I've been coming here for some time and actually like the pizza, but I think the service and management has gone downhill. I've noticed that there are a lot of new employees, which is fine, but I've noticed that when they seem confused or not sure how to do something, the manager (Brooke, I think) just does it for them instead of helping them learn. That's not effective. I actually witnessed her berating an employee and using profanity, which is never appropriate, but especially disturbing since most of the employees seem to be very young. Dropped in for the first time today. Used a Groupon. But hey, I would have paid full price. It was just that good. The pizza was amazing and the service was equally amazing. The employees were friendly and helpful in explaining the concept and options. My pizza was quickly ready. By the time I grabbed a cup of water, sat down and got comfortable, it was delivered to my table. It tasted fresh. My side salad was good, but I think there is room for improvement. It was a little on the small side for the price. Also, it was pre-prepared. The tomatoes were starting to age. However, the salad was good. For dessert I tried Butterfinger gelato. Absolutely amazing!!!! And at only $1 a scoop, it's a great bargain. Two scoops were more than enough for me. In conclusion, this is a great pizza joint with great service. Came and made my first pie for the first time and it was delish. The second time I ordered the southern heat I believe it was called. There wasn't that much buffalo sauce so a little dry and not much chicken either but seriously the whole container of jalapeños. I think I'll stick to making my own from now on haha read more

Great options for Gluten free. They take allergies seriously. They have a separate prep area and oven to accommodate for allergies.

This place has a really cool concept in that it's like a Subway but with pizzas. You can pick and choose what toppings you get etc. The pizza is also good and there are some neat ideas on the menu and ingredients to choose from. You should go on one of the days that they give discounts though. It can be a little pricey. read more

Anytime you can take a family out and individualize everyone's pizza - you have a winning product. On top of the customization, the pizzas are brick oven cooked to perfection every time. This place is way overpriced for pizza and they are not generous with the toppings. For a family of 5, we walk out of there $60+ later and I'm still hungry. A co-worker told me about this place and now I'm a BELEIVER!! It's a "make your own pizza," pick your crust, your sauce, your ingredients. The had WHEAT, White and Gluten free crusts. The wait isn't long at all, surprisingly. BBQ Chicken is wonderful, as are all the pizzas. The employees and the owners are really nice and remember you. What a fantastic concept. This chain will grow like mad!!! I can see that already. DESSERT!!!! The GELATO is worth it too---dark chocolate, coconut, pistachio, all those wonderful flavors. Don't pass this up!! All homemade. The place is packed on Friday and Saturday nights especially. 8:30 on a Saturday night and we were 1 of 2 total parties. That should have tipped us off... Very fast and rushed service. It was clear that the crew of kids wanted to get out of there ASAP. Totally bland and forgettable pizza. My BBQ chicken pizza had no flavor. The BBQ sauce was so so bland. Jets bbq pizza is substantially better. Even though the pizza was baked in some sort of open flame oven, the pizza crust had no taste and no char. Their grated parm cheese shakers contained something which tasted nothing like cheese. What's wrong with grating fresh cheese? The hot pepper shaker contained what I guessed was months old pepper. No heat to be had. Servers asked us during our meal if we planned on ordering gelato or sorbet for dessert- since they wanted to clean and empty the display case. Despite our answering to the affirmative, they emptied the case. No dessert for us. Another server asked us if we wanted more soda because she wanted to clean the soda machine. We pointed to our beer bottles and explained that we weren't drinking soda. No need to return. read more

I really enjoyed Your Pie in Roswell! I made my own custom pizza, and was extremely satisfied with the outcome. The whole wheat crust was very tasty and fulfilling (similar to Mellow Mushroom crust, but not as thick), and the marinara is great as well. What makes this place stand out is the price point - customizing your own pizza at one of the other restaurants in the area would cost a few dollars more. My husband had a calzone and was not quite as impressed as I was (they leave the sides open instead of pinching them closed, so it looks more like a panini). But we both agreed that we would return for an affordable custom pizza experience. read more

We used to love coming here but the pizza and service has gone downhill. They appear to have switched to a thin crust style but never adjusted the oven temp. Our pizzas came out with a cardboard overdone crust but the toppings were undercooked. Also sat down to dirty in-bussed tables. read more

Love the idea of all you can put on a pizza especially they have gluten free pizza. Service is great! Ingredients are very fresh. Flavor is really good. I got the pizza and my husband got the regular salad, which is everything you can fit in a big bowl. PLUS gelato in many different flavors. If you love pizza, defiantly give it a try! read more

This place is a 2.5 star. The food is OK. Better than Papa Johns, but well below Mellow Mushroom. Staff was friendly and helpful, and my kids liked picking their own toppings. Was good the first couple of times. Last two times i went (early summer) the A/C was either broken or non-existent and the chicken in my chicken caesar salad was more fat than edible meat. An excellent place for those that have food allergies or diets that limit dairy, gluten, etc... They have options for everyone (which moves it from a solid 4 to 5 stars). My wife was ecstatic about finding a good gluten free pizza place. Overall, this is a great neighborhood pizza joint with quality ingredients. Very similar to a sub or burrito joint, where you pick what you want on your personal pizza. It makes for an endless combination of possible pizzas. It's a bit more expensive than sharing a big pie, however, everyone gets exactly what they want. The kids pizza meal is a good deal and they even give the kids a small amount of gelato to finish off the meal (parents that don't want to put their kids on a sugar high will appreciate the small size).
