The stuff took a look and confirmed it is actually minor and doesn't need to replace it. He also measured all my four tires threads and let me know when should I replace them. If they need to order a tire, it usually shows up the next day which I really appreciate. Then I got a screw in my tire in a different car and they said they did free patching. However, when I got there, they said my tire couldn't be patched and I needed four new ones. Alejandro told me he wouldn't replace my TPMS sensor without putting new tires on my car bc they're are over 6 years old....but they do my rotations with no problem. They have plenty of tread left. When I refused to buy new tires today he said he can replace the sensor but he has to do all 4.. I already had them replace 2 less than a year ago. He tried telling me he can't tell which ones. After some back and forth he agreed to replace 2 but he charged 46 dollars for labor that wasn't charged last time, even after I made him aware of that. The sensors were literally changed in less than 10 minutes..before I finished writing this review. To be transparent my tires are 9 years old but in good shape and store policy is not to work on them at 10 years. Which he lied about. I bought over 10 sets of tires here but next time I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Great service, 5/5. They worked with me to get the best pricing through price match and was easy to set up an appointment online. I was in and out the door in less than 30 minutes with 4 tires being replaced. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. When I first arrived for my appointment, the technician noticed I didn't have the anti-theft wheel unlocking tool they needed to take the wheels off my car in order to replace the tires (this tool comes with the car). The technician guided me in the correct direction of picking this tool up from the dealership and still worked with me to get my car all finished up the same day, even tho it was an hour past my original appointment time by the time I received the tool and arrived back to America's Tire. By this time that I arrived back they were 20 minutes from closing and still worked with me to get the job done. The 4 new tires I bought come with free rotations for the life of the tire, you can't really beat that considering they are a lot easier to actually get in and set up an appointment for the rotations with than somewhere like Costco which could take weeks to get an appointment. I will be coming here now on for all my tire needs, highly recommend. read more

Great customer service. Walked in on a busy week day and got 2 new tires in 30 min. There were 3 kinds of tires for my car. I explained I'm a single mom and what's the cheapest. They didn't try to sell me more expensive. In fact told me about the cheapest one and that it was still a good tire. Some companies will try to push u into more expensive items. They didn't. U get a warranty and free fix if u get a nail. If they can't fix it they replace the tire. That sold me. And told me my other 2 tires would also be fix free bc I'm a customer. Don't waste your time stopping here for help. I stopped here on our way back home to have 1 tire checked for air. When I left home 3 days prior and had my tires checked in Rocklin and 1 tire was low at 25 psi and they aired it up to the required 85 psi. (check my review for America's tire in Rocklin, CA) Anyway, the first guy came out and couldn't figure out how to put air in the inside rear tire. He said you need a special tool. I told him that I had just had all the tires aired up prior to taking off for the coast and they aired everything up with no special tools. He said, "sorry I can't help you". I asked if I could talk to the Manager? The Manager came out and looked at the wheel and said, "My hands are too big, I can't get in there". He didn't offer any other solutions and walked away. So we left there not knowing if that rear tire had lost more air and if it was safe to drive on as we had a 2 1/2 hour drive home. We will try another tire shop as our safety wasn't of any importance to this shop. :-( read more

Came in earlier and had an overall great experience with the team at this location. I normally visit the Steven's Creek but this location is pretty good as well. It was extremely busy which would mean all employees would be working, right? Everyone was but one, that being a gentleman named Diego. Large guy with uncomfortably skinny jeans. While the lobby was extremely full, he helped himself to see what flavor pizza was brought into work today. Not hating, eat up fatty! But it is also ineffective to have the other employees deal with the phones ringing and a swarm of people in the lobby. Great team, kudos to the other two employees with glasses actually working got me out of there quick! read more

Bought my tires through Tire Rack for a great deal. America's tire is an installer partner. They set a time, they adhered to it, and turned my car around quickly. Had to wait a little while for the appointment but not too bad. I later noticed they used the wrong stems on one set of tires and when I complained they fixes it without quibbling. Absolutely fair pricing in the install service, and free air and stem caps for anyone aiming by. They are friendly and good at what they do. I had a great experience with America's Tire yesterday. I got a screw in my tire the night before. Fortunately, I got my tire's here with the "Tire Certificate." I could not make an appointment that day, so. Walked in about 15min after opening. I was able to speak to an associate within minutes. He checked my problem tire and said it is repairable. I was also ready change out my front tires (rear tires were recently changed out), since the tread was pretty low. He said that I could get a couple of more thousand miles out of it. Right there, he gained my trust. He could have easily made a sale, but this showed me that he was more interested in my getting the most value out of my tires. He checked my car in. My tire puncture was fixed within 30min! This exceeded my expectations. I am a very happy customer of America's tire. This is the 2nd time they have exceeded my expectations on how long a service will take. I will continue to go there for tires and tire service. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please don't take your car here. Went on a Saturday morning, a bunch of young kids working. Damaged my bbs wheel and never mentioned anything. Assistant general manager refused to take accountability and wouldn't file a claim until I asked 6-7 times. He actually started raising his voice and arguing with me in front of the store. On top of this they didn't balance my tires right and they had to do that a second time as well. The claims department isn't any better. Denied my claim because the store didn't admit to the damage and I didn't inspect the wheels before I left the store. Spent a lot of money on PS4S, two 19" sets in the last two years for this car, brought my previous car here, and they can't even be honest about damaging a wheel. Their claims department offered me some pity 100$ offer but continued saying they would not take responsibility. If you do regrettably bring your car here, make sure to take before pictures of your wheels, and inspect your wheels and tires before you leave the property. After being a customer for so long I didn't think I'd have to go through an experience like this, but plenty of tire shops in the Bay Area. I won't be returning here. read more

