1. Service was good. The food taste good BUT, it's way to expensive. This was the smallest boil bag I have ever seen in my life. There wasn't enough sauce on it and the bag was for 2. We didn't get any lemons with it and it was warm. I found this place from an Instagram post and it was super hyped up. At the end of the day it's all about service. I have never had a place ask me for touched food back When you tell them they messed up your order and instead of adjusting the bill they asked me for my food back!!!! Never have I ever had this happen. They took half of my crab and removed the shrimp add on. Mind you it still was a $5 difference in their favor. Turn the music down and tell the server to speak up. A little sad today on lunch to go delivery pick up. We have dined in before multiple times no issues and have always had a positive experience. My wife picked up a lunch order and we ate it for dinner and checked our order and my bag was missing the sausage add on and there was no corn or potato in my bag, but my wife had one in hers. This was a special night for me. It was my birthday. It was five of us number one we ordered drinks. It came without ice just handed to us. We ordered the lobster. It was not cooked in the part that was cooked was very tough. I took the lobster tail home. I couldn't even eat it. I had to throw it away was so tough. We had the whole dinner with crab legs, shrimp muscles. The waitress didn't even tell us what was recommended for a sauce so it had no taste and now to go on for the waitress either she has too many people or something because she was not listening to our request was very poor. I went to Angry Crab Shack with my family as we were in the seafood boil type of mood and were pleasantly surprised with how fantastic the experience was. We had Cass as our server. She was really lovely and attentive to my large family and was really patient with us as we asked questions about the menu. We ended up ordering a few pounds of shrimp, crab, and mussels but also got the catfish, edamame, fried shrimp, and lemon pepper fries which was more than enough food for 7 people. The food itself was pretty good. The sauce may not be as rich in flavor as Boiling Crab or Hot N Juicy but the size of the seafood ordered as well as the attentiveness of the server and how quickly the food came out made up for that. The price was also significantly cheaper than what we normally pay at other seafood boil places. Overall, I really recommend the place if you are looking for a seafood boil type of place. read more

Really wanted to like this place as I was so excited to try it based off all the social media ads I've been seeing. The service was decent, but it wasn't very busy when we went so that would be expected. The seafood was fresh, but lacked a lot of flavor compared to other crab boil places with similar style in Las Vegas. We ordered the Family feast and added on extra Crab legs (trifecta sauce), gumbo, fried pickles, 3 kids meals and a few other things. The sauce was too peppery for my taste and lacked a lot of flavor. I like spicy being half Korean, but not the kind of spice their sauce had. Adding too much black pepper to sauce ruins the flavor from other seasonings. The gumbo was extremely bland and was mostly liquid, no real meat or veggies in it. The kids meals were decent and I feel like they all enjoyed it. Fried pickles were good! Mixed drinks were subpar in flavor also. They were out of crawfish so was unable to try one of my favorite things. Overall, we probably won't be coming back here. The expectations were too high and the delivery was too low. I think they have great marketing which is what sparked my interest, but if your marketing food that looks delicious and is being advertising as being delicious I would hope all customers get the same treatment/quality. read more

This is my go-to spot for seafood. I moved here from cape cod, so I'm used to fresh and delicious seafood and let me tell you, angry crab shack actually competes with east coast seafood! I have been here probably 4 or 5 times- each time better than the rest. I highly recommend getting their seafood boil with the trifecta sauce level 2 or 3 heat- depending on your spice tolerance. I plan to order a 5 lb lobster soon, I've just been too busy to make the call. The owner is super nice and accommodating. When I told him I'd like to order a larger lobster than they offered, he took down my number and called me literally the following day. We have yet to have a waiter who is anything short of amazing! And it's Angry...I guess the crab is Angry because you are eating his Cousins like at a Family Reunion family banquet style...The decor is cool; bright colors, good lighting, sharks and mermaids, and the signature wall never gets old! My mom and I came for lunch and got the boil for two and asked for the trifecta seasoning and definitely recommend very flavorful and the boil for two has lots of food we even had some leftovers. The place itself was cool they have this write on our wall its kinda neat you can sign you've been there, clean and spacious place. They have booth and chair tables available great for families as well as date night. They have TVs all over so every seat is a good seat if you're trying to watch a golden knights