Had an amazing experience buying a new Kia Soul Xline today. We drove an hour and a half from our hometown, and it was so worth it. Craig our salesman was so down to earth, helpful, and patient. We weren't sure exactly what we would be able to get within our budget, so Craig showed us multiple options. When we found the model we really liked, it was still a little high, so he worked to find a manager demo that we could afford. I never felt pressured to buy. I could tell he was trying to find something we loved, that we could also afford. Michael the sales manager was straightforward about our trade and gave us an all in "out the door" price, which I really appreciated. After we agreed on a price, I realized that I had misunderstood what color the manager demo was in (it was gray and my heart was set on green). So, Michael gave us a brand new green one for the same price. I would have been happy with the gray one, but was ecstatic with the one I got. While we were waiting for financing, Joe the GM came over to congratulate us and make sure we were having a good experience. I jokingly said that I really needed some Starbucks, so Joe actually took me through the drive-thru down the road in his brand new Kia Stinger. If that's not putting the customer first, I don't know what is. Josh DeOrto did an amazing job getting me setup with a used 2019 Ram 1500 classic. My sale was a little bit out of the ordinary as I drove 7ish hours south from NE Wisconsin to purchase the truck. Josh worked with me via text, email, and phone call to solidify the deal and get me hooked up. I was in contact with Josh on Friday august 18. We talked about the truck, my wants/needs/concerns, financing, etc. We had financing locked in within a few hours of talking over the phone. He had set the truck aside as a sold vehicle that same day to make sure it was still there when I drove down. On Saturday I drove 7'ish hours south to come look at the truck. Josh was great to work with in person to and it was great to meet him. We chatted, test drove the truck, filled it up with gas, completed paper work. If I ever am in a market for a used rust free vehicle like I just purchased I would 100% drive 7 hours back to this dealer. Josh made this buying experience smooth and easy. Again, please read the Better Business Bureau and the websites about the law suit the Andy Mohr Group was a part of and lost due to the fraudulent activities they have done and continue to do against their customers. I am posting this because I am also a victim who did not do my research before trying to conduct proper business with this company. If I do not get my refund of $1000.00 for a vehicle I was not able to buy due to Andy Mohr Kia not keeping their side of our agreement. The dealer "Nicolas Ward" suggested us to test drive a KIA, then we put a $1000 deposit to buy the car. Couple of days later they called us to come and pick up the car. But the car was not the same model we test drove ( had no key fob, no cruise control even though it was included in the manual )! I also noticed that the finance manager ( Derrick Smithson) had added $ 2500 extended warranty without our authorization and agreement. They were insisting to convince us to take the car home even though it was not what we wanted. It ruined my trust. The sales manager ( Jeramie Nesmith ) said with the same deposit we HAVE TO BUY another car while there is no deposit refund, no car available to test drive and delivery time MAYBE July 22! I recently purchased a new Kia Optima for my son from Andy Mohr Kia. This was a complicated lease due to the fact that I live in Florida and my college student son lives in Bloomington Indiana. What I thought would be a complicated and difficult transaction instead turned out to be one of my best ever leasing experiences and I owe that to Aaron Poppa the salesman I worked with. Aaron was absolutely amazing. He worked directly with my son and I. He took care of my son like he was one of his own and even thought to send me a photo of my son when he went to pick up the car (all dads would understand that one). Once we decided on a car I was also helped by their finance managers and again I can not say enough positive things about my experience. I've been a KIA customer for over 10 years. Last week I walked out on my local dealer in Lafayette when they insulted my intelligence by not honoring my end of lease contract. I went home and called Andy Mohr KIA. Manager Jesse ran my my numbers and agreed that the residual value on my lease was exactly what I would pay should I decide to purchase out my lease. A+ for honesty. I agreed to drive down and talk with a salesperson. Ray Jackson did a fantastic job listening and responding to my needs. After running numbers on purchasing my end of lease vehicle compared to leasing or purchasing a new Soul, I purchased a brand new 2020! Jesse was knowledgeable, friendly and low key the whole way. I used to think flowers needed water to grow into something beautiful. But that isn't the case, I came into the dealer ship and right away Mr. Flowers approached me with a smile on his face. I have bad credit and usually when looking for a car it can be a nightmare. This was my 5th different dealership Ive been to this week and this was the best experience so far. I don't like most people but I truly believe Mr. Flowers had my best intentions in mind and was eagerly helping me and answering my questions. I haven't purchased a car yet due to me still looking around but as of right now Mr. Flowers has me sold(Just gotta get to the right price first lol). I usually don't do reviews for things because I think most are fake but at least if you read this far down you can feel the a more genuine vibe from this. I was absolutely amazed by my experience here at Andy Mohr kia . After going to another dealership that was pushing me into a vehicle that I didn't want and pay more than I wanted I started looking else where. When i got to Andy Mohr kia I met Lorraine and she was just amazing person . She is a 2xbox breastcancer survivor and she was a God send for me . She made sure I wasn't feeling pushed at all i found the perfect vehicle for me for way less money and less miles and put less money down than other place . I also got a great warranty too and they was so helpful they even helped keep an eye in my kids while I was doing paperwork. They even called me several times after to make sure I was happy with my purchase and if I had any questions. I could do on and on about Lorraine but I will just say she is an amazing person . I saw a few cars I wanted to see in person, so I went down to the dealership. I met a salesman named William. I asked him to show me the cars I was interested in, and they were just like the pictures online: clean and priced well. He helped me find the perfect car to fit both my budget and lifestyle. He knew what kind of car I needed. I trusted his judgement, and I was rewarded with an awesome car. He took his time and I ended up with a VW Jetta. Awesome dealership and customer service. We came for a Dodge Charger we found on car gurus. Our salesman was Solar, who went above and beyond for us. The car needed serviced before we could take it. The service department did a great job fixing everything with it and making sure it was good to go. We went in on Monday and took possession of the car on Friday. For everything they did to the car that was an incredible turn around time. Andre set up our financing. I had a specific amount I wanted to spend a month. He got us $20 above what I wanted. But I added a dealer warranty, so really that was my doing lol I will be back to Andy Mohr! Solar, Andre and the service department really made this a good experience. Thank you all! read more

It was the best buying experience we have ever had. My family was in an accident in which we found our minivan totaled. We came in and told our salesman Craig exactly what we wanted and he delivered. We told him we couldn't buy immediately due to the insurance company and he didn't even sweat it. Finally after a week we had the check and had to turn in our rental and when nobody had faith in getting us approved Craig kept working even after other dealerships quit. Needless to say we got a great van and our first new vehicle ever! He cared about our family and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and informed. Answered every single question I had, which was a lot since I have never leased before, and if he didnt know the answer he quickly found out. Took my oldest daughter to find her very first new car. Darius Lee (salesman) went above and beyond to make this a wonderful day!
