actually go to choose your froyo flavor none of the new flavors can be found. It's really frustrating. But this location had plenty of options and no pumps were broken down. This actually is pretty common at other locations as well. In addition to more froyo flavor choices, there were also a ton more topping options! Lots of fruit toppings to choose from as well as sauces and all sorts of crushed cookies and candy. It was so hard to decide! I didn't want to to take away too much from the froyo flavor so I only put on a little fruit. The whopper froyo flavor tasted just like the candy! I was super impressed! I normally don't Yelp this kind of place but I really wanted to let everyone know the awesome flavors I had yesterday: - Red velvet cake batter - Vanilla wafer OMG! Those topped with some strawberries (which were frozen, but tasted ok) and cheesecake for 30cents/oz, mmmm!! Note: they charge you TAX if you plan on eating there. The food itself was great. As great as the other locations. However, I was disturbed by an employee that was VISIBLY DRUNK. Her name I think was Elisa or Elise, and she was slurring her speech and did not seem oriented at all. Worst of all, she spilled her drink she was holding, and a very foul smell was emitting from it. Also her customer service was so bad, she gave attitude to almost every Customer (including me), and she definitely wanted people to know she doesn't want to be at work.
