We started ordering and picking up our pizza from Z during the pandemic. It's a 10 minute drive to pick it up, but it's well worth it. We order it online on their website and start driving there soon after. The pizza is consistently ready within 15-20 minutes. There is some parking in the back of the building. The pizza is really good, not too thin and is always cooked perfectly. We always get an XL (18 in.) double cut with whole milk cheese and pepperoni. Zpizza is one of the best pizzas I've had! I've tried build my own and the ones on their menu with the Napoli being one of my favorites. Their wings are always perfect, never soggy like some places in this area. They have awesome customizable options and, when ordering through the app, always arrives neatly packaged. Since my girlfriend and I had such a positive experience our first time, we decided to order through a delivery app fairly late at night once again. We had a pretty rough day, so we decided to go all out and we got the honey pepperoni pizza again, 12 piece traditional wings, and the parmesan flatbread sticks. Everything was very underwhelming. The pizza, while fresh, hot, and flavorful the first time, was distinctly cold, old, and lacking flavor. I'll attach a picture below, but it almost seems like they just attached leftover slices with the way the pizza came. I barely tasted the honey. The whole pizza just tasted like it had been left out for many hours. The wings were okay. They were fairly tender, but had a slimy texture. The flatbread was a disaster. It was so obvious that it was nowhere near fresh. It was barely warm, and we had to pull quite hard with our teeth to get the bread to pull apart. All in all, I'm really disappointed. Especially, since I had such a positive first experience. It makes me especially sad knowing that the owner read my initial review and responded. Hopefully he will read this and try to work on the consistency of the food since I KNOW that the pizza tastes good when it's fresh. read more

I think the quality of products are good that you use But unfortunately when I got my pizza delivered the sauce was extremely runny. When I picked up the pizza everything feel off. I did order gluten free with vegan cheese but never had it watery like this. My friend raved about how good the pizza was, but unfortunately, we must have gotten a cook who was having a bad day. We picked up the pizza since it was so close to where I lived. When we got home the barbecue chicken pizza we ordered had everything except for enough barbecue sauce. The pizza was so dry that I had to add barbecue sauce from my house to eat it. I loved that the dough was so fluffy and I could literally swallow it. A Pizza has become a horrible experience since they changed locations in WeHo. It is out of the way, and is not inviting at all.

I go in to pickup my order around 8-9pm and had the worst experience. The guy at the counter yesterday needs to learn manners and acknowledge customers by greeting them. I asked him a question multiple times about my order and he completely ignored me and refused to respond. He just gave me my order. How rude!! We started the order and then changed our mind and went back into change it , which we did, but it placed both orders.
