I really hate writing bad reviews. After going to Audi Livermore today to shop for a car, I think they deserve such a review. The service here is bad. My wife and I are in the market for a new car and went to Audi this evening to see if an Audi is the right fit for us. After standing there and walking around the lot for an entire 30 minutes, not one single sales person at Audi approached us to help. This got annoying, especially since none of the sale people were busy helping other customers. I'm positive that they were aware of our presence because I saw them looking our way. ...After reading reviews from others for Livermore Audi, it looks like I wasn't the only one that was treated this way. My wife and I drove out to Livermore Audi based on other Yelp reviews and I'm glad we did. The other reviews were spot on - very friendly service, not pushy at all, and no typical price negotiation that is notorious at most car dealerships (read: Sonnen Audi). Our salesman was Ken Haggerty and he was awesome! I called him in the morning and told him the two vehicles we were interested in. When we arrived, both vehicles were ready for us to inspect. Perfect! The total experience took about 2 1/2 hours (inclusive of financing, detailing and topping off the gas tank.) This was the most pleasant car purchase experience I've ever had and when I'm ready for my next Audi, I'm calling Ken Haggerty! read more

I recently decided to lease an Audi A5 with Larry over at Livermore. Having never leased before, I found that he was the most straight up and friendly dealer in the Bay Area. I reached out to all the local dealers and many others were dragging out the process and it was obvious that they didn't even read my initial emails when they asked questions I already provided answers for. Larry was easy to work with and provided a good price for me. I wasn't able to make it out there and so he even drove out to meet me in SF. I had a wonderful experience at this dealersip buying my Audi A3. There were no pressure tactics here, the salesperson just came out to say Hi, asked me what I was looking for, told me what prices he could give me, and went back in and left me alone to look around and think. When I did go back in to ask about his inventory, he was helpful and friendly and so accommodating. Even though it's a bit far for me to drive to get my car serviced here, that is exactly what I'll be doing. When I made my appointment for an oil change, they asked me if I would need a car that day! Can you believe it, they're giving me a car just for an oil change so I'm not stuck bored and waiting. They also wash your car for you every time you bring it in. And they are open for service on Saturdays, so you don't have to miss work. I totally recommend this dealership over any place else in the bay area. PS. Stevens Creek Audi sales sucks! They tried all these typical car salesman tactics on me that turned me off from ever going there again. read more

Honest to god, this place is not your everyday dealership that most think of when they try to buy a car. We've been looking for a used Q3 in San Francisco and we couldn't find the customer support nor the perfect car for the perfect price. They were quite rude in a sense. Then we come over here to meet Debin (who I strongly advise going to if you're looking for a sick Audi) and he flipped expectations. He not only was genuine in his business but he gave us such a good deal on not just the old Q3 but the 2019 model's S-Line. His energy is fantastic and he worked extremely hard to get us the deal. Everyone seemed so professional and genuine in their craft and I made me feel like I wanted to go there again just to hang around(which I don't normally do at a dealer of course). Firstly, I would say that I am proud owner of an Audi A5 2013 Model. The sales agent's name was Paul. He helped me out a lot in getting the car to me. Looks like he is no longer with Audi in Livermore, but was a great guy to deal with. I have been to the Service center countless times with some problem or the other with my car. Slashed Tires, Dents on the Door, Door's Buzzing while listening to Music, Car Top Upholstery... etc etc. They always took care of the problems I had. Johnny Cheng is my service advisor and I would high recommend him to anyone who take their car to the service center. They also have really nice loaner cars if the work takes more than a day to complete. Highly recommend this place for servicing :) The one regret I have is, the Brakes in my car started to squeek after 16K miles and now I am nearing 48K and still have the same problem. Audi needs to do something about this. Gone to fix this issue countless number of times and still didn't get a solution to this because the technicians find everything operating normally. read more

