Quiet late night dinner on a Saturday we had the small resteraunt to our selves. Our server was very nice and checked on us a few times inbetween to go orders. We asked him if it was always this quiet and he said their customers are mostly pick up only. We had a seafood soup which we ordered a level 3 spicey and it was wonderful. Bf loved his crispie pork belly, it was crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. The chicken satay was thin and super soft. The cucumber salad was light and refreshing. My favorite was their mango sticky rice I forgot to ask how they made it green but it was sweet and had crispie rice on top of it. The mango was thinly cut and and it melted away. I've been here 4 times since the new owners to give them the benefit of doubt. Unfortunately the quality and portions have changed noticeably and not in a good way. The tofu they use now is horrible, the veggies in the curry taste like they didn't even wash it or cook them, the Khao soi noodles are rubbery and chewy mand the sauce with the crab ragoons smelt so bad we threw it out. Hope you guys fix this because you can tell you guys are cuttings corners on cost but not in a good way. So disappointed to have to write this review. I am new to this side of town and was looking for a new spot for Thai food. Came across this restaurant on Yelp and read all the positive reviews, I thought this was a great option to order takeout from. Unfortunately the portion size is laughable and offensive. I ordered crab rangoons, shrimp fried rice, broccoli beef, pad see ew, wonton soup and crispy spinach. I paid 3 dollars extra for shrimp in the fried rice. The fried rice only filled half a container, and there were only 6 shrimp. The container with broccoli beef wasn't even half full. Wonton soup was not full either. The only thing that was decently full was the pad see ew. Starting to think someone was eating from my order before I picked it up. Disappointed is the least I can say. Also ordered a crispy spinach that wasn't in the bag. Looked at the receipt and it says void. Is it void because they no longer offer it? Or was that the supposed free appetizer advertise on the website that I was supposed to get for ordering more than 45 dollars of food? The place around the corner from my old house had quality food and wonderful portions at the same price. Such a shame. Only positive I can say was the gentleman who handed me my food was kind. I have gone to every place that serves curry in Southwest Las Vegas and this is the only one that I like. In fact, now it's the only place I'll get my curry from! It's truly good thai curry. We ordered spicy basil with chicken, chicken satay, thai coffee, and coconut creme brûlée. Everything was exceptionally good. We shared the spicy basil chicken, so we ordered it with no spice then the waitress brought a small dish of hot peppers on the side for my spouse. The chicken satay was served slightly different than what we're used to at our usual Thai restaurant, but the recipe was just as good. They use fresh coconut in the creme brûlée. Very tasty. The menu choices and prices are on par with other Thai restaurants. Overall, a very good experience. I would definitely return to try other dishes. read more

Whenever I dine at a Thai restaurant, I make it a goal to always try something different from the menu. Instead of ordering Pad Thai every time, I was curious about the soup. I heard Tom Kha was good and have never really tried it. So I made a trip to this location already knowing what to order. You will find this restaurant on Desert Inn and it is right next to a coffee shop. As soon as I walk in, I was immediately greeted with all smiles by Mimi. She brought me the menu and ask what I would like to drink. Now instead of starting my order with an entree, I went backward and order dessert first because that is what my tastebuds are wanting -- Mango Sticky Rice ($7.95). This delightful dessert is delivered to my table with such beautiful presentation! It is sweet sticky rice topped with ripe mango slice, it has a sweet fried lotus that is lightly crispy, and it's serve with a warm coconut cream sauce in a shot glass where you can dip a piece of the sticky rice and mango, yummy! This dessert always makes me happy. The next item that came are Thai Egg Rolls and Tom Kha soup. Thai Egg Rolls ($5.95) are fried crispy rolls filled with only vegetables and serve with a sweet chili sauce. It is a common and tasty appetizer, and a good choice for vegetarian. As for Tom Kha soup, I had it with Chicken ($8.95) and request a side of brown rice ($3.00). For the soup, they ask how spicy I want it and between 1 to 10, I choose four and that is good enough spicyness for me. Anything that is beyond four, I might not even finish it. Tom Kha is galomga soup with lemongrass in coconut milk and lime leaves. The soup has good portions of wide strip tender chicken breast with mushrooms mix in and I can taste the coconut milk and tomato in the soup. It is spicy and eating this soup with brown rice makes it even more delicious! I like how the service here is friendly and food taste pretty good. Mimi has been attentive and she knows when to refill my drink even before I ask. They play slow jam love songs like "Hello" and the wall is painted nicely with food and cutlery image. This is a small but good size restaurant. If I recall there were about 10 table seating including those by the window. Most of the seating are by the wall though, and they seem to be too close. It may be difficult to have some privacy. Literally, I can hear every single word spoken from the table next to me. That is how close in proximity the tables are. read more

The sauce was evenly coated with the noodles and perfectly balanced, not salty nor sweet, it was just right. I also ordered the chicken Panang curry.
