This gelato place was packed on a friday night! Way better than venchi inside valleyfair. The consistency is amazing! Creamy texture. Inside is a bit small, but there are some seating. Bacio Di Latte not only has gelato/sorbet, they have cookies on display! Interior is well decorated. Line went by fast as there were more than 5 employees. My friends got: -tiramisu -double triple chocolate -bluebery ricotta Great treat for after dinner!!
Within a 2-mile radius, there are plenty of places serving good gelato, but Bacio di Latte always has a long line no matter what time of day. And honestly, there's a reason for it. Their gelato is simply amazing. Located at the end of Santana Row next to the AMC Cine Art theater, the shop is beautiful, bright, elegant, with wood tone furnitures, and always super clean. I've been here multiple times and usually wait around 15-30 minutes, but the line moves pretty efficiently. They usually have around 20 flavors with a mix of classics and seasonal options, and you can sample anything that catches your eye. My recent pick was a Piccolo Cup, half Torta Paradise and half classic Bacio di Latte vanilla. The gelato was so smooth, creamy, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Also, don't sleep on their Chocolate Chip Cookie! Thin, crispy, slightly chewy with marshmallow and such a good chocolate fragrance. I honestly didn't expect to love the cookie that much lol. The price is definitely on the higher side, but the quality matches. Staff is always working hard to keep that long line moving while still letting everyone sample and choose their flavors. Bacio di Latte has easily become one of my favorite gelato spots, and I'll continue bringing friends and family here whenever we're at Santana Row!

