Especially, after going home a couple weeks ago and being in Homewood locations. This new location is very inconsistent. Service is either things or decent at best. Staff is always friendly enough, but items, such as fries have changed... The fries the old location had were fantastic, these are not good. Have had to remind to fill up items on salad bar a couple times, such as lettuce. Today, ordered a need sandwich, only to be told they're out of beef. Really? How can an Aurelios be out of beef... Best pizza in Vegas! It is pricy but worth the extra $.

Just had a man who said his name is Jorge that he is the manager and owner and supposedly came to deliver our pizza but we didn't answer. When I insisted that there's no way because we are home and not only home but also have 2 other men working on our air conditioning unit who are in the apartment and none of us heard a knock or the door bell ring. He said then I'm saying he's lying. As I spoke with him one of the repair men intervened and said oh tell him it's just a mistake that we are here and no one came to the door. And that we have been in and out every few min and saw no one. Jorge insist he waited 5 min. But no one was home. Which is impossible because if nothing else you would have heard the drill going as they cut the wall and seen me standing outside because it was loud!! I've been eating Aureilos my whole life. I'll never order from this location. It was first and last time. Oh he also said the cashier but numbers backwards on the ticket but he knew to reverse them but he didn't deliver the pizza and when I insisted we are here and I have no idea how it was possible to not hear him and for him to not hear the noise he told me he was no longer delivering to us. I get it's COVID time and mom and pops need a break but when a pizza and chicken parm both are literally inedible, come on. NOTHING tasted fresh, there was more salt than marinara on both and...I'm just gonna stop there. I feel good for tipping more than 30% but I will never return. read more

This is the best pizza in this town! The owner gets all the ingredients from Chicago so it's exactly like Homewood IL the original Aurelio's. The owner is consistent so you get the same great pizza every time! If you're from the Midwest this the best around. read more

I've been in Las Vegas for 22 yrs now and came from a South Suburb of Chicago, South Holland, IL where I grew up eating Aurelio's at their very first restaurant that only had a couple picnic tables in it which was in Homewood, IL where they eventually expanded into the next unit until moving down the street where they renovated a huge old warehouse. Love love love the pizza especially and the sauce is beyond delicious!! It's a smooth sauce that isn't loaded with chunks of onions and tomatoes like so many other pizza places do. It's Chicago pizza in its finest with hot, thick, melted mozzarella, real Italian sausage, fresh veggies and did I mention the sauce lol but it's a sweeter sauce, Chicago style and absolutely yummm and hard to stop eating even after you've totally stuffed yourself, it's that good!!! Deep dish is awesome too along with their beef sandwiches and spaghetti but the pizza OMG YUM! read more

When Aurelio's Pizza relocated to this spot I was hoping that it would be better. Inside there was a funky ass smell and the girl at the register was nice but she didn't speak English very well so it wasn't easy to understand what she was saying. The food is way overpriced in my honest opinion. I shelled out $20 for a medium pizza which isn't what I would assume most people would expect to pay at a pizza chain..... I mean it doesn't say Wolfgang Puck on the building so come on! The cheese on my pizza tasted rotten and when I took a bite all the cheese and pepperoni pulled off together leaving just the crust. I'm not sure if the funky smell inside the restaurant was from the funky tasting cheese or not but all around this wasn't a great experience. read more

I went here with my brother a couple weeks ago and had a great time! The host was super polite to us and helped us choose something good off the menu. The wait was about 15 minutes but we had plenty of appetizers to hold us over. When the food came out, my pizza was missing a topping but the host quickly fixed it and got the pizza fixed! This place took over the dim sum failure from last year. Looked forward to a good pizza place in that location. The staff was very friendly and courteous. It was 4:30pm and we were the only ones there. We ordered a medium thin crust pizza with mushrooms olives and onions with a side of calamari. The calamari was pre-manufactured frozen variety with a freezer burned batter. Hoping the pizza was better- well after one bite we preferred the calamari. I can't really explain the flavor- but it was one of the worst we had ever have. First it was cut Chuck Cheese style, square cut, and served on a wire grate which is possibly the only way you shouldn't serve gooey pizza. The cheese was a bizarre blend of a grainy texture even melted. The sauce was a very thin tomato sauce. The mushrooms were good ! We eat two square pieces and boxed it up for the kids to try. They looked at it and didn't try it- so no review. Too bad ..a really nice store and location. read more

I can't believe it. Aurelio's is here! I lived in Homewood, IL, right down the street from the original Aurelio's Pizza on Harwood Ave. I grew up eating this pizza for the 40 years I lived in Illinois. So many family parties, so many gatherings with friends, my first date, my wedding rehearsal dinner, my kid's baptism, my family's moving-to-Vegas going away party, was at Aurelio's. And now I'm so excited that it's here in Vegas!! I ordered a Fiesta Super Six and my husband and kids say it tastes just like home!! I agree, although there is a slight variation with the crust, but then again, I'm used to eating pizza made in the original brick oven back home. Good job, guys! As a Chicago Native I grew up knowing what authentic Chicago Pizza and Italian Beef is, that being said, this place is on point. Toasted Italian beef wth cheese and sweet peppers dry and they nailed it! Hubby ordered a small Pizza, only downside?, they didn't cut it in squares! Lol. But the pizza was amazing!! Sauce is more on the sweeter side which is my favorite kind. When I lived in Chicago we had an Aurelio's down the street, and this one is very much like that location!! Can't wait to go back!! Customer service wasn't too great. The staff who served us was not in the best attitude, she wasn't enthusiastic to be there. (Maybe she was having a bad day). The pizza was mediocre, I ordered a sausage and pepperoni pizza. The pizza was greasy and the dough seemed raw. The jalapeño poppers were over cooked and a bit hard to chew. I didn't want to say anything to our server because maybe she was not in a good mood. I overall wouldn't go there again personally. The food is good but their customer service is fucking HORRIBLE! Placed an order through GrubHub mind u grub hub has no option for ground beef on the app ... I asked for sausage chicken and pepperoni then called to tell them to sub the sausage for ground beef because they didn't have that as an option on the menu and was told I had to pay more! One of the real, original Chicago pizzerias. Franchises can always be a little hit or miss, but so far this location hasn't let me down. I grew up with the original Aurelio's since the very early 80s, and this place gets the good right. This location is new, clean and comfortable. Place order of Spaghetti and meatballs along with several other items. They forgot the meatballs. They told me next time I ordered they would give it to me. So I placed an order and they gave me the wrong item . So I called and they wanted the wrong item back. Oh and I received me 1 (ONE) MEAT BALL. OVER priced and the food quality is questionable.
