My daughter's 10th birthday party was held at Air Park Karaoke Lounge today, and as she drifted off to sleep, she whispered "This was the best day of my life". The girls had an amazing afternoon filled with singing, dancing, and snacking while the adults got their own nearby space to relax. The owners were so sweet, helpful and accommodating. The provided us with all the information we needed upfront and quickly answered any questions we had. We will be back during summer break!

$1 Off the whole first hour on Sundays! Staff was really nice and she answered all my questions politely. She even calculated which discounts would be better for my group of 8 people. Only thing that made it expensive was all the alcohol (understandable) but we had an amazing time! Youtube songs took longer to load but they came in the room and restarted the whole machine for us and it worked faster. Room was spacious enough for all 8 and everyone had a great time

I am unsure why the rating is quite low here, as we had a positive experience. Granted, I went for the Yelp elite event which gave us a free hour of karaoke and one free drink up to $10 for me, but my review is based on the overall experience and price based on if I paid full price for everything. $40/hr for a small room of up to 5 people is quite competitive and one of the lower priced ones in the area, and the sound quality and cleanliness of the room are pretty good. For the event, they required one drink minimum per person which was easy to reach, plus the drinks are reasonably priced to at most $12 per drink. The $12 ones we got were super strong, like Tokyo Tea, but the free $10 one (lychee martini) was a bit too sweet and wasn't as strong. We arrived a few minutes late so reasonably they still had to end our session at the original time, but there was a malfunction in the karaoke machine. It took 15 minutes but they credited 15 minutes so we still got to enjoy about an hour of karaoke. However, as they are slammed, they never kicked us out after the hour was over, so we left and notified them and the appreciated our honesty. Overall, I can see this to be a very viable karaoke option, and according to my Honolulu friends, is one of the better value ones for quality out here.

We got to check out Air Park Karaoke Lounge thanks to Yelp! It was lots of fun! We made a reservation to be there on a Sunday at 6pm, for 9 people. Kylee was super quick in letting us know our reservation was confirmed! She was also super helpful and friendly when we go there too! The karaoke system is super easy to use and there are so many functions that other places don't have. We were only going to stay for an hour but ended up there for 3! Thankfully, the hourly room rates are not just super reasonable, but they also offer kama'aina discounts on Sundays and Thursdays too! Super fun time, friendly, and awesome prices. We didn't get to get any food this time around, but definitely next time, because there will be a next time. I highly recommend Air Park for your next karaoke party.

I came here on two different occasions, one being for my birthday week, and another for my friend's birthday week. (Lesson in all of this: come here to celebrate your birthday!) We had great friendly service here. You can order from their food and drinks menu, but they also let you order food delivery from outside which is really nice. Their karaoke setup has a song database, but you can also connect to YouTube, so the sky is the limit for what you can sing. I had a blast singing here. They have a mandatory one drink purchase per person policy, which is not unheard of but is something to be aware of if you want to sing here. The drinks don't have to be alcoholic, so you can come here for some sober karaoke!

If you haven't been to Air Park Karaoke in a while the time to return is NOW!!! Went with my family to check it out and it was AMAZING!! They've updated their systems so you can find ANY SONG. The staff were so attentive, they have a great Happy Hour, and you can still bring your own food. They run lots of specials even for kamaʻāina!! We'll definitely be back soon!!

Stressed? Need to spill some emotions? Ever tried singing your heart out ? The ambiance in this place makes ya wanna SING! Service was great.song selections ; off the charts! Definitely be back!

The song selection as well as the fact that you can find songs on youtube is awesome. I wish the screen to put the songs on was more mobile so we didn't have to go to the corner each time we wanted to put in a song. This place it on the pricier end for a small room (40/hr) but service was impeccable. I'm not sure what her name was but the lady that was helping us was super quick to come to our aid whenever we needed. Not a huge fan of the one drink per person requirement either. The room itself is pretty spacious, nicely air conditioned, and clean.

Really good drinks and love the happy hours too . The food also comes from ichiriki and is da bomb

Went for my kid's friend's birthday party and didn't have much expectations going in, but my kid had such a blast! In observing how much fun everyone was having, I can say that it's fun for kids and adults alike! Great selection of songs and really helpful staff! HIGHLY recommended! You won't be disappointed if you're looking for a karaoke place in town!

