    Selection of rolls

Been here twice and generally really enjoyed it. It has been packed in both occasions. The sushi is solid and I would say the portions are good for the price. Customer service has been friendly but gets bogged down by the number of customers. If I am in the area I would definitely go back again.

My second time here and both times the food is delicious. The lunch price does not include sashimi but didn't matter because the rice to fish ratio was very good meaning very little bit of rice in each roll or piece. Lunch is 29.99pp Monday to Thursday. Get a slight discount if paying cash. Service was very good as well. Place is not very big inside.

Came here today to celebrate mothers day. I got a reservation 2 days ago. Once you arrive, they give your a table right away depending on the time you reserve. They ask that you bring the full party. The mood here is calm and not as noisy as other resturants. This spot has 2 dinning areas. You pick from an ipad. Since today counts as a holiday, it was around 43$ pp paying cash totaling 57$ pp after tax and tip. I come to Akino everytime I come to elmhurst. The food here is the same quality and has not downgraded. The service here is pretty quick. When your time is almost up, they ask if you finish ordering. I love ordering their sashimi. I advice you to get as much as you can eat on the first round. Overall another good experience. And I will come back again.

Amazing AYCE sushi. This sushi spot in Elmhurst is best known AYCE sushi in Queens and I've been there a few times already. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The fish is fresh and everything else is delicious. TIP: If you pay in cash, there is a discount. Btw, if you go on a weekday, it's cheaper.

Amazing AYCE sushi! This sushi spot in Elmhurst is one of the best known AYCE sushi in New York--and they have a second location in Flushing. Service here is great and if you pay in cash, there is a slight discount. I came during their lunch deal and it was ~$30pp for AYCE sushi. You get an iPad to order and you can order as much as you want, and they bring out your food fairly quick. We got a variety of their nigiri, a couple of their rolls, and tried a bunch of their appetizers. I wasn't the biggest fan of their takoyaki or their sushi pizza as I felt that it was mostly just flour and rice--with barely any sauce. On the other hand, their unagi fried rice was flavorful, their nigiri and rolls had an amazing fish:rice ratio, and their fried scallops were delicious. Overall, unbeatable deal and solid quality sushi. Would definitely come back!

Went back to Akino in less then a month. It was Valentine's Day so it was very crowded and wasn't taken reservations. Waited about 1/2 hour for a table but was worth the wait. Service was very quick and though it was busy the food came out fast. Standouts of the night were the lobster roll. Even tried the hand rolls for the first time which was a hit. Quality was good and overall went home with a full belly.

Such fresh fish and generous fish to rice ratio, delicious! We came in at 3pm on a weekend and there were still plenty of parties eating, but no wait and got seated right away. I like that you can order off of the iPad and there are images clearly showing how many pieces were in an order. Their AYCE weekend price is their dinner price which is $45.99/per person but they offer a cash discount. Definitely pace yourself and come hungry - there are a lot of options on the menu but would recommend the sashimi (specifically salmon) and the rolls (less rice, more fish).

One of my nephews' all time fave Ayce sushi places. They love coming here for the lunch special Monday to Thursday for $28.99. Lucky Auntie gets to enjoy too! There's a lot of choices of apps, salads, hot items, nigiri and sushi rolls. We ordered eel, tobiko salmon, tuna, and red snapper nigiri, two rolls-spider roll with soft shell crab and red dragons roll. Make sure to order some apps and hot food with your initial order cause due to the amount of nigiri, it does take the chefs some time to make them. We ordered Kani salad, seaweed salad and wings. All came quickly and so did the rolls. The wings come piping hot and they were so good, we kept ordering more in small quantities to make sure we can finish everything. If you waste food, you will get charged. In total you can spend 2 hours, they constantly come by to see if you need more food, tea or water. At the end, they will have a final call so don't worry!! Definitely with the price. And the quality is also decent for the price. Fun to eat as well especially for the little and big kids. Pro tip: follow them in IG and get a free custard pudding. Not everyone has to follow but everyone will get one.

Came on a weekend lunch around 12:30pm and there was no wait. They offer ayce or regular al la cart menu. The sashimi was fresh and they don't load up on rice for sushi or rolls. If you ask kindly, they'll torch/sear the sushi for you if you'd like. Love the hot hojicha tea as well. Probably one of the best ayce spots in queens.

OK, gave another chance and came back there today. ...Akino Elmhurst is hands down one of the best all-you-can-eat sushi spots I've been to! The quality of the food is still amazing !!! everything tastes super fresh, and the sushi rolls are made to order with care. You can really tell they use great ingredients. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. I went during lunch (11-3p), and the special was $26 with a huge variety of options to choose from. It's a great deal for what you get! also get two hours of dining time! If you're craving fresh sushi and want a relaxed, satisfying dining experience, Akino Elmhurst is the place. I'll definitely be coming back again soon!

Akino Sushi AYCE is a solid spot for quality all-you-can-eat sushi without sacrificing freshness. The menu offers a wide variety of rolls, sashimi, and hot dishes, all served promptly and well-prepared. The fish tasted fresh, portions were generous, and the pacing made the experience feel more like a proper meal than a rushed buffet. A great option if you're looking for value while still enjoying good-quality sushi.

I unfortunately do not live in Queens, so I've been dying to come here for years and it was everything I dreamed of and more! I came here with a few friends and we were able to order to our heart's (and stomach's!) desire. Yes, we ordered a few fries too, (sue us!) but the portions were small and just enough to satisfy our random craving when we saw it on the menu. I loved the kani salad and miso soup, and the salmon sashimi was really fresh! Please open more locations!

As a big fan of tongue, my mouth watered. The waitress asked me how spicy I wanted it, so I requested mild to ensure it wasn't going to burn my mouth. The Sushi Pizza was tasty, although thought some may think it was a little pricey for the size. The flavorful tongue in the Cheley Khatsa was tender, as expected. Glad I didn't get it spicier! I got an extra serving of noodles but I couldn't finish it but that was my only meal of the day. He also had a Yuzu lemonade .. really sweet, but L likes it that way. Our server was nice. Always filled our water and got our orders right away. We even ordered a Khao soi ramen for L since he's a big guy. Broth was strong..lil too much for me but I only had a taste but he loved it. We came back and ordered Steak Ramen again and I wasn't goin to eat at the restaurant since I was a lil nauseous from the Uber ride but our server brought me a bowl in case I wanted some of L's ramen. Well drinkin some hot broth and eating some noodles actually helped me.. my nausea was gone and I was able to enjoy the food! So we ordered a Black garlic Tonkotsu with spicy sauce on the side. L enjoyed it but I actually preferred the shoyu broth since it wasn't as rich. I didn't need the black garlic and spicy sauce. We also ordered a steak ramen and ebi curry to go since I was visiting my mom and I wanted her to eat some of the protein. The steak was very tender and she was able to eat it without reheating it even after taking about 20 mins to get there. She loved the rice in the ebi curry. The curry was separated which she can't eat anyway. Whenever L visits my mom, he wants to get a bowl of ramen.
