What's more amazing is the deluxe version for $370. As a solo diner on this occasion, I couldn't avail myself of either so I made my own, three Shigoku oysters ($12), three Oyster / Uni / Foie Gras ($30), U3 Prawn with truffle butter ($40), Truffle Bone Marrow Filet with Foie Gras ($76), two glasses of wine ($14 and $16), and Illy coffee to finish ($4). The three Shigoku oysters were great; the ones with uni and foie gras were sublime! I had a glass of 2024 Touraine Sauvignon Blanc with the oysters. The Truffle Prawn was out of this world! The large prawn was split and grilled with truffle butter. The meat was perfect, and I scooped all of the goodness from the shells and savored each bit. I wanted another order! The Truffle Bone Marrow included two bone halves, topped with sliced medium rare filet and seared foie gras. I can never have too much foie gras! The marrow was so unctuous and combined with the filet and a slice of foie gras, I was in food heaven! It's so decadent and insanely good. I had a glass of District 7 Pinot Noir with the meat. They have a sign that states it's refilled every 20 min and a limit of 6 legs per person at a time. My first plate I waited in line since it was empty at the time. Once they finally brought out a batch, it literally was only a large mixing bowl of crab legs they came out with and luckily I was able to get some. Unfortunately the amount they brought out was only enough for about 6-7 people. They only brought out two small batches before we gave up on trying to get any. A lot of the food looked like it had been sitting for a long time. Again, a lot of the food was near empty or completely empty and wasn't being refilled. Let me start by saying Special Noodle is authentic Chinese comfort food. Personally , I feel this place is Great ! You can taste the love that they put into their dishes and every bite The restaurant is known for its handmade noodles, steamed soup dumplings and pork fried buns. We decided on the steamed soup dumplings, which were super delicious. We then added the salt and pepper chicken wings and the salt and pepper chicken bites. Both were perfectly crispy with light, flavorful breading that was cooked just right. For our main courses, we ordered the braised pork belly soup pot and the beef noodle soup pot. The portions are enormous! We ended up taking most of our meals home, so one entrée easily turned into two meals. The ordering system is a little different from most restaurants. You scan a QR code to place your food order directly from your phone. A server still takes care of your table by bringing drinks, water, and checking in throughout your meal, but food orders are placed digitally. Paying is just as convenient--you can either pay together or each person can pay their own bill separately. The restaurant has plenty of seating (booths, tables, with fish tanks dividing the seating areas - it gives the dining room a unique vibe. Special Noodle opened its Las Vegas location in 2025 and is part of the Fourth Sister restaurant family, which also has locations in California's Bay Area and Austin, Texas. With so many incredible restaurants to choose from in Chinatown, it's not easy to stand out--but Special Noodle absolutely does. The quality of the food, generous portions, and authentic flavors made this one of the best Chinese meals we've had in Las Vegas. We'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.
