Stopped into Aurelio's in Las Vegas and ordered cheese only because that's what my family likes. I tried both the tavern style and the thick crust and both were really good. The tavern style had a nice crisp bite with plenty of gooey cheese and flavorful sauce. The thick crust was soft, chewy, and super filling, more of a comfort slice that made me want to just hang out and relax. The interior was spacious and comfortable and I liked how open it felt, plus there was a lot of outdoor seating around that looked inviting even if I didn't use it. Staff was kind and easygoing which matched the whole vibe. My nephew even said he would only want this pizza from now on even if it was a far drive. Overall it was just a great experience with solid pizza and a relaxed atmosphere and I'll definitely be back.

Sausage and beef sandwich. Look at how phat the meats were!

Came in here with my wife and sister in law, who we were visiting. My SIL had never been here before, but heard good things about it so we went with it. I am glad we did. My SIL had a hankering for a stromboli, but they had calzone which was close enough for her. The waitress was very accommodating and knowledgeable and guided her into picking her own ingredients. I ordered the sauage and beef combo sandwich and the wife ordered the meatball sandwich (something she had never ordered, anywhere, before). We also ordered a small salad to share between the 3 of us. The salad was well made, with fresh and crispy lettuce. It was just large enough for the 3 of us to share and feel satisfied, salad-wise, knowing we had belly bombs en route. We all enjoyed our selections quite a bit. My sandwich, the sausage and beef combo, was so loaded with meat (see photo) that I ended up taking half of it home with us. Half the calzone (see photo) went home too, but the wife was a trooper and polished off the meatball sandwich. Each sandwich also came with fries and they were crispy and hot (no limps prevailed in those batches). Overall we all enjoyed our meals and the service was top notch as well. When in Lost Wages on our next visit we shall return.

Great pizza! We had a pepperoni and green pepper. The crust was cooked perfectly, and the edge was nicely crisped. The sauce was delicious - - we even bought a jar to bring home. The pizza was just as good later in the day - -and this is important to us. We also appreciated the good service. We were greeted when we entered, and our server was courteous and attentive.

    Horrible Antipasto Salad

WORST Antipasto EVER!!! No green crisp iceberg, all white part of the head, NOT one piece of Romaine Lettuce what so ever!!! I would be embarrassed to even charge $11.00 for this, used to be very good food, I will NEVER return!!

Calabrese!! Omg this was fantastic and I even had leftovers.

Great food, took awhile to prepare but TOTALLY worth it. We got it delivered by postmates and it took them a bit so I can't imagine how unbelievable it must taste fresh from the oven. The Calabrese is much like a calzone and full of glorious cheese. Yum!! Can't wait to have my leftovers for lunch. A little on the pricey side for pizza but it's high quality too. (Don't recommend the chicken fingers there were like 4 in the box and they were very standard fare and cost $10!)

The food was very tasty, the wine list offered a great selection at reasonable prices, and the staff was friendly throughout our visit. We were seated promptly with our reservation, even though the restaurant was quite busy. When I made the reservation through OpenTable, I casually noted that we were celebrating our anniversary and did not expect anything to come of it. We were genuinely surprised when they brought us a piece of tiramisu with "Happy Anniversary" written on the plate. It was such a thoughtful touch and a perfect way to end the evening. The restaurant also has a warm, lively atmosphere, with white tablecloths, brick accents, and an impressive wine display. We would definitely return.

We both forced ourselves NOT to eat it all. Octopus - Appetizers were interesting; it was okay, just not what I expected. Different textures. See my picture. Frutti De Mare - My usual dish, but my buddy actually ordered this. Generous portions, well at least the pasta was. He was only able to finish half his pasta. 8oz Rib Eye Pan Seared - Done perfectly. Impressed to get a perfect cook on such a thin slice of rib eye. The potatoes and sides were done perfectly also. So glad I ordered this rather than the larger rib eye which is what I typically get. Perfect quantity for me as a light eater. Tiramisu - This was okay. My favorite so far (other than home made) is from Zozo in Reno, NV. And to wash it all down, a bottle of Pinot. Ambiance - A very busy location filled with mostly locals. Beautiful decor location. Bar, table, indoor, and outdoor seating. Semi open kitchen. Clean restrooms. We took a ride share, but there was plenty of parking when we got here. Service - Good. Price - $180 + generous tip. A little expensive for what we got, especially considering we were off strip. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 1992.

