Very Pleasant experience at this NEW Taco spot in town. It just opened; and is Shiny and inviting. The girl at the register was friendly and the gentleman in the back (Most likely the owner) was very friendly too. I ordered the "Walking Taco" first time to have "nacho style" dish served in a bag. The Steak was perfect. The flavors you would expect were all there. But the only negative thing I would have to say was that the bag was filled with all crushed tortilla chips (the kind you would find at the bottom of a bag that was crushed). I'm no expert but it was annoying to see that all the chips were crushed. This would be my only issue with the "Walking Taco". This made the dish not so appetizing. Knowing that, I went in with an open mind and expected a bit of a wait--but it was absolutely worth it. I ordered the Rib Eye Taco Chichos Way, and it did not disappoint. You could taste the freshness in the tortillas, the rib eye was seasoned to perfection, and while the salsa was a little spicy for my taste, it was packed with flavor. Tried this place for the first time today, stopped by to check out the menu, Got to meet the manager Lily, she was so sweet and kind. She let me sample both of their Agua-Frescas, so good the spiced hibiscus was definitely my favorite. I had the ribeye taco it's a 10 out of 10 it came out hot, you could tell it was just made. The meat was tender, melt in your mouth juicy and the "chicho's way" is a must! ‍The flavor was impeccable, it is definitely different than your average taco.
