Our family is OBSESSED with Bad Morning! First of all, the owners of this family owned and operated business are the nicest and most caring people you'll ever meet. They care so deeply about their customers and menu items and it's obvious that they only use the freshest ingredients. The manaeesh are amazing--I've tried all of them and it's hard to say which one is my favorite. The zaatar and cheese has the best of both worlds and the veggie is amazing. The beef bacon, egg, and cheese is my go-to when I can't make up my mind. The manaeesh are perfect to take on picnics and to the beach, or to serve when we have people over for brunch. Our trip to Bad Morning is also never complete without the tastiest baklava I've ever had. And in the past few months, I've had summer in a drink with their refreshing lemonade.

Seasoning on the beef is bland. The bread is doughy. In other words keep walking by and save your money.

The FengShui is just so much better than other locations since the spot isn't directly facing the sun and you still get a good breeze walking inside. Staffs are decent and helpful as usual. Tempura is always a favorite here. Regular Nikutama Udon bowl with an egg is still affordable and fulfilling. This time, it felt like my regular bowl size had shrunk a bit, but the portions are still very slurpy good. Mushroom tempura and shrimp tempura plus the potato croquette is still legit and delicious. I have no complaints each time we stop by for a quick meal fix. Aisles are clean and organized. It's just not as crowded as it used to be anymore. The menu selections are surviving during high inflation times, especially for regular bowls under $15. I call it decent and affordable udon here. Adding another $1.50-$2.25 for each tempura item isn't too bad either. Very good. I'm still liking it here. Feels great inside and you can still sit comfortably outside. Worth it.

We got the bolognese and Nikutama. Both dishes were good. Very favorable. I like the fact that we can go grab our own to go box and bag to take home leftovers. Service was fine. If you leave a review, you can get a free drink or tempura.

5* Value 4* Food 5*…read moreAmbiance 5* Service We had an hour for lunch and were hoping we could be served, in and out, under an hour. We informed the receptionist and our server; both were courteous, professional, and accommodating. We received our food shortly after placing our orders. The charm of the restaurant is endearing, which made our short lunch enjoyable. The food was good and convenient for a business lunch. The beef ravioli was delicious and filling. The gnocchi was not as we hoped it would be. The texture of the gnocchi was dense and heavy, but the sauce was savory and creamy. I would love to return and try other items on the menu to have a better understanding of other items. This charming spacious restaurant has a lot of love.

The server seemed confused and just left the entrées sitting off to the side. My wife ordered the Chicken Parmesan, and the pasta appeared to have been sitting under a heat lamp for quite a while -- much of it was dried out around the edges. We sent the Chicken Parm back and declined a replacement, but it took so long for the plate to be cleared that I had already finished my pasta by the time it was addressed. The timing completely threw off our meal and left us both frustrated. We also asked twice for more bread and dipping sauce and never received it. It made for a very disappointing Valentine's Day. This used to be our go-to spot for a nice dinner, but after this experience, we'll likely be looking elsewhere.