We just bought a new car from AC this past weekend. He and the rest of the sales team were extremely helpful and willing to work with us, exhibiting great customer service. We had originally wanted to buy from Audi Stevens Creek, given that we live much closer to that dealership. However, when test driving a car, the salesman there was completely disrespectful to my wife. While his mindset must've been stuck in the 60s, he didn't realize that we are a young, successful couple and that my wife makes many of the buying decisions. What a contrast in dealing with AC. We were so impressed with his flexibility and follow-through that we'll surely come back to him and the Livermore dealer when it comes time to replace our other car. I've tested Stevens Creek Audi, Concord Audi, Royal Motors in SF... the place actually knows what they're talking about. When I walked into this dealership, I was greeted by Dan. He's the Brand Specialist and also the internet sales manager, who had happened to see my request online the night before. He told me he had what I was looking for and it's parked outside. We walked out to find the exact car I had in mind, with the very specific interior I was looking for (and at the time, only seen on Google images). What put it over the top was Dan's expertise in Audi's. From it's origin, to it's history, to it's technology, and cool things new owners may not know of... he is the guy to talk to. He made the rest of the sales teams at these other dealerships seem kind of silly. Also, GREAT customer service... before, during, and after. When my local dealer refused to come through, Livermore Audi made it happen. Purchased our 2011 Audi, sight unseen from these folks and everything went perfectly. I can't say I wasn't nervous about making such a large purchase, essentially via mail/phone order. Sales manager Adam Levine was professional, responsive and most importantly, got us the car we wanted. My sales person 'AC' Chaudhry went above and beyond, to make sure we got the car as soon as possible. He even ran the documents to fedex for a late Thursday evening pickup, so we would have the paperwork in hand Friday morning. We fedex-ed our documents back to the dealer on Friday at 5:00PM and they had our new Audi on the truck by 2pm Saturday and it arrived at our home before noon on Sunday! I would give this place 10 stars if it were possible. These people are INSANE. And by that I mean scarily good at their jobs. My husband and I are very seasoned car buyers, we've owned one or more of the following: Porsche, BMW, Volvo, Honda, GMC, Buick... you get the idea. We've been lucky to have had great experiences at most of the places we've dealt with over the years but never, EVER have received service like we received today at Livermore Audi. We qualify for a pretty large discount due to my husband's job, but that presents a unique problem when shopping for an Audi Q5. Finding one to begin with isn't easy, getting someone to sell you one for less than full price is impossible. Multiple dealers in CA told us to beat it, and we were thisclose to having to drive down to Long Beach to pick one up when we heard back from Chris Howard, the sales manager at Livermore Audi. I'd left him a message to see if he'd be willing to work with us on a car he had in stock,and not only was he willing to do so- he bent over backward to accommodate us. We got the car we wanted at the price we wanted, he gave us a great deal on our trade in, and held the car for us all afternoon until we could make the drive over there to pick it up. When we arrived, Chris was a little busy (last day of the month!) so he handed us off to his associate Ken Haggerty to get things rolling. Ken couldn't have been nicer, he helped us with all the paperwork and showed us how to work the thing so as not to get confused and crash it the second we drove it off the lot. Even if it's a little farther away (it was for us) it's 100% worth it to deal with these guys. The dealership is conveniently located off the freeway, nicely appointed, they have good inventory and the very best part- the best sales staff I have ever worked with. my issue is not with the dealership sales / service it is with the Manager Yohan. My wife and I purchase an RS7 a few weeks back And added some extras that the manager mentioned that they could do black out the silver trim, powder coat the wheels etc. do not let these people outside of the dealership touch your vehicle they are complete hacks. Today after getting overspray, scratches and miscellaneous other things fixed we were told there were gouges in the wheels scratches all of the way thru the powder coating etc. we took it in to the Dealership to talk to Yohan and his response was my expectation level us to high and that the gauges and scratches were to be expected. Wrong answer. On another note Nancy the service manager is an awesome lady and is one of the bright light of this dealership. steer clear of this guy you will not regret it read more

Review is for service only. I purchased a CPO TT from an Audi dealership in SoCal back in November. Took it here for my first service, only to find out that the mirrors were not installed correctly (something I'd suspected). Sam the service manager worked directly with the purchasing dealership to get them to cover the costs of repair, and provided his cell phone number so I could easily follow up on the process. Wi-Fi in the building makes it easy to work while my car is being worked on. Really impressive customer service... would have bought my car here if they'd had the exact one I was looking for. The only dealership I've ever been to where NO ONE will walk on to the lot to help you. Came here three times to look at a new A5 & couldn't even get one of the yahoos to look in my direction. I'll be buying from Rector in Burlingame, where they have a clue. The service department is equally as bad. When I brought my A4 in for a coil pack recall they broke the col pack connectors and cracked my dipstick tube. They also misdiagnosed a cam chain tensioner problem. Luckily, my Euro shop is on the ball. Don't even bother with these guys if your Audi is over warranty. If I could, I would give them zero stars. read more

