Bought 2 soups 2 sandwiches, simple order, no add ons just simple. Got my food went home to eat only to find out one soup was missing. Didn't think of checking it like I always do with other places because it was such a simple order. I called the store and told them what I was missing the girl said I'll let you talk to my manager. The manager came on and I told her the situation, she had nothing to say. She finally asked me if I was still in the area I told her no I came home which is 25 minutes away . She than said well I packed your food, I told her on you gave me 2 pita breads 2 spoons, my 2 sandwiches but only 1 soup. She didn't have any solution. I just told maybe you need to be aware of the orders she than hung up. Your a manger and your that rude. I won't be going back. Not too happy with Aloha Salads. The portions are getting smaller and smaller for $8.95-Small Caesar Salad with Blacken Ahi you'll get 3 tiny pieces of Ahi, before they'd give 9 (yes, I've counted because it so good), then 7...now 3. The bread they usually serve with the salad is usually warm and soft, got mines cold with hard edges. The tomato basil soup is still sooooooo good! I have never had a bad meal here, and I have never had the same thing more than once. If you're looking for an incredibly delicious salad (which comes with pita bread!), wrap, or sandwich (which can be made on pita bread in wrap fashion), this is the place to come. Like most places in Hawaii, they are priced a bit on the higher side, but I would pay more than the cost here for their amazing quality food. Quite frankly, I'd eat here daily if I had the chance, and I simply look forward to it so much that I've never gotten around to taking a picture of the food beforehand. Favorites include the Hummus Wrap (doesn't need anything added to it, believe me, we tried), the Satay Salad, the Roasted Turkey Sandwich, and if you're into trying something really unique, the Aloha Tuna Sandwich. Love the food but got there and all their chairs were up on the tables already and it was only 8:15pm So instead we had to look some where else to eat our food & ended up outside of the restaurant. Which I guess was fine but I know they just wanted less to do when they close up so they could just go home early cause they totally hate their job. I got a "To Kale For" and I only got a quarter of an avocado, grape tomatoes were old and soft, chicken (which I paid extra for) were dry and bland, and the worst part was all the dirt I found in the kale!! I love the other Aloha Salad locations, so when I visited this one in Aiea, I was surprised how different they are. One time I went there at opening, and stood at the cashier to order, there were 3 workers, getting an order ready. So I waited, but for almost 5 minutes not one person looked up to greet me or say they'll be right with me. So I left. Few months later I went and got a salad and added chicken for additional $5. I'm not sure when this place opened up or what they replaced but they're located next to Kozo Sushi, across of Coldstone. To place your order is right at the register when you walk in to your left. You'll need to walk past this to see the menu board... Prices range from $7-$13 for a salad, wrap, or sandwich but I think it's reasonable considering mall markups. I've had their wraps from the downtown & Kapolei Aloha Salads maybe a year ago and the ingredients tasted fresh and delicious. However, I've only been to this location twice so far for their soup. I didn't care for their Tomato bisque, but my boyfriend seemed to love it. You can ask for a sample which is placed in a small portion cup. They have different specials for the day and its $5.50 for a large (8 ounces which is equivalent to a small, in my book). It is served with 2 small triangular pieces of pita bread which I love because it's served hot and so soft.. It really compliments their soup. Tables are counter tops with about (25) high stool seats (majority are facing the window looking out to the parking lot). I don't have any complaints on the customer service, both times I came here the cashiers and workers were all super sweet and friendly. This may be my regular spot for take out when leaving the mall. The greatest thing this place has is a 15-min pickup parking right outside!!! I was craving a Caesar salad so decided to try here for the first time today. My son wanted the one with chicken so we ordered that, but they also have shrimp, blackened ahi, and grilled steak to choose from. My son wanted the soup too, which was tomato bisque, but I was hesitant about getting it in case it was too sour for him. Chaslyn the cashier was very nice and offered to let my son and I try it before ordering. My son nodded his approval after tasting so we got that too. Me and my coworker seem to come by here everytime we get paid because we work right across the street, and we probably only come here around payday because the salads are a little pricey. Nonetheless, we always leave satisfied. Around our lunch hour the line goes way out of the establishment. We always call in our order ahead of time. We like Aloha Salads especially their tuna salad sandwich that's made of fresh tuna with strawberries and mango adding a nice twist. :) However, I placed an order online today (#10655680) that specifically asked for "No onions, bell peppers or hot peppers", yet my sandwich had 2 kinds of bell peppers in it!
