I really wanted to like this place. The menu is great, food was pretty good, but the experience was pretty terrible. When we arrived, there was a wait. Totally acceptable given its Sunday at 10am. We're t I left it's a 45 min wait. We decide to stick it out. 50 minutes go by and a spot opens up at the bar. We decide to grab it. We were told a waitress would be with us and the bartender took our drink order. One drink came within a few minutes, the other didn't come for another 10-15 minutes. It was at least 20 minutes after we sat down to get our order taken. Overall, the biggest issue seemed to be with staff. Tables sat empty for upwards of 10 minutes as they cycled. Having someone bus tables would have helped. They also would have been able to turn tables around faster if they didn't have to chase down a server because we just sat... The food was pretty good. But by the time we got it, I was over the whole experience. My advice if you want brunch here, order thru Uber eats. read more

One of my favorite places to grab breakfast. Love the lobster and brie omelet and the shrimp and grits. Love the pumpkin waffle wasn't a huge fan of the lemon pancakes but the banana foster ones are delish. There can be a bit of a line on the weekends so try to go early if possible. read more

The restaurant itself is fantastic. Attentive waitstaff, A M A Z I N G food, good coffee and great environment! I've been there twice now, and tried the mixed berry waffle and the cinnamon roll French toast. Both were very sweet, but absolutely delicious and the addition of eggs and bacon/sausage definitely help with the sweetness. My hubby got the bacon chorizo omelet this time and let me try a bite. Went on a Saturday and it was very busy but the wait list was organized and efficient. We did get seats at the bar and the bartender was also efficient and friendly. Liked the fried dough and coffee was decent. Our meals came out timely but the food for us was not good. I ordered the chicken and waffles and pretty sure the frozen chicken fingers were microwaved as they were very dry , had no seasoning, and became stiff as they cooled. I didn't even eat a quarter of it. My wives chicken on her biscuits and gravy was the same. I was willing to ask about ordering something additional but was never given the chance nor asked how our meal was. After sitting there awhile with full plates were offered to go boxes and our bill. "No thanks" on the boxes and still not asked about our food. Took another 10 mins to get the receipt. Did pay for all and did tip over 20%. I'm sure other items are good and again the staff was friendly- but too many great places in Nashville serving fresh food to come back. read more

This place was great! The wait was long, but worth it. Yelp has a waitlist feature I would strongly recommend. I had the lobster and Brie omelette which was INCREDIBLE. Also, the portions are gigantic. You definitely get your money's worth. Everyone at my table loved their meals - this place is definitely a crowd pleaser. First time here and it was so good. We sat outside since they had a patio option. I ordered the Floridian omelet, buttermilk pancake and side of grits. The pancake and omelet are to die for. I was really excited to try it after seeing the menu. Went during the week for lunch. Seated quickly, but others waited upwards of 15-20 minutes because a hostess wasn't even at the host stand. Food was subpar. My meal wasn't bad, but wasn't worth the $16 I paid for scrambled eggs, fruit, and a burnt muffin. Presentation is awful. You get prettier and tastier food at a Shoneys. I had one guest in my party that sent her food back and they didn't even offer anything else. The food is lukewarm, and bland. I was there today for brunch, the place is very clean and everyone wore their masses and follow COVID guidelines. Nicole K was my server and she was amazing, she was very attentive and constantly check on us to make sure we are good. Far too long considering the restaurant wasn't even full and not many people were waiting when we walked in. I've eaten this a ton in all different places. The brunch options are different and they have amazing omelets. The burger saved my life once after tequila took my soul away and I needed help getting my life back together the next day. The drinks are also really well made and bloody Mary's are the best I've ever had. The bacquezo omelet is usually my go to, but this time I had the Spanish omelet and it was also incredible. My SO is not impressed and didn't like his food. He ordered Huevos Rancheros and said the chips tasted like plastic and it just ruined his whole meal. We will have to try again with him. They have good crab cake and lobster options but not much on the southern breakfast options. Super cute atmosphere though. read more

I wish we had one in Chattanooga! We put our party on the wait list ahead of time, so that helped with the time we had to wait. They were obviously super busy and for good reason! The food was really good and the server was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately for me, I chose the shrimp and grits. It was very greasy and the shrimp were tiny, didn't look at all like the picture. It wasn't very good. I didn't want to send it back for something different because I knew it would take a while. Our food took about 45 minute to come out, but we didn't mind. I had a bite of my friends food and they obviously made better choices than me. Excellent food. Lots of unusual choices. Pretty loud when full but still fun. Suggestion: During COVID restrictions, if the maximum per table is 6, then change YELP limit to 6. Don't allow me to book a table for 7 only to get there and be told we have to split up. We didn't want to split up and as a result my wife blamed me for not "securing enough seats". It was painful.