I was visiting the island and brought some friends to air park because I used to frequent when I lived nearby. I've always had good experiences there -- the staff was usually chill, and we enjoyed hanging out in the lobby or a private room. This time was different. The bartender (pictured) was extremely rude and misinformed about ID laws. When we arrived, we asked about a room. She checked availability and was ready to book it, but I said we'd wait for the rest of our group (six total) to arrive before deciding, and that we'd order drinks in the meantime. She asked again with an attitude, and I repeated myself. Then she asked for my ID. I said I just wanted a soda and explained my wallet had been stolen, but I had my passport. She refused, claiming she couldn't serve me anything -- even a soda -- without a physical ID. I pointed out that a passport is an ID, but she just shook her head. This never happened before -- I've only been asked for ID in the past when running a tab. She said if the liquor commission came in, they could get shut down. I backed off, and my friends, all there now, debated whether to stay. Meanwhile, I saw a worker seat a group of very young people in a room without carding anyone. We left but returned a few hours later. I went straight to the karaoke machine, not ordering anything. A different staff member told me I couldn't be in the venue at all without an ID. I said I wasn't drinking, but she insisted it was the law. That's not true -- checking ID is legally required only for alcohol purchases. Barring entry is their policy, not the law, and no one was checking IDs at the door. I was very disappointed both of the employees that I interacted with that night, I've been served by before. I can probably brush it off as ignorance and a one time situation, but my friends, all of who live on Oahu, and have never been there before are the ones who got the really bad impression.

We had my daughter's 16th birthday with some of her friends and had a most wonderful and memorable time! Kylee is THE BEST! So helpful and I really appreciated her professionalism and friendliness. It's a great venue to hang out with friends and you can bring your own food! They serve non-alcoholic drinks so there's something for everyone! Don't hesitate to hold your next party here! So easy and parking is available too.

Ask the Community - Air Park Karaoke Lounge

Do you have to be vaccinated to enter this bar? I have seen some reviews mention it- coming from California so just want to verify

Update Summer 2022: No longer required

    Large japanese selection?

Hi, we do have some Japanese songs but very large. Hope this helps :)

How many people can fit in the largest private room?

Hi, our largest room is the VIP Suite which holds maximum of 25 people. It is also possible to rent our Social Lounge area which can hold around 40-45 people (limited to certain days and time). Hope this helps!

If I am not drinking, am with a group, and they don't allow alcohol in the room for our group, do they check id?

They just check ID at the door.

If my friend birthday is on a saturday, and we want to just chill and have fun singing, BUT two of us is underage and one just turned 18, can we still rent a private room?

Underage/minors are welcome in our establishment any day and any time Except after 8pm on Friday and Saturday. So between 6-8pm on Friday and Saturdays is still ok. Hope this helps or call us for details.

Anyone have pricing for a party of 21? For 2 hours?

Tyana, I didn't make my Reservation for our party we had there recently, but I think they give you an extra hour free it your celebrating a bday. Hope this helps. RR-:)

If you go on Friday, are people under 21 allowed inside?

From my experience. You cannot drink alcohol in the room with people under 21yrs.

Is there a specific time frame where people under 21 can't come in?

Yes, after 8pm on any Fridays and Saturdays.

What are the prices for the private rooms? And if we're hosting a birthday are we allowed to bring in food?

Not sure the prices but you should be able to bring food, just no liquor

Is this 21+ only? I saw this was asked previously but there were 2 different answers.

It's stated on their official website: underage is allowed sunday-thursday anytime from 6pm-2am, but only from 6-8pm on Friday, Saturday and some Holidays.

Is there a lot of Chinese Karaoke selections?

    Yes

Can you still order drinks and food at the bar if you rent a room?

    Yes!

Do they check ID you walk in?

Fridays and Saturdays: they check id as you walk in. Any other days they check id if you're ordering or going into a room that's already drinking.

    Is this 21+ only?

It's 21+ on Friday/Saturday but the rest of the week it's not. But if you do have any underage people in your room you can only drink at the bar and not in the room.

If "smell‑a‑vision" or "lick‑your‑screen" technology existed, everyone would understand exactly what I mean. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully done, and perfect for a Mother's Day treat. Which is why I can't help but wonder what happened -- like so many restaurants before them in that same location. With food that good, you'd hope they'd be the ones to break the cycle. All in all, I'm grateful I got to enjoy that meal with my daughter. It was memorable, delicious, and one of those small moments you hold onto. Marie

Stopped by Scratch Kitchen in Honolulu for brunch, and honestly, I'm surprised it wasn't packed. We…read morewent mid-morning on a weekday and the place was nearly empty--not sure if it was just good timing or an underrated gem. Either way, it made for a super relaxed experience with no wait and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the food. Loved: The street tacos with the tempura shrimp were easily the star of the meal. 100% worth it. Light, crispy shrimp with a flavorful slaw and just the right amount of heat--basically a flavor party in every bite. The burger was another quiet star. Juicy patties, nicely seasoned, and stacked just right. Nothing super flashy, but really satisfying. Definitely a good pick if you're not in the mood for brunchy stuff. The Miss: Tried the French toast and... meh. It looked great on the plate but tasted dry and definitely didn't live up to the level of the other dishes. Might've just been an off day or a matter of personal taste, but I'd skip it next time.