Kind of overdue and for the boyfriend, but this place is as good as it gets. The boyfriend was shopping around for a new car a couple months ago, and after seeing the terrible reviews for the Audi dealerships on his side of the bay/ the Peninsula, I convinced him to come to the East Bay to check out the Livermore site. Of course he did his research and started chatting with Gino about certain cars, and we finally made a trip out to Livermore after a couple weeks of talking to Gino. When we got there, we received top-notch service. We had to wait a bit because it was really busy at the dealership and there wasn't an available sales rep to help, but Gino came out and helped us look at some cars. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars, and definitely not like the usual greasy car salesman. He wasn't pushy or overbearing or anything. We got to test drive a couple cars; they swapped contact information and we were on our way. The boyfriend didn't get annoying follow-up calls from Gino or anything, but due to his great service, the boyfriend was pretty sure he was going to buy from him. They continued emailing about certain cars, and a few weeks later, the boyfriend went to sign a lease with Gino. He's seriously so great, I'm almost considering getting an Audi from this dealership. Really spectacular service that makes you feel comfortable and well taken-care of. Though it might be kind of a far drive if you're in the peninsula or south bay, it's definitely worth it. read more

He took us on two test drives and also allowed us to go on private drive. Ouch...Audi called me last week, they FORGOT to install my upgraded security system and vehicle location device. I have had the car for almost 5 months now. When I left the lot, I was advised the system was installed. No big deal, ignorance is bliss. Except, in the last four months, the PCV valve had to be replaced. I was also supposed to have the glove box replaced (the henge cracked), the floor mat was supposed to be replaced (clip is broken), window needs to be reset (it rolls itself down), the center console is also in need of a new henge, etc. The bottom line is that Audi is notorious for having problems. I knew this buying the car, this is why I bought a Certified Pre-Owned. With all this being said, as I have issue after issue with the car I have learned the Service at this branch SUCKS!!! Adam Levine will tell you whatever you want to hear over the phone but conveniently disappears, leaves, loses your appointment, forgets to call you back, etc. I got Audi Corporate Care involved again.....trying to get my money back for the security system that was never installed and the Perma Plate that left a wax residue all over my car that won't come off. Thanks for 2500 worth of add-ons Audi! What a joke. Give me my money back so I can buy a Lexus or Benz. read more

No one likes going to the dealership, but if you had to, I'd go to livermore Audi. 1) great selection. I was looking for an A5, which is probably the least common audi there is. I called 3-4 dealerships in the SF area and only half of them even had an A5 on the lot. Livermore Audi had 3. 2) best price. I did some comparative pricing research on craigslist looking at comparable models (like a 2010 A4. everyone has one of those). Livermore Audi had the best price by $1k or so 3) I can't speak for other salesmen, but I loved working with Daniel S. Came straight from Germany, knew a lot about the cars and the company, and was super efficient in processing things. Tough negotiator but I enjoyed that challenge. in short, I know it's far away, but it's definitely worth the drive. Plus they deliver the car to you for free!! read more

Service: Took in my A4 today for an AC service special to get my intake and ventilators cleaned. The moment I arrived, they checked me in and started the service right away, hoping to finish up within an hour. When the car was ready, the service advisor gave me an awesome surprise by not charging me! On top of that, they completely cleaned the interior and exterior free of charge. How awesome is that? :) Amazing service department!! Sales: I live in the peninsula, and was cross shopping for the A4. Visited the Audi dealerships in San Mateo, Palo Alto, San Jose, San Rafael, San Francisco, and Oakland. Some of them weren't willing to negotiate at all, others were overpriced. Basically I get the impression that don't take their potential customers seriously. I don't know about you, but when I'm about to drop 30k+, I think I deserve some good customer services. Got none of that in the entire Bay Area until I visited Livermore Audi. The sales team is attentive and professional - and so I think they deserve to get the money. Will definitely recommend these guys to anyone over most dealership in the SF Bay Area. I've driven Audi's for the past 20+ years, and for the past 16 years serviced by Audi Livermore. After having sold my last Audi, I was thinking about "downsizing" to another make. After many test drives of other brands (Mazda, Subaru, Honda, and Acura), I went back to Audi Livermore to test drive the Q5. My longtime service advisor, Nancy, recommended I contact Bill Blackburn in sales. Bill was very informative on the updated features/technology, no-pressure in my decision making process, and actually made the test drive(s) fun. I had intended on purchasing a 2019 Q5 taking advantage of end of year/model year pricing but the pricing was so good I ended up with a 2019 SQ5, which Bill and the entire Livermore Audi team made sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction, including Casey - their "Technologist" and James, the GM. As a long time service customer I've worked with almost all of the service advisors (Nancy Frasula, Steve Ford, Ismael Dastagirzada) as well as the service manager, (Johnny Cheng), and have always found them helpful and informative when there happened to be an issue over and above the routine maintenance. Since I hold onto cars for many years (10+) and miles, it's nice to know you've got a good support team if or when those issues occur. This is the first time I've purchased from Livermore Audi, and it is great to see their front-end Sales team is as good and customer focused as their Service. read more

