    Nice ambiance

Great food and ambience, complemented with exceptional service. We came for good food and drinks. We tied the empanada, ceviche, loaf os chips and guacamole. It was very appetizing. It was good build up to our main dish. Everyone liked the food and drinks. I especially enjoy other tasty ceviche and the pork belly chicharon.

Stopped by to give this place another chance yesterday for the Mexico game, and I can definitely see a lot of improvement. Tried the tostadas appetizer and that was pretty good, recommend trying that as a starter. We also tried some combo fajitas to keep it simple and got chicken, beef, and shrimp. The beef is 100% the best choice for the fajitas. I wouldn't say the top fajitas I've ever had but pretty decent and the cook on the beef was perfect. Definitely recommend asking for some sauces otherwise the fajitas lack a good kick on the spice level. Service was very friendly and decently fast, and the ambiance was good with the Mexico game and the live music during half time.

This place is really cute! The outdoor seating is a big plus and I love that they have a guacamole cart, with it made right in front of you. The menu has many options for everyone. Service was a little slow but it was very busy when we went to eat. The food was also decently good but not the best Mexican food I've had. Overall good vibes and food for the location!

Usually, the Vintage Park is my go to location, but was close to here to meet friends, that we stopped in. Ambiance: 5/5 It is bigger than the other one with a spacious outdoor area. Inside is busy and bustling, the weather was good so enjoyed sitting outside and had the heat lamps on to help keep warm too. Service: 3/5 It was brunch time, so as shared, it was busy, I am mindful of that given staff and crowd, service will vary. But from when we walked in, and after we put our order in, I ended up taking my friends water because no one came to refill. Our waitress was present, not really engaging, almost seemed overwhelmed. Also, the cups had some residue from when they were washed. Food: 3/5 Chilaquiles sarteneados, with tomatillo green sauce and added chorizo and scrambled egg. I stuck to what I know to get. But unfortunately was met with a strange wonder. I thought it was just me, but I had my friend try the chorizo and it tasted bland. He too got chorizo on his plate and didn't have flavor. The side of fruit with Tajin is always an enjoyable side that's included with the plate. Drinks: 5/5 Carajillo - Ambriza has some great cocktails, from their margaritas to the Carajillo I had, it was just as it should be. I like that they don't serve it with ice in the glass. But the flavors were right on par with it not being too sweet and just the right taste of espresso. Overall, Ambriza has a big menu selection for anyone's taste and their drinks tend to be delicious. Usually when I visit I feel at home, here I did not.

I should have reviewed this place a long time ago because I've been coming here since they opened their first location in Louetta. The reason I stopped in the first time was because of all the Catrinas in the décor -- I'm obsessed with them! The ambiance is always on point. I typically go to the Town lake location, and it never disappoints. Mondays are all-day happy hour, which makes it even better. On a beautiful day, sitting outside and enjoying an amazing meal is such a great experience. The bar is very well stocked, the service is consistently on point, and the overall vibe is just right. Ambriza is one of my go-to spots, and I highly recommend you check it out!