Yup, I'm back for the strawberry sorbet. I also tried the coffee flavor and cookies and cream flavor. Although tasty, they were on the sweeter side, and you could no longer taste the milkiness of the gelato. Still, this gelato shop is better than some of the ones I had in Italy!
My partner and I visited Bacio Di Latte for a little weekend afternoon sweet treat in Santana Row. To my knowledge, this has more recently opened in the area, so we did have to wait in a bit of a line to order. We were able to sample some flavors first, and I appreciated the vegan options (albeit limited) in the gelato case. I ended up choosing the raspberry sorbet, while my boyfriend got the pistachio crunch (basically gelato with Dubai chocolate mixed in). The sorbet was good! Really nice texture, very fruity and fresh. My one gripe was that we felt our server was a bit stingy with our kid's scoop. Felt like we could have just used the money to purchase a whole pint to take home. Nonetheless, this was a really nice dessert. I would love to see Bacio Di Latte introduce more vegan flavors in their rotation!
This place was so packed with a line out the door Sunday night, so I came back during the weekday when I was doing some shopping and there was no line I was helped well then they let me try a bunch of flavors. I liked the raspberry sorbet and the other standard chocolate one they had me try too, but prefer dark chocolate so I got the trio chocolate flavor. I would've tried more, but I didn't want to be too much of an annoyance. I got the trio chocolate which had chocolate bits, with strawberry sorbet without a cone, and it was good. The people who sat next to me, had some other waffle cones that they said that it was worth the money. This place is polish really clean super nice staff. In terms of the ambience this place took over the Korean chicken place that used to be here and it's pretty well maintained, it's really fancy with nice decor.
My brother brought me here for dessert after dinner and let me tell you--RUN, don't walk! This is some of the best gelato I've had in a long time. They have so many unique flavors, and I was obsessed with the Dubai chocolate! The service was also impressive. The line was long, but the team moved so quickly and efficiently that everything flowed seamlessly and everyone seemed happy. They also have cute patio seating out front, which is perfect for enjoying your gelato and taking in the lively atmosphere. My favorite part was turning my gelato into an affogato! I chose the Dubai chocolate and cookies & cream, then had espresso poured right over the top--and WOW. The combination was incredible. I'm already looking forward to coming back and working my way through all the other delicious-looking flavors!
I had heard so many great reviews about Bacio di Latte that it motivated us to finally give it a try. Unfortunately, I can't say it's my favorite gelato. I've definitely had better. The flavors were much sweeter than I personally prefer. One thing I did really like was the option to have your cone or cup filled with either pistachio cream or Nutella. We ordered three cups and tried the Pistachio, Dulce de Leche, and Chocolate Mint flavors. As for the customer service, it wasn't the best. The employee who helped us seemed hesitant when we asked to sample a few flavors. Since everything looked so good, we wanted to make the right choice, but we felt rushed. I understand the shop is very small inside, which may contribute to the fast-paced atmosphere. The shop has limited indoor seating but offers a nice amount of outdoor seating. Keep in mind that this gelato isn't cheap, so expect to spend a bit more than you would at a typical ice cream shop. Overall, we don't think we'll be back. It just wasn't for me. That said, taste is subjective, and trying different flavors might give you a completely different experience.
Bacio has officially become my guilty pleasure (and maybe a slight addiction ). I live close to Santana Row, so it's almost impossible not to stop by whenever I'm nearby. My absolute favorites are the Strawberry Cheesecake and the Ricotta Blueberry--both are so creamy and packed with flavor. I'm usually not a chocolate gelato person, but the Hazelnut Chocolate completely won me over. It's dangerously good! There's almost always a line, but don't let that stop you--it's 100% worth the wait. If you're at Santana Row, do yourself a favor and grab a scoop... or two!
My immediate thought was to compare it with Venchi, and I feel like they're basically on the same level for quality, taste, and price point. Both are solid spots, though there's certainly more variety here. A regular cup ($9.55) was perfect for two. In general, I wish their flavors were richer. I absolutely love pistachio, but the nuttiness was so mild. I also thought this for their cappuccino and tiramisu flavors, which had a lot of potential. RECS: + Chocolate pistachio crunch had the most delicious crunchy chocolate bits, which carried the flavor for me + Strawberry shortcake took the cake! The jam was so yummy and the crunchy bits took it up a notch
Love the stracciatella it is not too sweet for me and the crema &biscotti. I tried their newest flavor: passionfruit, it was a little too sweet for me so I didn't like it as much as the others. The crunch of the seeds were good though.
What a great addition to Santana Row! The shop is located next to the movie theater and Mendocino Farms, with easy access from the parking garage right across the street. I don't get gelato too often, but after trying just about all of their flavors, I think that's about to change. They had such a fun and indulgent variety. They had chocolatey, fruity, fun options with mixins, and even vegan options, truly something for everyone. Picking one flavor would be nearly impossible, but luckily you don't have to, and can get up to four in one cup/cone! I got one of the chocolates, raspberry, pistachio, and a caramel one when I went. The pistachio transported me back to eating gelato on a beach in Europe even though it was a rainy day. The customer service is so warm, welcoming, and friendly. They encouraged me to try multiple flavors and didn't rush me at all. Excited to come back!
I have only purchased this through DoorDash, so I don't know what the business looks like or what the atmosphere is like. I do know that both times I have ordered it has taken forever to get the order fulfilled and both times the order was delayed. Not a big deal but they may want to work on how they process to go orders. The gelato is tasty. It's creamy and it tastes like they use quality ingredients. We did the four pack, which is a lot of ice cream. They have a discount running on DD, so it was a little easier to pay the sale prices. I don't think we would buy it if there wasn't a deal. It's expensive for what you get. While it's good it's not quite that good. I just can't justify it, even if I had gone to the store myself. I am typically not a fruit flavored ice cream/gelato sort of person but they have a Blueberry & Ricotta flavor that is amazing. It's creamy, decadent and the blueberry helps cut the richness in just the right way. It's definitely worth a try. The Giandujotto (Hazelnut & Chocolate) was good. If you don't eat it right away the hazelnuts don't really hold up all that well the next day. The Chocolate Pistachio Crunch seemed to be maybe a vanilla base? If it was a pistachio base I didn't really taste much pistachio. It does have a lot of the pistachio cream, kadayif and chocolate mixture throughout that adds a nice crunch and richness to the gelato. I just wish it had more pistachio flavor. And the Peanut Butter Caramel and Chocolate was ok. I just didn't get a lot of peanut butter or caramel flavors in it. It was a little lacking. The mint chocolate chip has a great minty flavor and lots of specks of chocolate in it. I would have preferred larger pieces of chocolate but it's still good. Finally, the 3 Cioccolati (3 Chocolates) is a nice, rich and creamy chocolate. The packaging is cute, with nice little bags that have a light reflective thermal lining. It helped the gelato hold up during the drive to our house in 85 degree weather. The gelato is packaged in a paper (of sorts) container. It holds up well enough. The first time they had different bags and the gelato was pretty melty when I received it, so the container was a little flimsy feeling. Also, if you do the packs with different flavors they pack them in right up against each other. I don't love that part. Gelato melts so quickly, so your flavors meld together quite a bit. Is it good? Yes. Is it really worth the price? Ehhh, I don't really think it is. It's a bit overpriced, in my opinion but Santana Row rent is not cheap. So. It's definitely worth a try though, but once the sale runs its course on DD I won't be ordering it again.
Had such an amazing experience at Bacio Di Latte on a random Monday. I've heard rave reviews for some time and finally had the opportunity to stop by and try it out. I was able to try the pistachio, cookies and cream, strawberry gelato, and chocolate chip. My favorite is definitely the chocolate chip, paired with the waffle bowl and it was delish! What really made the experience was the staff noticing our dog through the window and offering a pup cup for free! I thought that was super kind and sweet. This was such a nice addition to Santana Row and I hope they're here to stay! read more

