I recently picked up a variety pack from Amy's Donuts and tried several flavors -- including maple, chocolate, glazed, and a couple more unique ones. Overall, it was a great experience with a few standout favorites. The maple donut was easily the highlight: the maple icing was thick, smooth, and had that classic syrupy flavor without being overpowering. It paired perfectly with the soft, fluffy dough. The chocolate was rich and satisfying -- more like a fudgy icing than a basic glaze, and it had a deep cocoa flavor that didn't taste artificial. It felt like a treat without being too heavy. The glazed donut was simple but done right. Light, airy texture with a nice vanilla-sweet glaze that melted in your mouth. A good benchmark donut that shows they know the basics. I also tried a couple more eccentric flavors (one with cereal on top, another with a cream filling), and while they were fun to look at and creative, they leaned a little too sweet for my personal taste. Still, if you're into over-the-top donuts, this is the place. I had a frosted vanilla cake and a chocolate old fashioned and they both tasted SO fresh, even though it was around 1pm when I stopped by. Best place in the east bay to get donuts. They are huge, maybe like twice the size of a normal Krispy Kreme donut, but for half the price! I don't exactly remember how much I paid but I believe I got half a dozen donuts for around $4 dollars which was amazing. Wow I loved both the egg florentine sandwich and the Vietnamese coffee. I got the sandwich on a jalepeno cheddar bagel and added cream cheese. The flavor was phenomenal although admittedly a bit "slippery" the egg was sliding around a bit from the cream cheese while eating but I made it work and enjoyed every bite. I really liked the tomato and mushroom included in the sandwich. The coffee was a generous size and flavor was as expected and very refreshing. Not too sweet. What a delightful surprise, I wasn't expecting to be this blown away from what I got. I'll be back!

The egg was fluffy, tomato and cheese were fresh, and the bagel had a good chew and was well toasted. One thing that stood out, which I was genuinely asking myself how they did it, was that the seeds on the everything bagel actually stayed on. Anyone who's had seeds fall all over the place knows that's not a given. Service was quick. I started at the kiosk but a staff member offered to take my order directly. Had my bagel in under five minutes. The space is cozy with plenty of seating, including cushioned lounge chairs by the window. A good spot for a relaxed breakfast or quick grab-and-go.

Worst donut I've had in a minute and I was excited to be cheating on my diet I spit it out soooo quick it didn't count. They sell other stuff too , smoothies tamales fresh juice etc ... When the opportunity presented itself, I came by today for the first time. The decor was mediocre but I was here for a take out order so my review will be strictly on the taste of the mochi donut itself. Mochi donut (Macha & Strawberry flavored) - 5 out of 5 They were fluffy and chewy in texture. Compared to your regular donut, it's just a different style of donut altogether. There is not actual mochi in the donut itself just a mental note. The sweetness wasn't overpowering which I liked and they're extremely fresh. Compared to the ones they offer in Osaka Marketplace, this one blows them out of the park. For any type of donuts, I general look for two things: 1. Are they fresh (if they aren't, you can generally tell from the dough being tougher if no other additives are placed in the dough) 2. The sugar toppings (If they place a heavier emphasis on sugar, I usually stay away since I'm more focused on the flavor instead) Service - 3 out of 5 The lady over the counter was a bit slow. She was on the phone when I came in and it took her about 10 minutes to finish her conversation before she was able to get to us. I think it was a phone order? It looked like she's the only person taking orders since the other workers saw us but kept on doing whatever they were doing. If you don't mind waiting a little like myself, it's a definite must try if you enjoy a chewier textured type of dough in your donuts or would just like to give a new type of donut a try. I don't usually judge too hard on the service staff in places like these since they're mostly mom and pop owned. Understand that when we come, they're just trying to do their best with what they've got is all we can ask for. Ultimately, the food takes home the win and Mochinut here did exactly that for me. They seemed to be Vietnamese owned since they sell other Vietnamese items here as well so keep that in mind. I'll definitely keep this place in mind when I'm feeling like a mochi donut again in the future!

So I Bought Them and Wolfed Them Down and They Were Yummy!!! I washed them Down with Coconut Water!!! Delicious . Service was Excellent and Efficient!!! Store was Clean and Organized!!