Took my cousin here on 6/1. Car was done in an hour for tire replacement. Ready at 1:30PM. Showed up at 4:30 to pick up the car. Got home and one of the tire hasn't been fully installed. Had to come back again and got it done. Asked "Is this done?" Nope, not entirely, but pretty much, or else it would fall out while driving. I asked, "So who worked on it?" Assistant manager, "I don't know, we are sorry!" "What do u want!" So u didn't finish a service that was listed as "completed" 3 hours ago. But when we got there to pick up the car, everyone was chilling, there were no more cars being serviced. No one inspected a car that was ready 3 hours ago. And upon reaching out, the manager was mad at us? Your employees didn't complete a service and listed as complete. And now you are getting mad at the customer for coming back to follow up on the issue? Like wtf? read more

Can't recommend this place enough!! Customer service alone is amazing. Originally inquired at Firestone in Milpitas and the guy that helped me was lowkey rude so I came across this place. Ordered my 4 tires and made an appointment for the next day completely online. Showed up around 1:30pm for my 1:45pm appointment, Mayolo at the front desk quoted me 45 mins but got it done in 30 mins and I was out by 2pm. As long as you have an appointment they are very quick. I also like the fact that the mechanic that brought up my car told me all of the things they did including changing out the 4 tires, torquing the bolts to spec, inflating the tires to 35psi, ensured me that they replaced all of the hub caps completely and correctly, and he even apologized for not having tire shine to clean the tires (which was totally fine because the tires were clean looking already). read more

They seem to have some issues keeping up with their appointment times. I scheduled one for 1415, arrived ten minutes early and my car didn't enter the bay until 1505. Also the online tracker claimed it was in the bay at 1500. And then it claimed estimated completion time was 1500. Did they have an SLA to hit and just decided to lie about it? Not great. Tell me up front the actual estimated time not some nonsense. Actual completion time was at about 1530, so thankfully I wasn't late for things I needed to do later. Also, they under inflated the tires and tried to claim the TPMS sensors would have to "reset" after highway driving. Seriously? The door sticker says 38 psi. Also the TPMS was misprogrammed? I drove back a bit later and they fixed everything but still. Should've been done right the first time. (Tires purchased at their sister company TireRack; the price for the tires was pretty good and the installation fees at the store reasonable.) read more

What Impressed me most other than their affordable tire options was their speed. I came in a 9am that morning and left there with two new tires at 9:35am. Had a time for four days later in less than five minutes. Nice! Stopped in today at my appointment. Jorge was cool and quickly checked me in. Walked over to Pruneyard to hang out for the hour until things were done. In 45 minutes, got the text that my car was ready. They really shined with being ready. Returned. They verified I'm me and gave me my keys. And I was ready to roll. Not giving five stars only because there was white gunk on all of my tires that I had to clean off when I got home. This place has horrible and lazy staffers. After buying several sets of tires from this store, I noticed a nail in my tire. Considering I spent a fortune on tires here, I figured I would have them fix the problem. What ensued next was funny not funny. The so-called tire mechanic told me his fitment on his wrench was tight on the lug nuts, but still fit properly, yet could not proceed because of the tight fit. I was floored. I took my car right down the street to Wheel Works. I told them my story about America's Tires, and the guy laughed in amazement. In under an hour, the tire was fixed and sure as sh*t no issues with the lug nuts. Moral to the story, pay for great service not cheap product. read more

America's Tires this location is located off of Hamilton Ave near Cambell area. Nearby areas walking distance to local shops, eateries, and businesses. I almost always drop in to this location at America Tires of already made scheduled online appointment. This guys here of customer services representatives that I have priorly worked interacted with are awesome, very straight to the point, quick of getting transaction completed and provided detail receipt, and fast with the new instillation of tire. I normally keep all my used tires a for self keeping as I don't like to throw them away. As America tires had allowed bagging old used tires safely in bagging to safely load into trunk of vehicle to take and save. The customer services representatives guys here as attentive, courtesy of servicing, and when in interaction spoken primarily using English. Frequently drive in for air checks are competed when pressures are low. These guys make the job fast and quick. This location several purchase had been made which had been intended for self only. Approximately, 4 weeks ago I got a new tire from this store (they recommended changing all four thankfully I didn't listen to them) and after that I have already visited this place 4 TIMES to fix the SAME NEW tire because it kept losing air. So this last Tuesday I went there again to replace the tire and they said they did change it but the TIRE IS LOSING AIR AGAIN! I am pretty sure they lied about replacing the tire because yesterday the SAME TIRE had the same problem of losing air.