This spot truly has delicious and flavorful gelato! We ordered a regular cup with the pistachio flavor and tiramisu. We ordered a second regular cup with the pistachio flavor, strawberry, and cookies and cream. The pistachio was nutty and incredibly tasty! The strawberry flavor was a highlight with its rich strawberry natural flavor and it was very creamy. The tiramisu had a great balance of coffee and crunch. And the cookies and cream were also really tasty! This place a must check out for dessert lovers! The space is open and welcoming, with indoor and outdoor seating. After doing our rounds at Santana Row, my friend suggested we grab dessert at Bacio Di Latte--the new gelato shop! It was a refreshing and sweet treat. We came mid-afternoon on a weekday, so it wasn't crowded. The shop is super cute. It's bright, clean, and has a nice aesthetic. There are a few seats inside as well as more seating outdoors. The space isn't the largest, so definitely be patient. Everyone helping us was kind and allowed us to take our time sampling. I got a Piccolo Cup of their Fragola (strawberry) sorbet. The cup was definitely small for the price, but the actual sorbet was great. It was so fruity, refreshing, and sweet! No taste of iciness, and I loved how it melted in my mouth. Great for vegans or those who love a nice sorbet. I wouldn't be opposed to trying their other flavors, but it's definitely a bit pricier! If you're craving a sweet and refreshing treat at Santana Row, give Bacio Di Latte a try. They're easy to find with parking available in the garages. read more

This is hands down my fav gelato place in bay area now. Its amazing and creamy and they have so many flavors which are vegetarian friendly (no eggs, no gelatin). The quality of the ingredients is amazing. The gelato taste fresh, creamy and authentic! They also sell pints and I found it very interesting that they have a half pint 2 flavors option, that way people can try two different flavors in one pint. This is very conveniently located in Santana Row! They have indoor and outdoor seating. They also sell cookies and have a caffe bar. Their affogatos are delicious and a must try! I loved the crema torino and pistachio flavors! Crema torino is a full hazelnut experience The interiors and ambiance are no doubt amazing. They have decor going up to the ceiling and will take you into the world of gelato and coffee! Definitely making a lot of trips here to try rest of the flavors :) read more

