I always laugh at people who post reviews saying "I ate here and got sick", since how do you know that it was really that meal that made you sick and not what you had for breakfast? But here I am. I ate a late lunch here, it was literally the ONLY thing I ate all day, and I got food poisoning several hours later. Ordered an 8 oz "110 Classic Cheeseburger", with cheddar cheese, with only mushrooms, onions ($2 extra). It actually was served medium rare as ordered, if not even rarer, with a strong char on the outside, which isn't easy to do. Pretty decent burger, although the beef was not terribly beefy, except for the charred flavor ("Angus" beef is pretty much marketing BS, IMHO anyway). And brioche bun was made with too much fat for a good burger bun and was therefore greasy (when I make brioche burger buns, I reduce the butter to ~30 percent relative to the weight of the bread flour for a leaner, less greasy bun). With good thin onion rings (and I stole a few sweet potato and regular fries from my companions) and 2 extra toppings, $15.50. I also ordered a Downeast draft cider. Interior is modern, reasonably attractive, with local photographs on walls. Service was on the somewhat slow, disinterested side. Plenty of parking outside in lot. I'm still going to give them 2 stars (I'd probably give them 3 if not for the food poisoning), because you do take your own life in your hands when you dare order a medium rare burger out anywhere these days. But still, there was clearly something bad about this one, and I won't be returning. read more

3/20/19 Ordered tomato soup, chicken pesto pasta, and a burger on door dash. The soup was very sweet and ended up getting dumped. I ordered the pasta with extra sauce. It was a bit over cooked, but the dish was overall pretty good. The burger arrived raw and got dumped. I'm giving it 2 stars because the pasta wasn't terrible. 110 Grill is one of the few chain style restaurants that I truly love. Being an NH resident, I typically go to the Manchester location for a date night or lunch spot on a regular basis. My first trip to the Haverhill location was equally as pleasant. My partner and I made a reservation on a busy Friday night and there was a mix up upon arrival. The staff quickly fixed the issue and brought us to an outside table of our choice. It was a cold night, so we asked if we could be moved closer to the large outdoor fire pit which they were happy to accommodate. The outdoor patio is incredibly clean and cozy. The waitress informed us that it was a busy night and that there may be some food delays, but our cocktails, app, and meals came out in a perfectly fine period of time. My meal of choice: a berry-pear cocktail, one margarita, chicken gnocchi piccata, and fried pickles. All delicious! read more

We decided to go to 110 Grill for the first time for a quick appetizer and drink. I'm rating this restaurant 5 stars based on the excellent customer service and the one appetizer and two drinks we ordered. The woman who seemed to be the manager checked on us at our table when we arrived as well as before we left and it was a really nice feeling. Our server was Nic and he was an excellent server, extremely friendly and attentive. He really made sure we knew everything we needed to know about the menu and also made suggestions. Second chance for this location because we received a gift card. First of all, Joel, our waiter was superlative. My husband ordered cheese steak and onion strings and his were good. I was very excited to see fried whole clams on the special menu. Unfortunately as soon as I saw them come out, I was disappointed. They were dark brown in color and kind of mushed down on the plate, not a light crispy look to them. As it turned out, they were way over cooked and rubbery. They were so saturated with oil that they were basically inedible, and after the second one, I just could not do it. I told Joel they were the worst clams I've ever had. To their credit the cost of the entire meal was taken off the bill. What I think happened is I was the first order of clams for the day, and the oil was not quite hot enough and the clams were put in too early. Therefore, they took longer to cook and sat in the not hot enough oil too long. I saw another serving come out to another customer and they looked much better. The coleslaw was the best part of the meal. I'm sure the chef knew he had messed up but he sent the clams out anyway. Do better. read more

