No showed appointment. I messaged thru Yelp & received a quick response from a person named Chris. We talked on the phone about the details regarding my AC issue. Chris scheduled me for an appointment on Monday, July 8th, for the timeslot of 3PM - 4PM. I told him I would have to leave work early to make the appointment. I provided my address and phone number. Seemed like a nice guy. Day of the appointment comes. I leave work early. 3PM - 4PM comes and goes. No one shows up & I am never contacted. What a waste of my time & busy schedule. I contacted them thru Yelp again asking about the no show & why I was never contacted. I gave them a a couple of days to atleast respond & give an explanation, nothing. Too bad. Our furnace went out unexpectedly and I found Airtron on Yelp. I immediately heard back from Tito and had an inspection booked for the next day. During the inspection, Tito was upfront with us about the issues with the furnace and, ultimately, we decided that it would be best to replace it. Tito was not only able to get us a good price on the furnace and labor - seriously, we were expecting to pay double what it cost - but he also was able to get the work done two days later. We told him we had a toddler and he did everything he could to make sure we could get our heater up and running ASAP. Like any job, there were surprises along the way, but Tito and his team handled them well. It turns out our old furnace was built into the platform it sat on. This meant Tito and team had to remove the furnace and part of the platform topper, which was a little more work than expected. They did a great job and cleaned up the space after they were through. Tito even called a couple days after the installation to make sure things were working correctly. That's top-notch customer service. We will absolutely continue to do business with Airtron. Airton installed a variable speed split heat pump (heat and AC) as well as new insulated metal ducting throughout the crawl space in my 100-year-old home in Los Altos. I am very happy with their work. I called Luis F and he quickly returned my call and scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Their work was timely, very neat and of high quality. The crew did the work over a four day period including some custom fabrication to accommodate the needs of the older home. They were pleasant and professional in their work. Luis was knowledgable and patient in going over all parts of the system with me during and after the work. He is also responsive to any questions that I text to him. The heat pump provides a much cleaner, gentler and efficient temperature regulation than the previous gas furnace. And we have AC for the first time. All coming through clean and durable venting. They also did an erv for my house too as it was a requirement. Luis and his team were great and responded to every request we had. I recently used Airtron to fix my ailing Lennox furnace and would 100% use them again in the future. They responded to my request via Yelp within a couple of hours, gave a timetable on when they would show up (and was on time). Tito inspected my furnace, walked me through the issue (draft inducer motor/fan failed) and gave me a reasonable quote (based on my research). Originally, the part was going to take a week to arrive via online, but he contacted me the next day because he was able to source the part locally (which I definitely appreciated). During the repair, he also cleaned up some haphazardly placed wires/boxes ( mounted them to the wall) from when my place was constructed. One of our Air Conditioning units died during the first major over 100 degree heat wave of the summer. It was 18 years old. I called AirTron and Chris came to take a look. We discussed all the options for what to do and he was thorough in making sure I understand the differences between options (heat pump vs furnace etc...). He quickly sent me an estimate and I chose the option and got it scheduled. On installation day, they showed up on time and ready to work. They worked most of the day to remove the old furnace and air conditioning unit and replace them with new ones. They cleaned up everything when they were done. Chris walked through the system with me and took temperature readings once they turned the system on. We got nice cold air again and survived the heat wave. THEN, about 2 weeks later another unit failed in the same way. I called Chris and we scheduled the exact same equipment and installation for a couple days later.