After tapping, I had to put my eyeballs back in their sockets and pick my jaw up off the floor. This is the most expensive gelato cone I've bought so it better be the BEST damn one ever! Founded in Brazil, Bacio di Latte is the largest global gelato chain with ~200 locations, many in upscale malls and plazas. This is their first Bay Area location with a Stanford Shopping Center location to come. F L A V O R S About 20 flavors with a monthly special, many with a chocolate component. Organic milk and ingredients used. Vegan options available. Free samples. Starting prices for a piccolo/small gelato: Cup: $7.95 (1-2 flavors), waffle cone: $9.65, premium cone w/ cream: $11.15, affogato: $10.75, and pint: $15.95. G E L A T O * Small Cup - 1/2 Bacio di Latte + 1/2 Chocolate Pistachio Crunch w/ waffle cone ($11.15) + Add pistachios to cone (+95 cents) While creamy, both gelatos were aerated like ice cream and rapidly melted. It made a drippy mess all over the table. First bite, their signature bacio di latte (kiss of milk) tasted clean and simple but subsequent bites, it became cloyingly sweet to finish. Also, I was expecting more milky flavor. The chocolate pistachio crunch fared a tiny bit better. I appreciated the subtle bitter chocolate pieces which helped balance the sweetness but the pistachio flavor barely registered. The pistachio and caramelized cone pieces didn't create the crunchy texture I was expecting. My fav part was the freshly made waffle cone tho overly thick, the rim is smeared with pistachio cream and coated in crunchy pistachios. We broke it apart to use as a topping. * Matcha Affogato w/ strawberry sorbet ($10.75) An attempt for strawberry matcha but my friend didn't like it. They just drank the matcha. C O O K I E S * Chocolate Chip Cookie w/ rice krispies, marshmallow ($6.45 x2) Hella thin, fragile cookie that broke apart when picked up. More salty than sweet, lacking any buttery flavor and had just two pieces of chocolate. IMO, grossly overpriced for the taste and quality. S E R V I C E Friendly, helpful staff with a smile. Small line at opening time. A M B I A N C E Minimalist, contemporary space with modern Italian country kitchen vibes. There's a handful of tables inside and about 8-10 tables outside. Restroom available. Overall, I'm in the minority and didn't care for Bacio di Latte. The flavors and texture weren't it and it felt like we were paying premium prices for the prime location (total: ~$36). Or, maybe we choose the wrong flavors and/or it was an off batch? read more
Another gelato spot? Safe to say gelato will be the new food trend of 2026! Looks like there will be competition between Eataly and Venchi. The shop is cute and employees were kind enough to let you sample flavors before commitment. I got the chocolate pistachio (Dubai flavor). The caffe latte was robust with that espresso kick! Their buttercream pretzel reminded me of caramel popcorn with a salted caramel aftertaste. I added the pistachio sauce and think I should have saved that extra dollar. It was a bit too sweet and my gelato was already melting. I had to get extra napkins because it was messy and it got over my dress. The total was nearly $10 for a small cup. I'd try it again once the staff is more fully trained. Best time to go on a weekday because there was no line when I went. read more

We finally have a gelato spot in Santana row. I went in with high expectations looking at long queue and somehow they still managed to exceed them. I ordered the tiramisu gelato in waffle cone, it was just wow. Tasted exactly like a perfectly made tiramisu, rich expresso notes, creamy mascarpone, a whisper of cocoa, all wrapped up in a scoop of silky, dreamy gelato. Waffles cone was less crispy. I came on a Bacio Sweet Day where the gelato is donation-based (essentially however much you choose to donate is the amount you pay and donations are matched!) This event allows you to get a piccolo (2 flavors) I typically don't get gelato, but I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality and flavors here! You can try samples before you make your decision and the employees were all very nice/open to help you. I tried the Giandujotto [Hazelnut & Chocolate], strawberry cheesecake, and pistachio, ending up with the initial two flavor samples. The texture was creamy and the flavors were deep and rich. We all enjoyed our ice creams and would come back again! The interior is also beautiful. The lighting was warm and the design is very much like a family home with a variety of kitchen tools lining the walls. The line is always long when I see it, but it doesn't take too long! read more