It started off with the drinks and it went downhill from there. Drinks were bad, they use too much sour on their margaritas. I asked to use less and keep everything else the same. I got the run around that they can't do anything because that's how the bartender makes it. Then, i ordered a churrasco and my wife ordered a Cuban sandwich and we ordered mini burgers and chicken for the kids. My churrasco had no seasoning, it was just a well done flat taste. My girl left her sandwich after two bites and the kids barely touched the chicken. Overall, they need a better chef. Drinks can be a better. Pros- If you are gluten-free or even dairy-free, this is an excellent choice for some food. They take allergies extremely seriously, and when you order allergen-free food it even comes out with a wooden marker to indicate this. The salmon burger is to die for and is one of my personal favorites. Cons- I feel the only con for me is something they can't really change, which is the location. Taking a left-hand turn out of 110 Grill can be dangerous, especially at night. You're better off taking a right and whipping around into the Stateline plaza. read more

I absolutely rant and rave about the 110 grill. To start off the butter for the rolls in mouth watering. Food is always super good, and hits the spot everytime. However, I dont like when the portions change up. When I order a plain Mac and cheese in paying full price even though its missing a bunch of the ingredients thats its listed with on the menu. I feel like it depends on the waitress but sometimes i only get a side, and other times it comes as a meal as plain Mac and cheese. And also, there has been multiple occasions where the french fries would change. One week they were thin and crisspy, the next time I went they were a total different French fry. Which is fine, but for as many times as I've been there I would think things would be the same each time. read more

Having Celiacs can make dining out tough, but The 110 has an amazing gluten free menu , including some yummy desserts! I have dined at 3 of their locations and have never had a bad meal or felt sick afterwards. I do have say their Haverhill location is my favorite, mainly because of how smoothly it runs and the great customer service. The staff is very friendly and the manager ( TJ) goes above and beyond to help his staff. I have seen him check customers in, seat them, serve food and his employees all seem to love him. There is a location that is a bit closer to me, but I will continue to go here because of TJ and his hardworking staff! read more

It is unfortunate that after 5 years of pretty regular visits, I have decided not to go back. So, Billy, my favorite bartender is awesome. The food is good although a bit pricey. It was the attitude of the bartender this evening that cemented my decision. Rude people who speak in a condescending tone do not belong in the food service industry. If restaurants only knew how much business they lost this way, I think they would screen better. This wasn't a one time occurrence, she has been rude to me multiple times, and I have witnessed this behavior with other patrons. I sincerely hope the management addresses her behavior. read more

