Megan recently did my hair (Alejandros was advertising a great new client special which was full highlights and cut for $75)! She really listened to what I wanted (blonder!) and did a great job. I really liked my hair cut too and she didn't take off too much, which I am always worried about! I will definitely be going back to her again. For waxing/facials, Soleil is THE BEST! The facials are very relaxing and she has many different kinds that she can do for different skin types. She is really good at listening to what clients want for waxing as well and is careful to never make brows too thin and always make them even. I HIGHLY recommend both of them! read more

I purchased a Groupon to include the following services: haircut, conditioning and full highlights for my daughter. Alex set the appointment to do her hair personally. She was not given the service that I paid for. She was transferred to another stylist who DID NOT DO ANY HIGHLIGHTS and ONLY added a very dark color all over to her already dark hair. NOT ONE HIGHLIGHT WAS APPLIED! Alex then took his shears and snipped the bottom of her hair with three-to-four snips and DID NOT CUT HER HAIR WITH LAYERS AS SHE REQUESTED. She was talked out of any service that was paid for through Groupon. She was very disappointed in the way she was treated by Alex and the stylist. He was condescending and her concerns were not addressed. She was embarrassed to the point where she felt she looked worse than when she went in. SHAME ON ALEX! Maribel is very sweet, listens to what I want, gives her expert opinion to help me decide and makes sure I am happy with the outcome before leaving. She has colored, highlighted and cut my hair a few times. The final blow dry is never as smooth as I get it myself (my hair is course and wavy) but it doesn't bother me cause I am ultimately the one who styles it on a daily. read more

I purchased a Groupon and made an appointment last week, earlier this week I called to see if I can reschedule for a later date and they said the next available appointment was the following week. I told the front receptionist just to keep my appointment because I really need a haircut. I came to the salon today and my appointment was canceled. I am upset because I did not cancel my appointment and I specifically told then not to cancel. After the front receptionist lady told me my appointment was canceled, she was not very helpful in trying to rectify the situation. Nor did she understand how to refund my Groupon. I will try to get a refund because I am very dissatisfied at this customer service skills so far and I haven't even got a haircut!!! read more

I called today to see if they had an appointment available and they said they could take me at 1:15 and my stylist had to leave at 3. I rushed to get there to be on time, and I was very pleased with the service and my stylist, Cory. I was offered coffee or water and was told to make myself at home. I know she had to leave before my hair would be done, and she did not complain and still did an amazing job without rushing. I just got ripped off. I called Alejandro Salon this morning to inquire about a Groupon deal they were offering for a cut, color and style for $65 only to be told by whoever answered that they could most likely do this for less than the cost of the Groupon deal. So I scheduled the appointment and was assigned Tierney as my duaghter's stylist. I waited 2 hours in the most uncomfortable seats (yes SEATS because I tried both types and both were horrible) only to find that she left dye on my daughter's face, missed spots of hair and had the audacity to charge $95 for JUST THE COLORING - no drying or styling involved -- because according to the owner it took way more product than usual. What a crock! I will never go back to this salon and suggest that you save yourself alot of grief and extra cash and go anywhere else but..... read more
