Response to Owner: It's disappointing that instead of addressing a valid quality issue, the owner has resorted to personal insults. To clarify: the pizza was not "fresh and hot"; it was soggy enough that you had to physically "remove moisture" from it. Wiping down a pizza and throwing cold shredded parmesan on top does not fix a poorly prepared meal, nor does it make it appetizing for children. As for being "unhappy" before we arrived, we were a hungry family looking for a good meal, not a confrontation. If providing edible, non watery food is "no simple task" for this establishment, then the one-star rating stands. Future customers should be aware: if your food is served poorly, don't expect a fix or a refund just a snarky public response.
