I was very happy how my pedicure came out, but he water was very cold and that made me sad because I love the feel of warm water with a pedicure! Also I got a manicure but I was very disappointed.. I noticed that she didn't cut my cuticles at all.. she just pushed them back which hurt horribly, the lady I went to also didn't file them correctly so some nails are longer than others but it's okay, their customer service was great and they were very friendly! I finally decided to try this place after driving by. New owner and they're really nice and professional. I felt really relaxed here. This Spa is clean and they renovated the entire place. I got a regular pedi but it felt fantastic for just a regular pedi. Everyone who works here is so welcoming and they know what they're doing. My friend referred me to this place. She told me to make sure to mention the referral so that both of us would get a discount on the total bill for salon services. Had acrylic gel fills and gel pedicure done. I was very happy with my experience. This is a family owned company and they are top notch regarding their customer service. I had some questions/concerns a few days after service and without hesitation they let me come back and addressed it. Side note: They have memberships for discounted rates for repeat clients who get services regularly. They have free refreshments available to you at the time of service. I loved everything about this salon from the decor to the service, the atmosphere as well as the ownership. Everyone was so welcoming and so kind! I had the deluxe pedicure and a gel manicure and both technicians were amazing. The entire place was immaculate and very sanitary. I also had a terrible accident where I completely ripped off my real nail, it was the worst pain. No joke. But Leon at zen nails spa worked meticulously to rebuild my pinky nail and get all my nails looking amazing. He took his time and checked in with me consistently to make sure i was happy and comfortable. The color selection was great, with a wide assortment of neutral colors as well as other colors. (I have to have neutral nails for work, so I was completely satisfied) They stayed past closing to make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience. You can tell that they absolutely love what they do and want their customers to be happy and relaxed when leaving. I have been to couple other locations that were good but zen nails listened to what I wanted my nails came out looking like from a pinterest design, they even offered water and snacks while my mother and I got our nails done. Well let me just say this place is amaze balls!!! So late on a Sunday night my daughter Troy and I were in desperate need of a fill and a pedi!! We were jonesing for some spa/nail time. So we just moved over to this side of town and we have only been to one other salon that was recommended to us by friends and don't get me wrong their place was big and nice but something was missing. So we called the other place and they were closing in 20 mins and didn't want to take anymore guests . So me and my daughter got on google and Zen Nails came up and we happened to be passing by at the same moment so it must have been fate lol. Well we were bummed because their sign said 6 pm as well but my daughter said let's just ask so she ran in. Well as she come back out she is smiling and said let's go they will take us. So we ran in and to be honest I was worried that we were going to get crappy service because we came so late. Boy was I wrong. This place is a little hidden oasis. I was able to relax they weren't pushy about what services you want they simply let you pick and they were super nice and didn't try to rush us around or act cranky because we were coming in late. Actually they even took another couple after my daughter and self were almost done!! Their quality was amazing and they had a excellent demeanor and made you feel at home. I loved the fact that they have affordable prices and don't push gel on you. The ambiance was relaxing and happy very tranquil. My only suggestion it that they should rotate some of the Zen music and rotate some low pop music here and there. Oh and put on tv on a movie or show with subtitles. During our spa date my daughter looked at me and said I think we have found Our new nail place. I can't wait to use some of their other services and they even do eyelashes at a very reasonable price!! I'm super stoked for our next visit!! read more
