These people are reliable, on time, and professional. After months long construction, I noticed some cockroaches appearing. Zeek's came out ASAP and treated the house. I am writing this a year after Zeke's Pest Control's last visit - I am so happy to say I am still rodent free because of them. Customer service (Heidi and Marybelle) was excellent. This entire period of checking for dead rodents lasted about 2 months - it was awful!!! Traps were initially set - the fee was $250 - I think. Follow-up service was great. Traps were rebated. Openings were thoroughly checked by technician, Johnathan. I had a handyman plug up the openings as Zeke's tech suggested. Johnathan was very clear and patient when it came to explanations on strategy. Follow-up visits (and there were about 6) were made without additional charge. Such a positive experience. We had fleas and could not take care of it, nor did we want chemicals in the house. I just moved into this condo. Four days in, I've found three giant cockroaches. That's three too many. I don't think I'm infested, but this has to end immediately. Prompt and professional service. Haven't seen an ant in my yard since! I contacted Zeek's Pest Control for a consultation on my ant problem a few months ago. Anyone living in Gardena can tell you that ants can be a terrible problem. Normally, they stay away from us, but with this drought and some with of the landscaping I have been doing, they had really begun to be a problem. I would frequently see trails of them going across my fencing and going underneath my house. If we tried to picnic in our yard-forget it! Any little spill, crumb left on the counter, or lost cocoa puff under the couch would invariably bring a group into the house, driving me and my wife crazy. Zeek arrived within 15 minutes of our scheduled appointment and did a thorough walk around my property with me, pointing out how ants build colonies, use plants and fences to cross over onto structures, and identified the hot spots where they nest. With one application of control agent, (safe for kids and pest within 30 minutes) I was amazed with the results. I had these tiny red ants (I'm talking so tiny you need a magnifying glass to tell they are ants) that attacked my entire kitchen....these little guys even got into sealed containers...peanut butter...everything).
