Even though its probably poisonous, cancerous, and toxic in every way imaginable, Arby's and their sauces have been my favorite fast food joint forever. I tried the new reuben corned beef it was so damn sinfully good, with sauerkraut, swiss and 35 cent tomato charge. Its not going to unseed dans subs as the king, but that shit is 25 miles away round-trip son. The corned beef is really sliced and diced thin, and very easy to chew no funky shit. The bread wasnt crisp and toasty only complaint. Dunk that shit into the tiny-ass cups filled with arbys sauce, and horsey sauce, and put some jalapeno slices in it too. There never is a bad item, and roast beef, chicken item is delish and packs on unwanted fat, sodium, and anything that will kill you, but its so freakin goood. Can't understand why a fast food joint so packed 24/7 doesnt have more locations. Actually better there arent I'd weigh 2x as much. This Arby's blast the mother-livin-shit out of the A/C, so wear a hoodie. Bacon roast beef burger is my fave. Forgot the name. read more

This place is super clean , the staff is very friendly, and the food is delicious . I come here for the classic roast beef sandwich.

The one thing I want to Rave about ... In this specific Arby's is the customer service. It's amazing, anything you might need or want they give to you. They bring anything you need to your table. I want to boast about Lorena; her customer service skills are amazing. There was no more ketchup in the dispenser, so I told her. 1 minute later she brought ketchup to my table & apologized. The best service hands down!! Placed my order, and was unknowingly over charged. Staff (Lorena) came to me and let me know I was overcharged and returned my money! I was so surprised. Why have I never been here before! Their smokehouse roast beef sandwich is the bomb! The onion rings and curly fries are even better than the ones you get from expensive restaurants. I believe my companion who ordered the corned beef Reuben enjoyed it very much. I think I just found my new favorite go to fast food chain . He keeps seeing Arby's commercials, so as we were heading wayyyyyyy out to G.H. where my mom lives I said why don't we pick it up for us all to enjoy.... This Arby's is the best run fast food joint in all of SoCal (and that includes In and Out). I've visited this location at least a dozen times over the last two years and every time I marvel at their speed, friendliness, and the quality of food. I've always been a fan of the roast beef and cheddar, potato cakes, and horsey sauce, but the service here is always good every time! I've often seen management at the register. That's when you know there is good management. They are visible and not hiding in some back office. Great job! read more

Accidentally forgot to check the date on my coupons. They were expired 3 days. Asked if the had any specials and when the cashier saw the coupons she immediately says very rudely we don't have that anymore. She told me she would honor any other coupon on the page but the one I really wanted. Her tone of voice was not how you should talk to someone who is making your paycheck. Because without customers there won't be a company. Not pleased alot of the times I go in. Was trying to get my family something they all agreed on finally and to get a rude tone with a customer is not the way to end my night. I walked out after that. I went to this location with an Arby's coupon for 2 loaded italian sandwiches for $6 bucks. I also ordered a medium jamocha shake and curly fries. I get up to the window and they had the food ready but the girl said their sandwich is 2 for $7. So she wouldn't honor the coupon. I told her I probably spent more on gas than on the extra buck.
