They tried to sell us a brand new tire, which they would have to order and take days to install. This didn't feel right, so we called our trusty mechanic (Jacoby), who referred us to Kim's Tire to get a second opinion. They were able to repair the tire in a couple of hours and charged us $25. They also used a plug instead of a patch because they said it's not a foam but epoxy. We will definitely be repeat customers!

After finally taking the van to their shop, they called three days later to say it was actually just a fuse, and the repair would be $280. Understanding the high cost for a fuse, I respectfully asked if they could include a basic oil change (which my van needed) in that $280 charge as a gesture of customer service. The owner, Mr. Arthur, flatly refused and was incredibly rude in the process. Charging $280 for a fuse replacement after giving incorrect initial advice is excessive. Combining that with terrible customer service and a greedy, dismissive attitude from the owner makes this an easy decision: avoid this shop at all costs. They are dishonest and do not value their customers.

They asked if I can come in after 1 but I said I not had an hour so they said they can squeeze me in at 11:30. I came at 11:20 and they loaded me up quick and I was in and out under 20 minutes. They topped off my fluids and inspected my car (new to replace front brakes pads) which I knew that. That shows me they really inspecting the car after the oil change so I respect that. The value for a synthetic oil change with filter was $55 which was cheaper than other locations. There's a reason why this place is rated 5 stars. Great customer service!