This was a little hidden gem in my opinion. It's located in Santa Row next to the movie theaters. The had many different options of gelato to choose from. The associate helping us was very helpful and they were generous with samples and recommendations. They have two sizes, a child or a regular cup serving. My daughter got a Greek yogurt flavor, which a little on the tarte side. I had a sweet cream with vanilla cake flavor, which was amazing! If you're at Santa Row or in the near by area, this is a definite go to for sure! Not only do the have great customer service and yummy gelato, but they have a cute indoor and outdoor area where you can set and enjoy your gelato and/or pastries. My daughter and I chose to set outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. I liked that they have a co eyed shaded area as well as tables in the sun, that way you can choose which ever you prefer. read more

Amazing new gelato place at Santana Row! Happy to report to fellow lactose intolerant folk that they have DELICIOUS lactose free gelato here that doesn't sacrifice on flavor! I ordered the Vegan Belgian Chocolate (made with oat milk), and the Strawberry Sorbet, which were both dairy free. Both were flavorful and had pleasant texture. Oat milk is much creamier than other alternative milks, so it was a treat to indulge in some chocolate gelato that actually tasted like gelato. There was a line out the door, but it moved quickly. Service was fast and efficient. There is seating outside. Looking forward to coming back! read more
SOFT OPENING REVIEW! 50% off during my visit :) I have been to other locations, and this Bacio Di Latte sure fits perfectly into Santana Row. Classy and fun vibes! A great addition to the area. My favorites are normally the Stracciatella, Sweet Cream, and Tiramisu. The matcha affogato is skippable (clumpy matcha), but I would 100% come back for the BUTTERCREAM PRETZEL gelato. SOOOO DELICIOUS! I hope this stays on the menu forever. Prices are a little steep, but I'll keep an eye open when I want to splurge... The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful serving customers complimentary samples. They gave recommendations and solutions for bringing some home (pints, $1 cooler bag, etc.) read more
Is it expensive for what it is? Yes! But is it flavorful and worth the hype? Also yes! The pistachio is one of the creamiest I've had in the US. Love that they also let you sample a few flavors before you choose - they all looked lovely and delicious! read more

"Kiss of Milk" - that's what Bacio di Latte means in case anyone is wondering. It was fun treating myself to an affogato on a random Wednesday morning, pretending I was back in Italy as I strolled down Santana Row. It's their opening week and I was pleasantly surprised by their 50% off special offered while they're still training their new staff and delighting customers in their brand new, classy, and dare I say, sophisticated gelato shop! Aeuyura (sorry if I misspelled) was kind and offered me her recs for creating a tasty matcha affogato. I'd only ever had the original kind made with espresso, but I do love me some matcha, so I went with her recommendation. It was perfection! Slightly sweetened by the incredibly smooth & nutty pistachio gelato, with that herbaceous, slightly earthy matcha flavor. I loved it! I also got to sample a few of their vegan gelati, like the vegan Belgian chocolate and the strawberry sorbet. Both very decadent! I think next time I'll go for the espresso + chocolate combo...che bello! The shop itself is what you would expect when thinking about elegant Italian style. Definitely feels much more elevated. I read that 2 Italian brothers from Milan started this gelato company in Brazil, and focus on authentic, high-quality and artisanal ingredients. Now all I have to do is grab my Italian hubby and bring him here so we can share a "bacio" together! read more