They start you off with bread which were not very tasty. They were a bit dry and lacking in flavor. It was a shame because they give you a small container filled with olive oil to dip your bread in. We ordered a glass of Barolo and the Dante's Infante cocktail. The cocktail was refreshing and strong. My husband wanted to try wine but there werent many options for wines sold by the glass and there was only one option for Baralos so he ordered that. The Baralo was just average for $30 per glass and it was unfortunate that there weren't more options to choose from. We ordered the Polpo ( octopus) appetizer. The flavors were well balanced and the pureed canellini beans paired well with the octopus but the octopus was too cold. Not sure if it was supposed to be served like but I've never had octopus that cold before and the consistency was a bit harder because of the temperature. For our entrees, we ordered the pappardelle with lobster, scallops and truffle. The pasta was perfectly al dente and amazing. There were 2 beautifully cooked and tender scallops. There were a few garnishes of truffle that were shaved thick enough that I was able to chew into the texture. I wish there were larger pieces as the shaved pieces were small sized in diameter. But overall the pasta itself was cooked perfectly. This was far the best dish. We also ordered the Branzino which I wish I hadn't because there was a very wierd flavor profile.. I ordered it thinking it was going to have crispy skin but the skin was very soggy. It seems they changed the method of cooking the branzino as compared to previous photos uploaded by other yelpers. I was a bit disappointed when the branzino came out because the whole fish was butterflied ( sliced in half with tail in tact) and looked like the skin side had at one point been fried but it was soggy and soaked in the sauce. I was not particularly a fan of the sauce. I tasted a strong flavor profile of cinnamon for some reason even though there was no cinnamon mentioned on the menu. Two of the ingredients listed was guanciale and taragon. One of two ingredients may have been the flavors I tasted which did not pair well with the fish. It ruined the natural flavor of the fish as they overpowered the natural flavor of the branzino. Any time I get a chance to order the Branzino, I am usually satisfied or impressed but have never been disappointed. I think my favorite restaurants where I had exceptionally cooked branzinos were on the Vegas strip. At one of restaurants on the strip which I have ordered numerous times and is a very well known restaurant which I will name nameless ...it was cooked similarly, butterflied, in a buttery lemon sauce but the skin was still crispy. A second restaurant on the strip... the branzino was smoked and roasted on charcoal with a tomato based sauce. I guess I can't help but compare because this restaurant is priced similar to two very popular restaurants on the strip but fell short. Our waiter Diego was great and best personality and made our experience memorable. Overall the best dishe was the handmade pasta. The lack of options for wine by the glass was a bit saddening. The cocktail was unique and strong. But I regret getting the branzino. I am not sure I would go back

So this place when we saw the reviews and pictures we thought this was going to be a great spot to goto even though it's 20 minutes away from the strip. Before our arrival, we called and placed a reservation the day before and accommodated our reservation with our party thankfully. Upon arrival, we were greeted well, the family provided great and friendly customer service right off the bat. The menu size is good, and solid appetizers and entrees to choose from. The complementary bread was good with the olive oil pesto sauce they brought with it. The mozzarella appetizer was good and the fettuccine Alfredo was fine. This place does everything well. The restaurant being very small, they've managed to make the seating comfortable and decently spacious. Service is great, wait time after ordering can be a bit long but it is made to order and it's a small family restaurant. The only problem I have and unfortunately for now it's a deal breaker for me is the lack of flavor, it's obvious when immediately digging into the sauce. Quality, texture, temperature it's all there but there's no flavor from the Tomato sauce in the mozzarella and definitely lacking flavor in the Alfredo sauce. I tried adding black pepper and Parmesan to the Alfredo and it improved the texture, but still flavorless. Prices are great, portions are huge, I think this is good spot for nearby locals but not worth going out of your way trying this spot at least at this moment. It definitely isn't a nearly perfect score, it's a solid 4/5 with only 1 issue it needs to greatly focus on improving. Also they should consider reducing the portions because it's quite a lot of food, should cut down on cost and time, sometimes less is more.

It's one of my favorite foods. So when I say theirs is quite possibly the best I've ever had in my life, it means something. We ordered family style for the entrees. We ordered the Bolognese Pappardelle, Strozzapreti, Ricotta Cavatelli( subbed gf pasta), Chicken Scarpariello and Short Rib Lumache. They were all absolutely delicious. Dessert did not disappoint either. We ordered the Brookie sundae and the Tiramisu. I couldn't have the Tiramisu but I was told that it was great. The Brookie sundae was a fun dessert. It came with vanilla, pistachio and chocolate gelato, whip and some sort of cake on the bottom. I didn't go all the way down because of my stupid allergy again. The gelatos were all good. It came with a side dish with strawberries and nuts and little chocolate balls. I can't wait to go back again.