I have been here many times and I get the sense the servers are aggregated with the "process" and "preparation" of some of dishes. An example would be the spinach bread bowl. For $12 you get barely anything inside of it. The server said she runs into this all the time and brought us a separate bowl of the dip; it was cold but we didn't complain. When the manager came to check on us she was able to tell from the color and texture that it was cold; she fixed it. The bar provides the largest seating area and has hooks in front of each seat for a pocket book. Nice touch to add and I am sure much appreciated by those that realize it is there. They also have a great outside patio area (seasonally) with large gas fire pits. Chairs and benches are placed around them and it is a nice area to wait for your table to be ready. We actually also saw people eating in the ledge of the fire pit and it was their full menu. My go to items here are the following: Creamy Tomato Soup 110 Chicken Caprese Parmesan FRIED CHICKEN BREAST TOPPED WITH PESTO, REGGIANO, MOZZARELLA AND ROASTED TOMATOES, FINISHED WITH A BALSAMIC REDUCTION, SERVED WITH AN ARTISAN GREEN SALAD. Went recently for a light dinner and got the caesar salad with grilled shrimp. Ordered a vodka and soda and server asked what kind of soda j(?)...which is ok, I guess, if you don't have experience serving drinks and don't know that "soda" means club soda. I think the first drink did not actually have club soda but just water, but I could be wrong. Second drink tasted much better, had bubbles and a better flavor. Salad was drenched in caesar dressing that tasted like it came out of bottle; it was rather sweet with no kick. Shrimp were good and plentiful though. Do expect snark and eye rolls from the staff when you send it back. Don't expect your waiter to ask if you'd care for a refill, nor will they offer any sort of comp in good faith. We have been eating here almost since it opened and have usually enjoyed good to very good food. It's much appreciated when an establishment maintains their quality. Lately, they have faltered. The other day the blue cheese wedge was wimpy and the yellowfin tuna topping was salty, very salty. Their steak sub was a pepper sub with very little steak. There have also been other quality issues recently. When that happens we avoid the place for a while. We have been anxiously awaiting the opening of this location and it did not disappoint! We went with friends Friday night and sat in front of the open kitchen. It was great to be able to watch all of the dishes going through the pass. Everything we ordered was great. We had cocktails and our server Danielle told us they make all their purées fresh each day. I had the Blue Lemon Drop made with fresh blueberry purée. It was tart and awesome! We had the shrimp appetizer and the crust was crunchy and shrimp were nice and fresh. I need to add here that I eat Gluten Free and it was nice to see the separate and extensive Gluten Free menu. I got the Fish and Chips GF which I have not had since having to go GF 5 years ago. I substituted onion straws for fries. The only thing I would add here is that the piece of fish I got was a pretty small little square, so they might consider making that portion a bit larger. It looked sort of lost on that pile of onion straws. Our server Danielle B. was a delight. She was super informed on the menu and we never waited for a thing during our entire meal. I truly hope that 110 Grill will continue to be a great place to eat once all the support staff for new openings leaves. We are so happy to have them in Haverhill and look forward to many more visits! I have been a few times now and so far it is consistently good. Not sure what the issues are with less than stellar reviews. The servers are attentive and they have been trained well. The food is great and the decor is slick and contemporary. Customer service was on point. Food / Appetizers was very good. Atmosphere was wonderful. Even though it was a rainy night, the outside patio is so large for plenty more customers. Parking was not a problem. Management was always available and checking up on all the customers. Wait staff and servers were making sure all customers had what they needed. Went there for Veterans Day as they offered a free Lunch for vets. Food was good when we finally got it. We waited a strong half hour after being seated before the waitress appeared. We each ordered a beer.... Another half hour went by before that was brought to us. We ordered a sandwich and salad.., another 30-40 minutes. This location just opened last month or so. I've been twice now and I feel that the food tastes good and the prices are right. I have had the pulled pork mac and the bruschetta flatbread. Both were good options. The poutine tots are really good. The drinks are good, but tastes like juice. Can't tell if there is much alcohol, if any in the drinks. One thing I don't like is the size of the bar. It is considerably massive and takes up a majority of the space in this restaurant that is otherwise not that big. They could have made the bar smaller and left more space for waiting by the entry. Just feels very claustrophobic by the entrance. I just had dinner here with my kids and some friends for the first time! All I can say is WOW!!! From the start the place looks amazing , very modern details, beautiful fire pits outside and very welcoming hostess!! The wait was very reasonable and as I stated the hostess was very attentive in keeping us updated with time. We had Jillian as our waitress and she was truly amazing. She was very knowledgeable on the menu and gave us some great recommendations. The environment was very relaxing not to loud yet not to causal. Great music in the background. The cooks did above and beyond on all our dishes so good we were all sharing everything. If your looking for a new restaurant to try definitely give the 110 Grill a try you will not be disappointed. If I were to compare this restaurant to another I would say the Cheesecake Factory. However with that said I won't be traveling to Burlington or Cambridge anymore 110 Grill is my new go to quality restaurant. Oh and how could I forget the food portions are great sizes!!! read more

I was so pleasantly shocked by the perfect dinner date we had at the new 110 Grill tonight. We walked in to an hour and a half wait and ended up snagging bar seats within seconds. Our waiter Benji greeted us very promptly, and somehow got our drinks, appetizer, and meals to us in less than a half hour. He always checked in to make sure we were having a great dinner. The restaurant (both inside and outside) was completely full, and we still received top notch service. Shout out to the woman who seemed to be the bar manager for the night (Corey?) who was so kind and thankful for our service. Little did they know we both work at the Rite Aid Pharmacy down the road and will be back very often! Thank you for your service and dedication, good luck in the upcoming weeks during opening month! My first experience at the Rt 110 grill Haverhill MA. "Probably our Last" We arrived around 6. My associate and I sat at the bar and ordered drinks and a couple of Burgers 10 mins later. The server as well as 2 bar associates seemed to be new to the business. After about 45 mins we asked the senior bar person to check on our food .His response after he checked was sorry the order was never placed. Seems the person who took our order exited when his shift ended and never placed our order. The day manager came over and offered an apology. She also offered some type of golf promotion, which I observed, she made the same pitch to 2 other couples within the 1hour 1/2.
