I laughed so hard tonight! Drove up to drive thru and was told their "system" was down, so they couldn't sell any food. WHAT? Electricity was on! They had food! They had employees! WHY couldn't they serve food? I imagine it's because no one had the authority to take cash payments without all the electronic equipment processing pertinent information. We were rudely greeted at the speaker in the drive through, so I knew what kind of experience we were about to have haha. Sure enough I was missing multiple sauces, and an order of the veggie egg rolls. I re-entered the drive-through line to get my missing items and was told that they did not have sauce for me, and I got my egg rolls. We then parked in the parking lot and began eating only to discover that our drinks had no ice, and were clearly cut with water. Went back to the line to request a cup of ice and they gave me one. The lady who appeared to be working the window and the front counter was the most disgusting display of personality I have ever seen. Never in a million years would I have this person working for me. Food was not hot. Been sitting. Like eating microwaved lukewarm room temperature chicken nuggets.

I went to this establishment last night to order food. When I arrived home and opened my food up, I noticed that had given me an old order that was similar to my order but not at all what I ordered. The chicken in the order was the wrong flavor--regular Buffalo instead of atomic hot--and it was dried out and shriveled up as if it had been pulled out of the trash. I'd been to this restaurant before, but not anymore. I don't recommend going to this place. read more

I should've known that the food was going to be below average by how fast I received my order. Don't waste your time or your calories on zaxbys. I don't understand why they would pre cook wings instead of cook to order. 28 dollars for a 4 piece chicken tender and 10 bone in wings. I love Zaxby's. Mainly because of their salads. If you're trying to eat healthy & you're in a pinch, Zaxby's has an excellent selection of salads. Everything is very fresh! I usually get mine with grilled chicken, and without the fried onions and toast. So good & filling. When not paying attention to calories, I've enjoyed their chicken tenders and also the sliders. Wasn't expecting much truth be told, it's a fast food chicken place in the Walmart parking lot. Had a chicken sandwich that took a while because they had to fry the chicken, no problem, the guy said he would put some cookies in the bag for waiting and guess what? Have been twice and wasn't to impressed the first time. The first time I had the chicken strip dinner and they were extremely way to salty. It was very good. At first I had the thought I was eating Canes but after eating it a bit more, it has its own taste but still very close to Canes, probably with a tad more flavor. Just a tad though. The chicken portions were kinda small. The fries were really good. The seasoning they put on is not like a Tonys, more of a salt seasoning without it being salty? Either way it was good. The garlic texas toast was really good too. All in all, very good. Just wish the size of the chicken was bigger. The sweet tea still needs a bit more sweetness for us southern tea drinkers. Canes is FAR FAR FAR better but Canes is a local company. They know we like it SWEET! read more

Stopped in for a late lunch. I use the drive-through and the young lady behind the window was very friendly. The kitchen looked very clean. The food was very mediocre as far as taste goes and the portions were very small for the money that I paid. It's not s bad place but the food quality was a little sub par. I don't think I will be going out of my way to eat here again. read more

I am from Alabama and Zaxby's is really popular. I recently moved about 5 mins from this location and decided to go for some wings. I ordered the BBQ. Got home and they had given me buffalo. I was going to suck it up and just eat the buffalo but I swear those were the most disgusting wings that I have EVER had from a Zaxby's. I don't know if it was the grease or what but god they were awful. I was able to eat 2 of them then started feeling nauseous so I took them back and got my money back because the order was wrong anyway. The side salad I ordered and cookie was good (that's why they got a 2 rating from me), but the wings were trash. Literally. Never had a bad experience with Zaxby's wings before. The service was slow, which can somewhat be excused for it being a new business. The food was so so, but Cane's and Chic-FilA are both way better and worth the time. My interactions with employees only proved that they are rude and obviously don't care what the customers need. At one point I asked an employee if the drink machine was out of root beer to which he responded: "Well if you tried, obviously we are out of root beer." What a prick. To cap off a rather mediocre experience, I got the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had. Two days later and I can barely walk and keep food down. My first visit here will be my last. They are a Canes want to be but the portions are small the tenders are dry. Their copy cat version of the sauce is ok. The salads are good nice size nice price. Clean and always nice people working there. Would go back for a salad but will pass on the dry tenders. read more

I was extremely happy when Zaxby's opened this restaurant. I moved here from Georgia and we missed them immensely. I prefer Zaxby's to Cane's for the variety. I order Buffalo Fingers which are chicken fingers dipped in the sauce of your choice, rather than dry chicken fingers. The Hot Honey Mustard is my go to sauce. read more

Only once out of the few times I've been here has the food been decent. I've always gotten either chicken strips or wings and they've always been cold/room temperature, charred or extremely dried out. The employees are always rude as well. Really gives Zaxby's a bad name because I've been to several different Zaxby's and the food is usually really good! read more

My 1st time to try their food & loved it ! Chicken hot & juicy, was very surprised, like it better than Cane's which I love. Service is great, manager came out and was very nice.