We came here for a Yelp event and tried pistachio, strawberry cheesecake, super latte, and cookies and cream in a cup, plus an affogato with tiramisu. I normally don't love gelato, but this place surprised me. The flavors were rich and strong without being overwhelming, and they tasted really intricate and natural, not artificial at all. The affogato leaned a bit bitter for my taste, but still enjoyable if you like a stronger coffee flavor. It was the perfect treat on a hot day, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Great service, friendly staff. Line moved fast too. Their gelato is very creamy and feels more milky compared to other places. Giandujotto was my favorite. The other ones were "too milky" for my personal preference. Portion was huge. I did also opt for the pistachio dipping on cone. I'd skip it next time since the cream was pretty overpowering compared to the gelato. The cone was not good. Or maybe it got stale Cuhs I did get there at 8pm ish. I'd definitely suggest cup for next time. Their cone was on the soft side, so it didn't offer that satisfying crunch. It wasn't that sweet either, which could be a nice balance if the gelatos were too sweet. read more

Definitely recommend the hazelnut, salted caramel, and pistachio flavors and the affogato is a must try, the coffee used in the shots is so delicious. After a hot day, gelato is always a good refreshing treat from the heat! This location is right next to a parking garage, so that's always a plus, especially at a mall. There was quite a long line, but it moved pretty fast for a Saturday evening. I would definitely go earlier in the day or on weekdays to avoid a line. The staff were super nice and knowledgeable about all of the flavors, helping me find ones that tasted similar to flavors that I liked. During my first visit, I got their tiramisu flavor and their crema and biscotti and wow, was it amazing. I'm a BIG fan of tiramisu so getting a tiramisu flavored gelato that I actually enjoyed made my night. I ended up grabbing a waffle bowl with their custard cookies and cream, crema and biscotti, and their crema torino. The waffle was delicious and the gelato was just the thing I needed to cool off. Overall, my favorite flavor of the three has to be the crema and biscotti, so I'll definitely need to pick up a pint the next time I visit. read more

I think this is the best gelato I've ever had! Taste and quality is better than Venchi and Eataly. It's a bit pricey but worth it. Super cute place and the flavors they offer...YUM! Luckily we went during a down time period. The service is fast, but the delay would only be of the patrons before you want to taste every flavor. Bacio Di Latte is a chain that's available throughout LA. Glad to see it's now here in SJ! Parking can be found at the multiple garages throughout Santana Row. The wait was pretty long to order ice cream. Staff was friendly and helpful with sampling. Stracciatella's chocolate chips were flaky, thin, and wonderfully crispy. Yogurt Bacio had a strong tart taste. Strawberry cheesecake was creamy and not overwhelming in the strawberry taste. Crema Torino tasted like a ferrero rocher. Buttercream pretzel didn't have any pretzel pieces and leaned more towards the buttercream taste. The grande is significantly larger than the regular size and worth the additional $2.50 in my opinion. Overall a lovely experience on a hot day! read more
What a wonderful ice cream shop! The staff are friendly and welcoming. They have uniforms that evoke that old time ice cream shop feel. The store is very nicely decorated and clean. It feels like walking into a very high end store at Santana Row. And yet the prices are very much in line with ice cream shops that don't provide as nearly as high end experience. We got a waffle bowl with three scoops of ice cream and a Nutella base. The staff were cognizant of any allergies and made great recommendations for flavors. The ice cream matches the decor: great taste and generously portioned. All in all, a wonderful experience! What are you waiting for, go get yourself some ice cream! read more
Extremely creamy gelato in a freshly made waffle bowl Stopped by for the opening of their new store and I was very impressed. The inside is glossy and pristine and the staff were very welcoming. We tried most of their flavors and one thing that really stood out was how creamy their gelato is. It has a thicker texture akin to greek yogurt. We ultimately decided to get a waffle bowl with 3 scoops of buttercream pretzel, cookies and cream, and super latte. They make their waffle bowls fresh in the back, which added a nice touch. If you're walking from Valley Fair Mall, this is located at the end of the strip. Spacious, love the aesthetic vibe. Many flavors to choose from, which you can sample. Flavors are mostly sweet and authentic. Gelato melts quickly. Everything looked fresh and delicious. I almost wished I wasn't vegan so I could try more flavors. There were three vegan options: Organic Lampone (Raspberry Sorbet), Organic Fragola (Strawberry Sorbet), and Cioccolato Belga (dairy-free Belgian Chocolate). The person helping me was very kind and let me sample all three vegan options. The raspberry sorbet was my favorite, followed by the chocolate. It reminded me of eating a fresh piece of fruit, which I loved! The chocolate was very rich and decadent but still had a great balance of sweetness and cocoa. The strawberry was good too, but the raspberry was more refreshing to me. I liked the samples so much I got half raspberry and chocolate in a cup. Definitely ate with my eyes because I typically don't have a sweet tooth and couldn't finish my cup while sitting in the store even though I enjoyed the flavors. The interior is cute, modern, clean, and inviting. The staff is very kind and friendly, which is always a plus. They even checked in to make sure I was okay while I was eating my gelato in the corner. I like that they have small glass bottles of Pellegrino because I don't like drinking out of plastic. Parking in Santana Row can be a nightmare, but I highly recommend checking out this cute gelato shop next time you're in the area and your sweet tooth kicks in. read more

