Came to try this place with my family today. Flavor of the food is acceptable. For it's price, the portion is small and in my opinion that means it's overpriced. Beside the cheung fun, which is what they are known for, I also ordered the pig intestine noodle and a steamed rice vermicelli. While the flavor of the noodle is good; the pig intestine was not cleaned thoroughly there was still bits of "things" in it. The steamed rice vermicelli was a rip off. For 12 dollars it is basically, steamed noodle with soy sauce topped with pickled veggies. The customer service is also bad. They give you a paper cup for water and does not come back to refill. There is really no attendants in the sit in location to serve people. To me, it is more like a fast food atmosphere. Then comes the billing part, I paid with card and they automatically charge you 18% tips; and considering their service I didn't want to give them 18%, but what can you do when you they charge you already? I came on a Sunday around noon and it was pretty crowded due to the space being very small, but we were luckily able to sit down right away. The two of us got 3 rice rolls and a 6 piece chicken wing, which came out to about $43 after tax. We thought this would be enough food but we honestly could have had two more rice rolls or maybe a rice or noodle dish. Randomly stumbled upon this hole in the wall that was within walking distance of our hotel. Was nervous at first because there were no other customers, but was pleasantly surprised.
