I finally got to try Bagel Boss after always missing out on opening hours. The bagels had a nice chew with a good variety offered. Besides the bagel sandwiches, I got loose bagels which were everything egg, french toast and poppy. Something I want to try next time is the bialy. There was plenty of seating inside including a smaller interior patio area. Everything was clean and oriented in a good space flow. I liked that they put the coffee and utensils station as a little "divider" between the seating and counter line. There was also a little pegboard with some medals for Bagelfest hanging. I looked it up and they actually placed in each category for the Bagelfest West edition. If you're in the area, definitely check out Bagel Boss.

5* Bagels 4.5 Service 4* Ambiance 4* Value Bagel Boss is a deli serving delicious sandwiches. I usually like to purchase their everything bagel with cream cheese. Unlike the bigger chain bagel shops, they don't have 20 different varieties of bagels, but they have all the traditional/more common ones, such as sesame, egg, and everything bagels. The coffee is as good as to be expected from a deli. The inside vibe is very industrial, but do check out their outside seating area as it is fun, open and clean. Their artwork is fun and definitely creates a fun and inspiring atmosphere.

After driving by it so many times I caved and stopped by for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Let me get my negatives out the way first * the price is high, it is $6.25 for a bagel with cream cheese * they overcharged me a bagel and when I tried to ask them they said yes that's the price for a bagel with cream cheese. But they charged me $2.75 for a bagel plus $6.25 for another bagel with cream cheese when I only wanted the one with cream cheese. * the table inside aren't the cleanest, they had crumbs all over. Now were the bagels good?! Yes they were! I did appreciate the variety of spreads that they had. I only tired the blueberry cream cheese but it was delicious, it had blueberries in it and wasn't overly sweet! I old tried their bacon, 2 eggs and cheese and the big boss man! These were very filling but I do wish they came with some spread! Next time I'll just pickup bagels and make my own sandwiches at home as I can't justify $46 for 2 bagel sandwiches, one bagel with cream cheese and an unwanted extra bagel!

Stopped by for a bagel with lox. The menu screens weren't working so we had to ask the staff the options. I just wanted a bagel with light cream cheese and sliced lox but they suggested that would be too expensive and offered getting the lox cream cheese with scallion. They were pretty busy on a 10a Sunday morning! We heard they had an 1.5hr wait earlier due to selling out all their bagels! Only complaint was their specialty seemed to be either bagels with schmear or breakfast bagels with egg; I guess lox bagels aren't popular at this location! Plenty of outdoor seating.

Great spot! Fun owner, great space for people to gather, lovely bagels and smear. From my understanding, this is a New Jersey brand and the owner opened a franchise spot in LA. And the bagels come fresh from there. There is the indoor space with some tables, window seating. Outdoor seating just in front of the place (two tables). And an outdoor patio with long tables/benches and tables. Parking: residential street parking. Overall, I keep visiting back! Such a lovely time always

Still like this place - I think the have the best bagels and cream cheese around Stopped in and got three bagels and a container of cream cheese. They were busy finishing up some orders but as soon as someone was done they came right over and took my order

    A lovely array of bagels!

Recently tried BagelBoss. They were out of sesame so I tried an everything bagel, toasted, open face, vegan veggie cream cheese, tomato and cucumber. It was really good! The girl at the counter was really great and food was served fast! I'll definitely be back! Thank you very much for offering vegan cream cheese! I noticed you have impossible sausage available on the menu - how about going the distance and offering JustEgg along with vegan cheddar? I'd definitely come by more often then!

This is my go-to spot for a gluten-free bagel! They have a few options, but I usually stick with the everything bagel. They do sometimes run out, so I try to go earlier in the day to make sure I get one.I also appreciate that they can make any of their bagel sandwiches gluten-free. There is some cross-contamination, which they're upfront about, but that's not an issue for me personally. The service has always been friendly and quick, and I love that they send out BOGO coupons--that's actually how I discovered this place! It's street parking only, but I've never had trouble finding a spot nearby. There's both indoor and outdoor seating, though I usually grab mine to go. They have a big variety of bagel flavors and spreads, so there's something for everyone. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're gluten-free (or even if you're not)!

Bagel Boss is exquisite! The bagels are amazing! The people are so kind!! We gotta an everything bagel with cream cheese and lox and an egg everything bagel with cream cheese and these bagels were wonderful. The cream cheese spread selection is bounteous and they are really so kind here. They usually have a decent line but it goes by fast. They're always playing pretty chill music which is appreciated and they always have the nicest staff members working here. I like how much seating they have including their seats outside. It's a great vibe. I recommend bagel boss through and through! Espppp for bagel spots in the valley!!

