Garren is the owner and only chimney /stove worker, his wife answers the phone and sets appointments. They were both professional, very knowledgeable, friendly/pleasant to work with, answered all my questions, and showed up the next day - after calling just before closing the day before. Our clogged cap came about because the previous chimney co. I hired- just sent a wire brush up the pipe in our house and called it Good. I had questioned them at the time how could they reach that high and really get the cap clean , he said they do it all the time : ( Garren did it right, and climbed on our steep roof, and even brought the cap down to give it a good scrub.... Too many fly by night companies who are in it for the volume and money to be made....This family company is the real deal, and I feel are very trustworthy, honest, and reasonable.