I was looking for a 2011 Audi A4 in the Sacramento area as I live there and the local dealer was so unhelpful. I went home and did some research online with USAA's car buying service. They recommended 3 bay area dealers that worked with them, one of those was Livermore Audi. I spoke to Paul Przywozny and I gave him the exact options I wanted but this A4 was so hard to find. Buying the car took less than 30 mins!! I've spent hours at a dealer to buy a car and this was quicker than I have ever experienced by far and the car was as pomised and more. I drove over a 100 miles to buy this car and I would have driven 500 miles easily had I known I would receive this type of service. My wife and I went in to look at purchasing a pre-owned Audi A3 TDI, we were met nicely by a salesperson who was very knowledgeable about the car we were looking at and seemed genuinely interested in our business. We were looking to trade in our Mercedes for a fair offer. The offer we received was an insult and very obvious that the person looking at our vehicle had no idea what the were talking about. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere, VW Dublin, where they gave me $10K for my Mercedes and I bought a brand new car. I saw an A4 listed online and went to Livermore Audi to look at it; bear in mind I was in shorts and flip-flops. I was promptly and politely greeted by Gino in the lot and was shown to the showroom while he pulled the car around and got the AC running (huge brownie points since it was 90 degrees+). There was no negative look or attitude from Gino based on my appearance and dress and that was a great sign to me. We took the car for a spin and I loved it. While in the back seat, Gino didn't push, didn't make excuses and had honest, straight-to-the-point answers and fixes to all of my questions and concerns. When we got back to the dealership there was no pushing, no in-your-face sales pitch and no undertone of "sleazy car salesman" in his up-front approach. He was content in what I had to say, my expectations and my thoughts. I left the dealership initially to go see another A4 at Oakland Audi with a smile and confidence. Needless to say, I didn't drive the second Audi A4 because of the disgust I had with the dealers' attitudes and forcefulness at Oakland and the content I got from dealing with Gino. I found myself back on the phone with Gino at Livermore within the hour saying that I'd like to make a deal. We discussed over the phone what the finances would be and we came to a deal that I was happy with and even now I feel completely confident in my purchase. With a wedding that night and an early morning flight the next morning, Gino took it upon himself and offered to drive from Fremont to Walnut Creek early Sunday morning so that I could sign the paperwork before heading to OAK Airport instead of waiting and possibly losing the vehicle to someone else. This review is for Mike D. in sales. We were approached by Mike on an oppressively hot day and he was very easy going and charismatic. He immediately became more of a friend than a salesman. We appreciated his honesty in pointing out unnecessary options and keeping in the price range we initially wanted. We honestly were in no hurry to purchase a Q5, but Mike offered us such a sweet deal that we couldn't refuse. There was a specific color and interior I wanted and he made sure I got it regardless of where it was located. When things went a little south with the leasing office, he was quick to assure us that he would rectify things immediately (and he did). THEN...I changed my mind (typical female) After the car was already on its way I decided we needed more space so I needed a Q7. Mike didn't bat an eyelash. He simply said "whatever you want we will get." So after ALL the back and forth of color and options on the Q5, I settled on a Q7. But in true diva fashion, I needed to cross check all colors and interior colors and learned enough to sell a Q7 myself (prestige does not come in a cardamom interior with black ops...just so u know) Mike patiently sat thru 3 tests drives of stock, TDI, and supercharged vehicles. He went thru all the options of colors and helped me choose options that complimented my style. He tolerated all my neuroses, and became more a friend than a consultant. Which comes to what I like most about Mike. He truly "gets" what his purchaser wants. He understood our style and needs and stayed within that range...not overselling us or changing things to fit his convenience. My biggest pet peeve is car salesman who want u to buy off lot to decrease their slow selling inventory. Although q7 is halting production soon, Mike assured me that I would get what I want. And when he showed me an option he thought would fit me, he was right! I bought the car the suggested without hesitation. He nailed it, and there was NO haggling. He quoted me a reasonable price and it was a clear cut deal. I can honestly say I can buy another car off him without seeing it...and that's HUGE when you are a Type A mom/physician/control freak.
