Despite having beeping parking sensors, a rear view camera I still managed to reverse my car into a huge wall in a recent snow storm in Utah. Cadillac of las Vegas recommended AW Collision so here goes. It is at the bottom of the W. Desert Inn so super convenient for most. Parking is good and as you walk into a very clean but basic waiting area, two leather sofas , a flat screen tv but little else. Bathrooms were clean but had no towels and there was no reading material other than an older brochure for Land Rover. They quickly provide an estimate which was reasonable, and what I really liked was their willingness to order, prepare the replacement bumper prior to my appointment for repair. This meant rather than lose my car for three days , I simply showed up and waited an hour while they took off the crumpled bumper and replaced it while I waited about 90 minutes. Good. Work was good but on inspection I found the alignment of my bumper was out a little, they quickly took it back in the shop and it was readjusted. I have used this shop before with good, albeit lengthy, results when my insurance company was paying because they were recommended by Honda. I have a 2013 Honda Accord that had multiple dents, scratches and dings on it as well as a torn rear bumper. Even knowing that this time I was a private pay on a budget, the estimator originally gave me an estimate of $7829 to do the repairs! When I told them that amount was ridiculous to put into an older car and that I was only prepared to pay $2000, the estimator said he would try to get the estimate under $5000. After a few days, he called me back and said the least he could do the repairs for was $5500. I ended up getting all my repairs done at First Auto Body Shop, a family owned company, for under $2,000 (even though they did not know my budget)! It's too bad so many companies only care about how much profit they can make and not about their customers. I will not be back even when my insurance company is paying. read more

Gosh this company is amazing ! I took my car here for a repair to the rear bumper of my Honda Accord 16 when someone rear ended . I was referred here from the Honda dealership so I had high expectations. I believe it was Wendy who was doing my paper work. She was super friendly, and helpful and was able to answer any questions I had. This was my second time using their services. First time (about 4 years ago) I had an accident in my Volvo C30 (not my fault lol), and the repairs were flawless like nothing happened. Their customer service and communication back then was so good that I decided to use them again this time around for my Mini Cooper. There was debris on the freeway and I could not avoid it and it did a lot of damage to the bumper and fender. I bought the mini in Portland from a dealership almost 3 years ago. That dealership lied to me when I asked them if it had prior damage/ accidents and they said no. 6 months later in this hot and dry climate my paint started cracking on the hood and progressively spread and got worse because there was damage and they did a Mickey Mouse job on repairing it. So I figured I'll just get that repaired as well while my car was there already to get that other damage repaired. Once again it looks flawless and better than new. The customer service from everyone there is great, they explained everything in detail to me. From what they were going to repair, to why my paint had cracked, to the quality products that they use and why. I was recently caught in a stone storm (pea gravel) and I contacted my auto insurance company to remain nameless to protect the innocent. I wish that I never listened, as AW Collision still has my vehicle nearly SIX MONTHS LATER! Constant lies about repair status and casting blame on everyone while never taking any ownership on the delays. The response to my concerns have been; "should be ready in about week". This has been occurring for about four months since I became concerned about their lack of progress, responsiveness & professionalism. They told me that they had to replace the employee that was completing the repairs on four separate occasions. The ridiculously high employee turnover doesn't surprise me based on my interactions with AW Collision. I have had 2 great experiences with AW Collision. I was rear-ended back in late 2013, and they handled the repairs beautifully and professionally. It was $5,000 worth of repairs and I paid nothing. They handled everything with my insurance company, made sure I had a rental car set up, even gave me a ride when Honda determined my car wasn't safe to drive after the accident.