game! Once seated we had the best server! He was attentive, quick, and pleasant to talk to. Really good crab boil spot m. This was first time trying Crab Shack and I loved it. I like the variety of the menu, the boil is the focus but there's lots of other options so every can enjoy. Our waitress was really cool and she was a customer herself so she had lots of good and honest recommends. We started with the hush puppies and it usually comes with ranch but the Cajun mayo is wayyy better then. They are actually really great with no sauce too. We also had a half dozen of the charred oysters and they remind me of NOLA, they are a lot smaller but the flavor is exactly what I expected. The crab boil combo bags are great for two people that want a variety. Also the trifeca sauce is delicious for those that like a lot of flavor. In the middle of our meal there was a guy that came from the kitchen with a giant lobster( biggest I've ever seen) and it was a nice surprise to an already great experience. Yesterday my husband and I took the opportunity to go try Angry Crab shack and we were not disappointed. We ordered the Family Feast and upgraded our lobster to a 3.25 pound lobster. They were not busy which was nice because there was no wait time. The service was great. The food was amazing! We got the medium trifecta sauce which was amazing. Good food, good service, good ambiance. Atmosphere is great, very clean!! They play the greatest hits and have huge TVs all over the restaurant. They definitely aren't shy with the seasonings. Crab meat here is so fresh and so delicious. The bread!!! was amazing!!!! Fresh out the oven it was so warm and soft. Prices aren't even that bad either. $60 for king crab, $45 for snow crab. They allow you to add 1/2 lbs shrimp to the bag. Rice is a little dry but I normally add the boil sauce to it. Can't go wrong with garlic butter sauce on the side either. Love it here. Trifecta combo is the best out there and the fact that you can customize the spice level is perfect (no spice to hot ). In Arizona, we had been going to the Angry Crab Shack for some years and we never noticed that we could order an additional half pound until last night so we were beyond delighted with that . The food was good as usual & as expected but our service was subpar. I think I've been better attended sitting at a slot machine in a crowded casino by waitress that occasionally comes over and asks us if I want to drink then we were by our server. It started with the hostess who escorted us outside, after we asked her if we could ride on the wood outside she said she would go and ask and return... We're still waiting . The bartender originally came and asked us what our drinks were...I got this perfection called "Ling's Lemongrass Press" that was a medley of something between like a Moscow mule and some other great euphoric flavors. A few minutes after we were introduced to our server who came and introduced himself. He stated he was going to go and get our place settings to include a bib and crab eating accessories...but never returned with anything, instead it appeared he went inside then came back out and sat down at another table with whomever was sitting there for quite some time. Another team member brought us our boil bags and then realized we didn't have a bib or any of the accessories so he got what he could find. Our server never once refilled our drinks or offered other drinks (like water) but we ended up being grateful the ice melted into water so that we could have something to wash down our food . Apparently that conversation was pretty good because he must have forgot he was at work and had people that needed to be tended to. Finally, he got back up and attended to another table then he came in to check with us- I requested lemons, melted butter and salt. He continuously forgot and about it & later remembered he forgot and went back in to bring it out...by that time I was about 1/2 way done with my bag. Shortly after he brought us our check and for that he was quick to come back. ‍ Unfortunately, for the first time in a long time we did not leave a tip. It was not deserved had I been able to find the young man who brought over or boil bags, bibs & accessories, I would have gladly tipped him. I do have to give kudos to the the person who I think may have been the manager who walked around with a lobster and put it over our heads so we took a picture with it. He seemed to be in good spirits and have a great attitude. I'm sure we will go back but it won't be any time soon and if it is, we'll probably try on a different day in a different shift and hope the service is better. Yum yum yum This was really a phenomenal experience! Oh I was so hungry I didn't even take a picture of my food before my friend and I started to devour it. We got the boil for two An added an extra crab cluster, couple of eggs, and an extra corn. This is the best thing as you really get to try everything... We stopped by Angry Crab after seeing a Tik Tok with the Lobster. The restaurant wasn't busy at all for the OK service we received our Waitress was Courtney. We asked for Marinara sauce for the calamari she flat out told my husband this is a seafood restaurant it isn't an Italian restaurant. Well Courtney HNJ has marinara sauce for their Calamari.