I visited around noon on a Saturday. They offer both indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio to enjoy your food. They serve breakfast until 1:30pm. I ordered the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel on a cinnamon raisin bagel, it was good! They have a variety of bagel options, flagels (flat bagels), and burritos. A good spot to check out if you're craving bagels!

First off, the bagel itself deserves some love -- perfectly chewy with that classic NY-style texture (NY water really does make a difference). It had that fresh, slightly crisp exterior with a soft, satisfying bite inside. The Texas Brisket was tender and flavorful, with that rich, savory depth you want from good brisket. The Big City Pastrami Egg was equally comforting -- warm, creamy egg paired with soft, well-seasoned pastrami that wasn't overly salty. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully made. Portion-wise, the filling might lean a little modest, but the quality absolutely makes up for it. It felt balanced rather than overloaded, and left us satisfied without feeling heavy -- perfect pre-movie fuel. If you're craving a well-made bagel sandwich with quality ingredients and classic flavors done right, this is a great stop. Definitely coming back to try more of the menu.

Better yet, if she ever tried Lou's, she'd never have the gall to post nonsense like that. If you haven't had it, don't review it. Simple as that. As for ALL of the items at Lou's "Oh, aimé-je" it does NOT get any better. The croissants are hands down the best in America. The sandwiches (all of them): finger-licking good. The éclairs are the most delectable in town, as are the other pastries. And with ALL of that, somehow the best thing is still the customer service. I have yet to walk in there without seeing Lou personally chatting it up with customers, the man is everywhere. On sunny and rainy days he's passing out umbrellas, and on Mother's Day he's handing out wonderful gifts for all the ladies. The staff take their lead from him and are every bit as splendid. Got here early Sunday afternoon because the line was not absurdly long -- about 6 ish parties in front of us and waited around 15-20 minutes. The interior was really small and there's really only room for to place your order -- if you ordered a drink or sandwich you'd have to step outside to wait. There are a couple of small round tables covered with umbrellas for small parties if you want to do a small meet up or wait for your goods. We had wanted some croissants and apple tarts but unfortunately they had run out of the Apple tarts by the time we ordered (another excuse to return next time). We were convinced by the nice lady at the register to pick up not one but two almond croissants because they were fresh out of the oven and I'm SO GLAD we did. It was still hot/warm when we took our first bite after walking back to our car -- flaky amazing lamination with a steaming frangipane filling, for sure the best almost croissant I've had. The regular croissant was also good but not fresh/warm like the almond croissant so it left less of an impression but I can imagine it also tasting amazing if we got it fresh. Burbank is not necessarily close to where I live but I'm so glad we happened to stop by to finally try this spot out! I'd love to try the sandwiches and tarts next time!

Herby mayo, hot sweet peppers had a hint of spice, pastrami was soft and not too salty, egg was fluffy. It was a good bagel sandwich. However, I don't think I'd reorder this. LATKE Crispy and savory. The sourcream and apple sauce together was delicious. Absolutely loved the apple sauce, which had a beautiful texture and sweetness that was addictive. The star was the applesauce! SALT BAGEL, EVERYTHING BAGEL, CACIO E PEPE, EVERYTHING PUMPERNICKEL BAGEL All of the untoasted bagels except the Cacio e Pepe, had a firm outer texture, a bit hard to tear apart with hands. Inside the bagels were dense, yet had a light chewy texture and not dry either. Toasted, they were even better. The outer crust was beautifully crispy and the inside bagel was soft and chewy. The beet cream cheese was delicious with all the bagels! Cacio e Pepe was soft all around, unlike the other bagels. Cacio e Pepe had a light cheese and black pepper crust. It wasn't full of cacio e pepe flavor right off the bat, but still enough to know what you're eating. If you ate only the top bagel, I think you'll get the best of this bagel. Still good all around, even toasted. I think it will be great as a bagel sandwich. Everything Pumpernickle had a good pumpernickle flavor in addition to the everything seasonings. This is whipped cream cheese with roasted beet puree. Light in beet flavor, it had dill in it too. I was hesitant in getting a tub because it was on the pricier side. But it was so good, glad I got it! SEATS / AMBIANCE It had a lovely East Coast diner feel when walking in. But still, the space felt a bit cluttered. There were booths, counter seats and outdoor seats too. It was packed inside on a Wednesday lunch. Got there before noon. CUSTOMER SERVICE Overall good, friendly service. Staff was smiling and that's always a good thing! Went on a Wednesday before noon, but it was nearly packed. PARKING Horrible. Just horrible. Street parking only. There's a few spots directly in front of Belle's, but it's metered parking too and also it was full. It's parking that always makes or breaks your experience when driving to LA. After driving around to find a decent parking spot, I finally found one close to Belle's, but after parking, I realized it was a loading zone. So hurried to get my food to go and just ate in the car. Overall, I enjoyed the bagels here and would love to return for their bagels and lunch offerings.