Let's just get right to the point...yes. Eat here. Tucked in the ends of Towne Lake right on the water, the outside ambiance is fantastic. The music can be a little overbearing depending on who is controlling the volume that day. But easily dismissed. The staff. I love the way the front end staff dress up in character as do my daughters. Usually quick to be seated, wait times have never been a problem. The wait staff. I fail to recall our server's name, I believe it was Daniel as we share a common name, if it was you and you are the young gentleman in college...hats off to you son. Masterful job, recommendations, and always smiling. The managers. They came by repeatedly to ensure we were being well sorted and to ask about the drinks, then the food, then to try and get our stuffed bellies into some dessert. This is like filling up your truck to the brim and saying sod it...I'll fill the bed up to for good measure...MADNESS (Get the Quatro Leches in short)...of course we did...heheheh. ON TO THE FOOD!!! Brunch: Egg Enfrijoladas - The short answer is yeeessss. It is basically all 4 food groups per bite...yet delicious. The black bean sauce is thick unctuous, and dare I say...no salt required (BLASPHEMY). If course you want this with the chorizo. The crema is an outstanding accompaniment, potatoes are different yet righteous, and the avocado was aplenty. Breakfast tacos...be prepared to eat these open face as you would be mad to try and wrap them...not a bad thing...The eggs were cooked perfectly and the wife opted for chorizo as well. I stole the pickeled onions. Eggs were cooked to perfection and dominated the plate. Excellent meat to egg ratio. Again...no salt required. Lunch: Street Corn. This is a MUST...ask for extra aioli and queso fresco on the side. Charred to perfection. Prep the floss. I'm goin in. Empanadas Chicken...absolutely divine. This is what pocket pies want to be when they get a little more grown up. The avocado sauce is to die for. Salt was needed for these...so I redeem myself. At this point can you tell we eat here a lot? Ceviche Tostadas. Mountainous with Mahi Mahi with the most excellent tequila lime sauce. Me and the chef must have words how to concoct this sauce...On a hot day. Margarita in hand...SO refreshing. Chicharron Pork Belly...this should be self explanatory as the only description needed is Yes. Wish it did come in a LITTLE larger portion...but it is quite calorie dense so it hits the spot. Comes with guac. Apply to chips at table. Smile. Tacos...PICK A TACO!!! ANY TACO (besides fish tacos...not my flavor...but if you like it...by all means...) I have yet to have one I did not like. If you held my feet to the fire...Barbacoa. Have napkins ready and eat it OVER the plate, arms extended or it will run down your forearms with juiciness. Mains: Just get the Carne Asada Tacos...I know this falls along with the Tacos portion of the review...but worth repeating. And it is Carne Asada. Self explanatory. Main Hack: Chipotle Chicken Dinner...ask for a side of Mole sauce. You're welcome. Yuca fries are so crispy and fluffy they are amazing. Those did need salt (yay!). DRINKS!!! The wife loves the Marg Rocks. And they will customize it to your preferences. Remember that service thingy I mentioned earlier? They make a tequila bourbon old fashion. You know my weapon of choice is only bourbon. This was different. It's like going to purchase a the big lifted truck but settling for a Platinum Edition for the ride quality. It is just a little smoother of an experience. WHEW. OK. You are probably done at this point. So. Excellent staff? Check. Excellent Management? Check. Great front end? Check. Diabolically delicious food all around? Check. How else can this end? Rock SOLID 5 stars. Well done. Eat here. I guess you could have skipped to this...but it was mentioned at the beginning.

Nice location off the lake. Friendly service but very busy. I enjoyed the complimentary corn, chips & salsa. Food came out quickly yet it wasn't as I remember from their Katylocation. The margaritas were made right and the empanadas good but flautas a little dry and enchiladas light on sauce. Overall a nice evening out with the girls They do have free parking and photographer who comes around to offer a print out photo.

Enjoyed watching the Spain and Argentina game with my better half. the service was outstanding, the drinks were amazing and the food was delicious! It was super packed but i definitely see why. Great place to have lunch or dinner. 10/10 staff was also extremely attentive the entire time.

My bartender Joselyn took really good care of me I came in after work Saturday at the bar She greeted me with a smile Asked me how my day was I sat down And asked what are you feeling today or what can I get you I asked about specials or recommendations and she gave them to me But I asked her if she knew how to make a good mojito she said I can try And she did The mojito was very good I thought I was back in Cuba on vacation enjoying a good mojito Thank you Joselyn You made my experience very worth it I will be coming again Just because of you

I prefer to give this place a five stars based on how good the food was and the overall atmosphere however, we went there Thursday night. It was busy but not excessively busy. There was quite a number of four top tables that were open however, our server we saw her to take our water and took a couple of appetizers and then we didn't see her (except one time to check on us while we were eating). We ended up placing our dinner order with the manager, who came to our table b/c she want to bring out our appetizer, street corn, which they offered at no cost since it was our first time eating there. The street corn was delicious! The food came out freshly prepared, and tasted delicious, except my wife's enchiladas didn't get prepared until we talked to the same manager. At this point the rest of the family was done eating their meals. They quickly corrected that , I the enchiladas out within 4-6 minutes. They were very apologetic and were kind enough to comp that entrée. The manager who was there on Thursday night was extremely helpful. However, since service is based on this server still gave her an 18% tip because that's how she earns a living, but I think she was just spread too thin with large parties. I'll change this to a first review if I go back and I get better service there's good odds I'll go back but I definitely will warn people that it takes long. I think by the time we sat down and left it was about an hour and almost 30 minutes and that was mainly due to lack of service. We're waiting for about 10 minutes just to get the check.

