I've been to Zait Bistro every week since they opened. I've taken family, friends and business associates. Everything we've had has been spectacular. This is NOT fast food, THANK GOODNESS. The food is high quality, FRESH and cooked to order. The restaurant is very clean and well lit. You can see the food being prepared, which is a plus, plus, plus! The staff is uber friendly, professional and patient. Tonight I had the shrimp kabob and a veggie kabob (special order; my only meal of the day and I had leftovers :-)) with salad, hummus and that wonderful garlic spread for the bread. The meal was delightful! My husband has had the lamb, the beef/lamb shawarma and enjoyed both and he is not easy to please aside from meat and potatoes. Don't forget to order baklava - light and tasty; the perfect dessert! They even have sparkling water in their beverage dispenser. You can eat for under $10 per person and the portions are very generous. The medium plate is good if you're a bit hungrier and the large plate can be shared or great for leftovers. Great location, easy access, ample parking. Zait Bistro has handled every detail to making this someplace you want to visit again and again. Zait Bistro Mediterranean Grill did not disappoint. Reasonably priced. I've never had a falafel sandwich before and I'm glad this place was my first experience with one. They were more than happy to give me a taste of their houses since it was my first time dining there. The service was nice and friendly. My usual is Mezzaterranean, but since it's closed Sundays I tried out Zait Bistro. I ordered the beef kebab plate for $10, with pita bread + hummus for one side and cucumber yogurt salad for the other. For the price, the meat was amazing--tender and flavorful, even if one of the 6 pieces I got was mostly fat. The cucumber yogurt salad was nice too. The rest of the meal was a bit disappointing; the rice was greasy and a bit mushy, and I didn't eat most of it. The hummus was bland and very oily, with an over-smooth, almost runny texture. Their menu has a lot of variety, and I'm up for trying this place again and maybe getting one of their sandwiches instead of going for a plate with sides--but on days other than Sundays will be back to Mezzaterranean. read more

My wife and I got combos 3 and 5. The chicken has a lot of flavor and is moist. The beef seemed to be low quality filet and did not have any flavor at all. The hummus is killer. Had to to ask multiple times for our pita bread. Was kind of disappointed that they don't make it in house. Would definitely come back again. I have not actually eaten here but my wife and I tried tonight, but the Grubhub and Doordash menus were vague so we called the restaurant. Nowhere on either site is there a tab for adding a side of pita bread but usually when you order a separate side of hummus or mutaball, you get pita bread. This did not say that on the menu so my wife called to ask them. The first time she spoke with a man who was rude to her and told her the pita is on the doordash menu, which it isn't. She called back after we deliberated some more and spoke with a woman who said "pita bread does not come with a side of hummus". Why would anyone buy a side of hummus or mutaball with no pita to eat it with? It is true that you can get pita as a side with your meal, but what if your two sides are rice and salad? There is nowhere else to add pita bread and they were completely oblivious to that fact, and rude about having to explain. Needless to say I won't be eating there ever. read more
