Great customer service, cool guys. Got diagnosis that my a/c motherboards were blown. Since it's old no parts are being made that can replace the part. Two weeks later the power went off and back on and my A/C now works perfectly fine. Not sure about the diagnosis and why that would happen but don't feel like a thorough inspection was done. read more

Outstanding service and price. When our 22 year old Mitsubishi stopped working, I called Aire Dynamics based on their Yelp ratings and was not disappointed. After calling one A/C shop who said the earliest the could come out was in two weeks, Aire Dynamics came out within three hours of calling, only that late because we had an appointment. I had asked that the other old units probably needed service in addition to the dead unit, Scott, the service tech, looked at all of the other A/C units and said they did not need service, saving me hundreds of dollars. On the dead unit, after much testing and puzzling, he determined a wire going into the circuit breaker was loose, I was only charged for the time he was out here. Another company could have told me the unit was unrepairable and sold me a new one. read more

Outstanding service and products. Rostin, Tai and the rest of the crew did an amazing job. I was concerned about going with split because of all the electrical, compressor lines, etc that needed to be run on the outside of the house. They did a great job making it look clean and professional. I've seen other houses with cheap aluminum coverings that look terrible, but these guys used high quality materials outside and even in the garage where the public can't see it! These guys were prompt in every response and were very dependable. Something everyone knows is more the exception than the norm with contractors. One of the most professional AC companies on this island! My husband and I had been searching for AC installation for our home in Kapolei for a few months and were beyond frustrated with the lack of follow up and professionalism from the numerous other contractors who had either failed to return our calls or emails or just plain didn't show up for consultations until we found Rostin and Juvanny from Aire Dynamics! I enthusiastically recommend Air Perfection. They installed a new Rheem air conditioner unit, air handler, and smart thermostat for our central air conditioning system. Our old Rheem equipment stopped working after 18 years, just as summer had begun and Hawaii had a record-breaking heat wave in June. Thankfully, the team at Air Perfection was extremely helpful, and we had a new system installed on July 3 just in time for the holiday. Every person we interacted with was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about making customers happy. Tina provided quotes and information that we needed to decide what unit was best for our needs and budget. She also filed the paperwork and worked with Hawaii Energy so that we got a $1000 rebate for installing an HVAC system that is more energy efficient. The installation was not an easy one. The entry to our attic is small, so they not only had to take apart the old air handler to get it out but also had to take apart and then put back together the new air handler. Despite having to spend several hours in a cramped attic on a day of near-record heat, the installation crew--Scott, Crys, Joe, and Rostin--remained cheerful with us and with each other. It was obvious that they enjoy working together. It has been nearly 2 months, and the air conditioning system has been working like a dream. So I finally got around to calling AC companies to check on the dripping from the exterior pipe on my house. Based on the excellent reviews on Yelp, I called Aire Dynamics and luckily they were in my area (all houses in my development have central AC so there's a lot of servicing needs here). Within 1/2 hour the tech was here and the problem was resolved - voila!! Super professional staff! I called them close to Xmas time to schedule for a quote for a split ac and they got me in an appt slot promptly before Xmas. They showed up earlier than the appt slot and explained everything to me in detail from where the ac unit would be placed in and out my house. This company was my second quote because the first one I had called for scheduled me an appt for a quote and the appt time came and went and they didn't show. I had to call them for them to finally show up and although they had good reviews on yelp I just wasn't comfortable scheduling them to do the work seeing as I didn't felt I was being treated as a priority from the experience I had w the quote. Aire Dynamics previously came to our home do maintenance on our units. They were very thorough and worked quickly. They explained what they were doing and charged us a fair price. Because of this, we called them when one of our units didn't work properly. We ended up having to replace the unit, but not before we did a lot of back and forth calling. Aire Dynamics gave us options to consider as well as listened to our idea. Lines of communication were always open and they were willing to go with what ever we wanted, but made sure to explain the pros and cons of all options, which helped us to make a better decision on what were buying. My very old split duct system was not cooling properly, so of course I turned to Yelp for a recommendation that's nearby. The reviews for Aire Dynamics are spot-on. Upon calling the business, Scott politely answered and scheduled a convenient appointment for someone to come to my house on my day off. An Aire Dynamics van arrived promptly, and Juvanny inspected the unit and gave me honest recommendations. He recharged the refrigerant outside, flushed out a drain, and also inspected, cleaned, washed and disinfected the indoor unit. He was very upfront about the cost beforehand and I appreciated that. He didn't try to pressure or upsell a service, just gave me the truth about my system. His professionalism impressed me. Juvanny took a couple hours, did not rush through any steps, checked and rechecked the units thoroughly. (Even my 4 dogs and 1 cat liked him! And that's how you can tell about a person!)