Let me start by saying I've been here multiple, multiple times & I've never had any food items that weren't good. I always get breakfast (even if it's lunch time) so I don't know much about the lunch items. Not only is the food outstanding with a creative twist, it's consistent. Over the years, the place has expanded several times so now there is a decent amount of dine-in seating in addition to the outdoor seating. The place still stays packed but with their wait list in advance/text notification system & efficiency in seating customers, if there is a wait things move along smoothly. Additionally, anyone who is waiting knows it's worth the wait!! The service staff are friendly. The atmosphere is homey & they decorate for the various holidays & seasons. Owner/chef Lori is always walking around asking guests if everything is ok. On at least 2 occasions she happened to chat with me/my guest about some dietary restrictions & she whipped something up for us to try. My go-to dish is the harvest breakfast where you can pick 4 breakfast items from a list. This is a great way to sample more menu items. Here's my take on some of my favorites: - Sourdough pancakes are thin & really delicious. - Belgium Leige waffle is very sweet with the pearl sugar "nuggets" in them so taste them before you add a lot of syrup. - Scrambled eggs are well seasoned, not bland. - Avocado & tomato or the fresh fruit are nice light touches as one of the side item choices. - Fried chicken tenders are really good. Spice level 3 (medium) is not that spicy. It's flavorful. - Grilled chicken tenders are good. As much as I typically eat grilled or baked chicken, I allow myself to choose fried for these. - Grits are creamy. I get them with no cheese. I'm not a big grits person but I do like these! The menu is very extensive. It includes vegan, vegetarian, keto & gluten free. Is the breakfast a little pricey, the answer is "it's all relative." Sometimes it's just worth paying for a great meal. In case you haven't gotten the message, Harvest Kitchen is a must try. Do yourself a favor & have a visit. I'm betting it will stay on your list as a repeat eating spot!! Tips: - Use the text message wait list & signup before you leave your house. - You can always get 1 pancake on the side for $5. - 15% gratuity is included at checkout, as you pay you'll get options for an additional % or custom % like 0%, 3, 5% or more.

When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, and I will say our server was very nice and welcoming. One thing we immediately noticed, though, was that the menu prices were crossed out and changed. The waitress explained that prices have been fluctuating, but it did feel a little unpolished and confusing seeing gouged-out pricing on multiple items. I ordered the breakfast quesadilla, and my wife got the South of the Border omelet. We also had the roasted potatoes, which ended up being a very small portion. My main issue was that several items listed (or expected) didn't come as described. The quesadilla was supposed to come with sour cream and pico, but they weren't served on the side. We were told the pico was inside the quesadilla, which wasn't noted on the menu. Additionally, both dishes had raw, unsautéed onions mixed into the scrambled eggs. That wasn't listed in the description, and I personally don't like raw onions, so it definitely affected the meal for me. I think ingredients like that should be clearly stated. The cheese sauce tasted like standard heated nacho cheese and was very runny, not what we expected from a breakfast dish. The sour cream also tasted off. Overall, while the service was friendly, the food and menu presentation didn't meet expectations. Unfortunately, we probably won't be returning.

When it showed up I was amazed by the large pile of food. As I began to eat though, I started to get disappointed. I cut into my fried egg expecting it to run all over my plate, but it seems like it was cooked somewhere between over medium and over hard. I was looking for tasting the hot honey, which appears to be under the dish as opposed to on top of it. I was looking forward to a soft fluffy biscuit, but it too was over hard. The Chicken was well cooked, a bit thin, and I'm not sure that the breading tasted anything more like Captain crunch than it did any other breading. However every time I cut into it the breading kind of just fell off into the gravy. The gravy and potatoes were redeeming, with good flavor gravy and well cooked potatoes. Overall, it wasn't bad, I ate it all, I just expected better for my $17.