I've been waiting for this to finally open! It's one of the rare places nowadays that has great dessert and wonderful customer service. They have plenty of indoor, outdoor (with and without heaters) seating. When you get to the front you are encouraged to try as many flavors as you like and the workers there are so patient. I liked the pistachio, hazelnut, and coffee flavors. Next time I'll try something more fruity! The texture and flavor of the gelato is a perfect balance of flavorful and creamy. Probably closest gelato flavor-wise to what you can find in Italy. Highly recommend if you're nearby! read more

This place was super creamy. The gelato was so addictive and the flavors were really strong. The sweet milk was pretty sweet and definitely worth a try. The cookie with some type of maple cream made the cookie super easy to just devour. I think i would come back just to try the other flavors too read more
Came a few months after an event here and it is still so good. I came with my family after lunch and I was glad there was a small line. Last time I came in the evening and it was super busy. I came back for the cookies and custard but tried the new cake flavor and had to get it too. I was in heaven. My toddler got the strawberry kids scoop and devoured it. My husband got the afogato but hes had it at different spots and this one he says there's too much ice cream to coffee ratio. I love it here and will always want to come if im in the area. read more

New gelato spot on Santana Row and it's so cute! The decor is really pretty and makes it a fun place to stop by for a sweet treat. We tried the pistachio and chocolate caramel. The texture was super soft and creamy, and the flavors really stood out. It's a little on the pricey side for a small scoop, but the quality is definitely there. Finally a late night gelato spot open in the area! Since this is new, there was a huge line of ppl in the cold, waited in line for about 20-25 mins. We constantly saw ads for their Custard Cookies & Cream (monthly flavor) and decided to get that along with Giandujotto (Hazelnut and Chocolate). It is definitely pricey for a small cup at $8. The custard cookies & cream didn't meet up to the expectations but the Giandujotto was good, I would just get regular Hazelnut next time as the chocolate mix made the hazelnut flavor weaker. Cute storefront, long line on a cold Saturday evening. I got tiramisu and 3 cioccolati in a waffle cone. Smooth, creamy...I wouldn't get tiramisu again (tho I'm crazy bout tiramisu in general), flavor wasn't pronounced enough. 3 cioccolati, super rich, 5/5. I appreciated that the waffle cone didn't come with a paper wrapper glued to it. I probably won't come here again without a coupon, I felt it was a tad pricy compared to other cold treat options in the area without a corresponding increase in quality/experience. read more

This location seems to be brand new! It's located in Santana Row all the way in the back. Everything was clean, organized, and looked Insta-worthy. It was popping too, so expect a bit of a line! Crema & Biscotti: This gelato was amazing, but I would argue that it had more of an ice cream consistency rather than gelato. This started melting almost instantly, which made me iffy about whether it was even "gelato." Regardless, it was delicious and creamy.
