My goal was to get some French butter as I saw they have a huge selection of it. I found so many other items like 3 freezer full of items like pain au chocolaté and croissants made in France. All you have to do is bake it at home. They also have frozen baguettes. I got frozen pastries and I also got some French butter and their selection is massive with different flavors. I typically get this butter at the grove but this place has sooo many varieties. I also picked up Italian flour (to make pizza dough) and canned pizza sauce that they recommended. I picked up some Patata Torres chips as well. Will definitely be back to explore the store more. Definitely worth the visit if you're into cooking and like gourmet foods.

They even have the pulling baskets just like Paris does. Super friendly and knowledgeable team that help us decide from the huge assortment of items. They have a huge variety of tinned seafood, French butters, and cheeses. There's so much to choose from, I was here for an hour to browse every option before making my selections. I was impressed they have vietnam white peppercorns because that's my favorite pepper. I feel like I'm saving on flight tickets by getting my goods here. My friend got bread, Pate, fig jam, and pickles to enjoy just like he did in France. My other friend got an assortment of Asian chili oils that she enjoys on top of everything. I'm looking forward to trying the seafood tins I got.

I was a little worried because it didn't seem like they had a lot of options available in the case, but they brought out a lot more for me to choose from. I highly recommend telling them what you're looking for because they have some amazing recommendations. Next on my list to try is the handroll kit!

The space is really quite large. I was happy to see there was a seafood counter with a display case of smoked fish, a couple of dips, aged beef. The guys were super friendly behind the counter. I spotted the cafe area where they serve coffees and teas - I made a note that I had to come back to try that. Back to the deli counter - they recommended I try the smoked sea bass since they don't get it in often so I took some of that and a smoked salmon collar. The hand roll bar was empty since it was late in the afternoon but too early for dinner. I promised the sushi chef there that I would return. So I went back today with a couple of friends. We sat at that hand roll bar and had the best hand rolls I've ever had. We ordered a la carte and I absolutely loved those creations - full of flavor, texture - unique and tantalizing! I'm curious to go back and try some of the other things on there like the burger? the shabu shabu? I can't wait to see how they serve those items. Their little market area is fascinating as well - with small bottles of soy sauce aged in bourbon barrels and other delicious sounding ingredients. I did end up taking home a shaker bottle of their house made furikake. Can't wait to try that! I'm so happy this is in the neighborhood. It's a great spot to introduce friends to and serves as inspiration for anyone who loves to cook.

They offer more than sandwiches too--there's a nice selection of wines, spreads, and other specialty items to browse while you wait. When we visited, we were the only customers there, which made the experience feel even more personal. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to chat with us and making us feel right at home. Parking was also a breeze since they have their own dedicated parking spaces behind the shop. As for the food, I ordered the Mortadella sandwich on focaccia bread, and it completely exceeded my expectations. What first caught my attention was the pistachio pesto, and I'm so glad it did. The sandwich is made with mortadella, Swiss raclette, pistachio pesto, cuatros manos chili crisp oil, and arugula, and every ingredient worked perfectly together. The flavors were rich, savory, nutty, and balanced with just the right amount of heat. One bite and I was hooked. This is easily one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I'll definitely be back to explore more of their menu.

Shrimp, ravioli & zucchini. This is my favorite! Plenty of shrimp seasoned just right. The ravioli was fresh and the sauce was perfect. Real tomatoes, not from a can or jar. The zucchini complicated the dish very well. 2. BBQ chicken salad. A little of chicken chunks. Surprisingly the BBQ salad dressing wasn't spicy and tasted very good. The even remembered the tortilla strips! It was the perfect portion size for lunch. 3. Breakfast Burritos. These were ok. I don't think I'd get them again though. I had to add chicken to bring out flavor. It was a little difficult to heat up the burrito shell. It was too crisp in the toaster oven & soggy from the microwave. Overall, I'll definitely be back for more. This saves me a lot of time prepping food for the week and I like that each meal has a healthy balance. Great job 80% Nutrition!
