I just happened to walk by this place since it's in a nice food court with a lot of other drink/dessert/meal places. They seemed to attract a good number of customers as there was a line of ppl waiting for their drinks. I decided to give it a shot and glanced through their menu - they seem to market using "x number of REAL fresh fruit!" in the drinks. I got their Passionfruit lemonade, which came in a fairly tall size. They also have pastries like Asian-inspired croissants: Ube, Matcha, etc but I wouldn't have been able to tell they even had them if there weren't pictures on the menu. They have a small display case for the pastries but they're hidden in little paper bags and difficult to tell how it looks or is filled inside. I almost got one and asked the person at the cash register about whether it was made fresh and where they got it from, but she didn't really advocate for it so I opted just for the drink. It is pricey, but they put a LOT of fresh passionfruit with seeds! (Just how it's served in Taiwan). The "lemonade" part was bitter though and let a weird mouthfeel on my tongue. I think it could have used some sweetener or tea to round out the flavor. The drink container and lid are also a very thick hard plastic, so it's kind of a waste of material for something you're going to dispose of immediately after. I've been wanting to try ZERO& forEVER, I've followed them on Instagram for a long time and drool over the posts every time I see them. I finally tried a drink at Westfield mall and came back the next day to get another drink. These drinks are so good it's insane. I ordered through the app and got my first drink free! I got the black sesame blizzard with their non-dairy milk option with less sweet. The black sesame flavor is nice and strong and the drink wasn't too sweet. Nice and creamy and super smooth. This drink is perfect if you like black sesame. The next day I got the lychee blossom with boba. It's a blended drink with no dairy, so it's nice and icy. The sign said there are at least 20 lychee in this drink. I got less sweet again since lychee is already naturally sweet. I don't think the blossom is blended through, it's just on top for decoration. Not a really strong flavor from the petals but you can still taste it if you chew the petals. I would've tried the coconut since it's a favorite flavor of mine, but I was walking with this drink and since it comes in a whole coconut I didn't get it. But I will definitely be back to try it. So everyone was hyping this place up on Tiktok so I tried it because I was near by. We got the milk tea and the mango drink which was one of the star drinks. I didn't like the milk tea because I just felt like it was blend. Maybe it was a bad day who knows. The mango drink was cool. This place is by the Westfield food court. Their drinks were did not taste good. They were different from what you would normally expect get for boba drinks. One of the drinks I got was the sesame drink, and it was so thick and sweet even though I asked for half sweet. In the end, I only took a few sips and had to throw it away. It was undrinkable. The only good thing was their cake, it's not too sweet and its soft and smooth. The only thing I would get from this place is the cake. The Baby Peach was AMAZING. They tout using fresh fruit and you can tell it's not just syrups because it's so amazing. Came here multiple times to get drinks while shopping at Westfield. Tried the baby peach and passion lemonade with Yakult the first time. Didn't really like the baby peach - was really sour and icy, probably because we didn't get any sugar added to the drink. Passion lemonade with yakult was really good - light, refreshing, and not overly sweet! Second time I got the coconut zero with cane sugar - less sweet, which had coconut water, real coconut meat shavings, and coconut pudding. My favorite drink thus far, highly recommend if you're a coconut fan! The wait is a bit long for the drinks since they are very popular and prices are a bit high, with additional costs for a lot of things. I've been dreaming of ZERO& ever since I read the description of their coconut zero. I loved their contactless ordering system, but be prepared to wait a little for your drinks. Their coconut zero is as refreshing as it sounds. It could possibly be my favorite coconut drink of all time, except I kept finding bits of coconut shell in my drink. By finding, I meant biting into the hard coconut shell. It ended really hurting my teeth, so I didn't even finish my whole drink. Would definitely recommend trying this place! I ordered the mango cream drink with lychee and the black sesame with boba. Both were very unique and had super fresh flavors. I came later in the day, and they were sold out of pastries. I will definitely be coming back to try other menu items. There were many people there, but the staff was expedient and we only waited 5 or 10 minutes. Unfortunately, the seal of the drink broke when I tried putting the straw through, but the staff was super friendly. They re-sealed it for me and cleaned up the mess. I was craving a fruity drink and then happened to stumble upon Zero& on the food court level of Westfield mall. I'm so glad I did and ordered the mango coco drink with lychee jelly and boba. This was listed as their #2 best selling drink and it also said that they were known for their fruit drinks. The drink was quite big (2 whole mangoes blended mixed with coconut milk) and was super refreshing. The lychee jelly and boba were nothing super special but the drink itself was really yummy and not something I had seen before. I was happy with the iPad ordering system that showed how many orders were in front of you and that sent a text message with your order number. It also sent a text when your drink was ready. I found that much more helpful than holding a receipt and needing to wait at the counter for your drink. read more

I randomly passed by the food court area in the Westfield mall and saw this new place ( at less it was new to me). I was first attracted by the almond croissants with different flavors that it offered. Not sure why, I didn't opt in for the croissants but the Hanabi cake. For drink, I was thinking of the more fruity drinks but by the time I got to the ordering screen, I saw the current seasonal sesame drink and I had to try it. Unhappy with how my order was handled. I placed my order about 1.5 hours ahead of time to avoid any long waits, but I come a 15 minutes after time i scheduled for pick up and the order still wasn't ready. Staff says it would take another 45 minutes for order to be ready and i couldn't wait that long because i was in the middle if a food delivery. Then you have the app saying 70-90 minutes before ready, and other people who ordered 30 minutes ago already receiving theirs. Waiting 2 hours and it still isn't ready. Completely unsatisfied with my experience at this location, and would not have any recommendations here. Like what is the point of online order and ordering ahead if it does not work. read more
