I wish I could say that for the price it was a great deal but I don't even think the lobster roll I got was even worth the amount I paid. The lobster was absolutely disgusting, cold (even though I ordered the warm one) and the flavoring packet you can add to it didn't help with the flavor either, the lobster was extremely chewy and the bun was soggy. The fries were good but thats about it, because the lemonade I ordered with my drink was so sour to the point I couldn't even drink it. I waited in line for about 10 minutes before getting to order. I then pulled up to the next window to get my food and had less the pleasant experience, I wasn't greeted or anything. There was 2 drinks sitting on the ledge but I didn't want to grab them just incase they weren't mine, so I finally had to ask if they were my drinks? The girl inside just shook her head yes and went about her business. Then another worker quickly handed me 2 bags and said "here you go" and that was it. I proceeded to take off only to realize I was missing A WHOLE MEAL!! I was to far ahead to let them know so I proceeded to park to go to the window as the drive thru at this point had about 10-15 cars in line and I didn't want to wait in that line after just having to wait in it and I don't think I should have had to wait since THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER! Well I went up to the window only to realize the window is not a "help window" it took a few for me to even realize that as all I kept reading next to the window was "walk up" but that doesn't mean to walk up and order honestly not sure what it really meant. I stood there for a few though in hopes they would open the window and ask if I needed anything but nope and thats when I read at the bottom of the window "If you need to speak with a team member please go thru the drive thru" So I had to wait 15 minutes in line just to tell them THEY FORGOT my food. They told me to pull forward, they handed me the food they forgot and never once apologized or even said a word to me once I got to the food window. Probably one of the worst experience at a fast food place that I've ever had. The fact I couldn't call the business or go to the window after they messed up to get my order corrected is absurd. Took my girlfriend for lunch on the Saturday at the new Surprise location. Tried the fried lobster combo with an Arnold Palmer to drink and the warm lobster roll with the butter sauce. The fried was hot and delicious but by the end the oil and breading became a bit overwhelming. The warm lobster roll was slightly overcooked and rubbery. Overall the flavor was good with the butter and house sauce. Fries were also crispy and fresh but nothing to write home about. The teas helped cut the richness of food. I will definitely be going back to try the cold roll and will revisit the warm roll as well. Overall a nice change for fast food although I would like a place to sit other than my car. read more

A lobster roll in PHX? Heck yes! We decided to try it out. It's a good option you should know it is just a drive/walk up and take away option. There is no seating offered. We enjoyed our meal. It isn't close by so we cannot frequent it often but I would definitely go again. Modern ordering through your phone. Be prepared for that as they don't take funds onsite. Heard about Angie's on social media and made the trip. Cashless and drive thru or carry out only so be prepared to take it home or eat in your car. Quick and easy ordering and fast service. Took 3 days to air out my truck so I recommend finding a place to eat! Menu is very simple, either hot or cold or breakfast. I expected the bun to be more of a roll but seemed to be a Texas toast folded into a sandwich. Tried this for the first time today, wish I'd done it much sooner. We got a shrimp meal and then a fried lobster sandwich, cod sandwich and a warm lobster roll all ala carte and all were very good. The tartar sauce was very good and, Angie's sauce was very good too. My wife and I do not eat lobster enough to be able to compare it to anything else but we do eat a lot of shrimp and the shrimp today were outstanding. The roll is smaller than a Sonic hotdog. Yes it's stuffed with lobster but doesn't take much when the roll is so tiny. There problem now with the Angie's Lobster on Queen Creek Rd and Gilbert Rd is they changed Angie's Lobster to Angie's Prime and it is Horrible! Nobody going there now.
