They came out, assured me that the problem will be solved if I hire them, they said they treated the problem, and left. Unfortunately, the rodent activity continued. After I contacted them again, they returned and claimed they had resolved the issue a second time. However, the problem never truly went away. I had to travel and I was not leaving in the house for a period of time personal reasons when I came back, I realized the problem still continuing. I had to deal with the stress, inconvenience, all while the rodent issue remained unresolved. They never know where the rodent is coming in guessing closing and putting traps and then of course it takes some time for them to come back that's why they keep the warranty time short. If I had the rodent in another area of my house I will understand oh maybe another space, but it was exactly the same area plus the places they covered outside of my house was worn so fast and there were holes again When I contacted the company again after their six-month warranty had expired, despite the fact that the original problem had never been properly fixed, they refused to take responsibility and instead wanted to charge me again for additional services. Their warranty period is much shorter than many other companies in the industry, which should have been a red flag from the beginning. In my experience, this company seemed far more interested in collecting additional payments than in actually solving the customer's problem. The service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and there was no accountability when their treatment failed. I would be especially cautious when dealing with Jesus the inspector who is nice at the beginning but they don't really know what they are doing and John who is the general Manager of the company, as my interactions with them were extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I am so dissatisfied with how this situation was handled that I am considering pursuing the matter in Small Claims Court. Save yourself the frustration, expense, and stress. There are other companies that offer longer warranties and stand behind their work. I wish I had chosen one of them.

Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!! First, the technician who…read morecame to complete the inspection for the property provided a quote for the entire building to the owner and tenants. On the day of appointment, they didn't have us scheduled. Then they made adjustments to have Dax come for our appointment, since he completed the inspection and provided the quote. Once he started to do the work, he changed the price at the day of the appointment because he said to the office that he didn't give a quote for the entire building, although 3 separate tenants including the owner was given this price. There wasn't any contract or invoice sent over prior to the appointment, so this displayed faulty business. Secondly, the guys left cement residue on my outdoor mat which demonstrated the lack of care to the customers property. I informed the owner about this and he got very rude and disrespectful about the pricing issue mentioned above when that wasn't our problem. It was the technician Dax who didn't provide us with an accurate quote to be hired for the job. Lastly, the issue that was shared was in the ceiling. Dax advised that the outdoor soil needed to be treated first before they could assess the indoor ceiling issue. This didn't make any sense to me but we obliged to have the soil treated first. Well, less than 7 DAYS, the ceiling issue is back !! I informed Jason about this, and he mentioned that they couldn't come back until the full balance has been covered. Although, this was the main reason why they were hired and should have assessed the ceiling first, they are choosing to have us pay for a service that wasn't completed since the pest issue has reappeared less than 7 DAYS again!! Absolutely TERRIBLE and bad business!!
